I was at the weekend in the hotel, the first bridge of November and had many drawbacks, I left an hour and a half to assign to the room, the reason because we popped up two people and we were three package error q we buy told us and we had to solve it ourselves by calling the seller even though we showed the bill to the receptionist left us in the waiting room, then as it was full the hotel we were assigned a room for two, and nis were promised that the next day we moved but as we were later told q there was no more and left us in two single beds with three adults and paying for a room tiple. But this is not the worst when we got to the room they had left dirt a roll of surgical tape micropore vacuum and a case of cream vacuum on top of the saddle of the input. Being three people we were left two towels and all bath for two, because they lack pilera if you leave us in a double room at least to make feel the guest as if out of three. So the hotel as a physical plant may be 5 star but the people in the toilet and the reception desk does not come to two stars. And the cuentico that were not clear the reserve, and that they appeared for two not for three was because they had filled the hotel. So that left us in the room that are not used in the second floor and they leave the dirt. So my score is 2 out of 10. Hopefully, this will serve them to improve. And if they could not accommodate us in a room tiple at least charge corresponding to a double room. So at least remediate the errors. Tenacious
