Good price/value for the services, breakfast, location and friendly personnel. It could be a little noisy because of the acoustics but that's a building design thing. I have a very good experience overall. Nice neighborhood. The metro station is not too far and it's a great way to experience the city. I recommend it :)

I normally don‘t write under average ratings, but I cannot recommend this hotel for various reasons. First of all, it‘s pretty noisy, woke up several times due to loud people/guests in the building, the departing air traffic in the morning… the staff (actually, we identified only one lady doing everything in the house. ) was not especially friendly and seemed to be bit overtired. The cleanliness is ok. On the other hand, the hotel is located in a nice, safe area. The fares are very attractive. To sum up, who is looking for a cheap bed in medellin in a safe surrounding, it‘s fine. Who asks for little more comfort should consider another place.
