I stay at the Binn from 12-15th. The services and facilities listed on your site as being offered were complete lies. Indoor swimming pool — it has now been removed from you site no doubt due to the amount of angry and disappointed guest. Needless to say the pool was not available. I checked your description during our stay and it still had the pool listed.
Hot tub — As mentioned in your description is empty thus obviously unusable.
… Sun terrace — Not functional as such
Room services — there are no menus in existence and thus it's impossible to order room service.
Your desk — NOPE
Sound proofed rooms — as previously mentioned on your site but since removed — Nope. I heard a lot from the crying baby across the hall.
I contacted the hotel during our stay about my list of complaints and I am yet to receive a response. I wanted to talk to the manager before checking out to discuss my total dissatisfaction but another destressed lady with the same complaints as me had beaten me to it. He was not there (he was unavailable for the 2 days previously also) and could not be contact by phone. I have since emailed him and yes you guessed it no response.
I have been traveling for 8 months. My boyfriend and I have used your sit various time and never had an issue with what's stated as being offered being offered. My boyfriend was heading home to Paris so we decided to go way over budget a book outselves a hotel where we could relax, swim, use the hot tub and get room service. We literally could not do any of these things which had be advertised and where the reason for us booking the hotel. This is false advertising.
I am a blogger with a social media reach of 100k. I want to make a video about this experience for my 55k YouTube audience. I hate feeling like I have been ripped off and lied to. I don't want anyone else to experience this feeling should they chose to stay at the Binn hotel.
If I had a business and offered my clientele a product that when they received it was only 1/2 the size I had offered to them I would expect to refund them for not providing what I had offered or rip them off.
