Ramon's attention was the best experience very attentive and with human quality.

The people very friendly. The staff very attentive. It seems to Me they should improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Make changes of towels daily and put more toilet paper. After that, everything else is spectacular.

The toilet. It is great, food, service, and people who provide the service. Great.

What you would expect of a 4 star hotel beautiful top spa, really ripped us off on laundry service charges 60usd for some basic laundry.

Very small rooms, but in the middle of the action: lots of restaurants, bars and clubs in a very safe location. Although small, the rooms were very modern with all the amenities. The hotel also had great breakfast included and a nice bar and grill on top.

I knew this hotel was nice from the pics and reviews while making my reservations, but the Binn Hotel surely surpassed my expectations. Check-in was a breeze, my room and view was amazing and the staff was so helpful and nice. Also, they have great security for guests. Breakfast and dinner was delicioso. I just made it back to the states last night. Currently I'm back at work planning my next stay. It'll be at the Binn Hotel for sure. Thank you to all Staff. I really appreciated it being my first time in Medellin. Until next time, XO.

This is a very modern hotel and the views all around it are spectacular. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with different hot dishes every day, and yummy fruit. I ate in the restaurant for dinner one night and ordered a stuffed mushroom appetizer… I would travel back to Medellin just to have that again. It was out of this world! I hopped into the heated pool a couple of times. There are views out to the city, so that was really cool. I also ate at the pizza restaurant attached to the hotel and the pizza is similar to New York style (thin, foldable slices). The owner came over to see how we were enjoying our meal and said he recently moved from New York. The ingredients were so fresh and he bought over freshly grated parmesan cheese, not that bottled stuff. My only issue is there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel. We had to take a cab everywhere, but no complaints about the hotel itself.

I loved my stay when I came to Medellin. This was one of the newest hotels in El Poblado area and it's awesome. The bed was super comfortable and the included breakfast per morning was absolutely delicious. Staff was very nice and gave great options.

Definitely an excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very clean and the room was very clean. The room was cleaned every day. Quiet room, spacious and the bed excellent. It is necessary to put water in the room, although in Medellin the water is potable. Highly recommended.

The buttons are very lofty with some girls as they squeezed and the reception do wait for the customer much say that is normal PS I do not think that impression.

Enjoyed my stay, Very complicated to find street ramp, no signs, no way to know you are supposed to drive to garage door. Staff was ok, during breakfast Anderson went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Will stay again. Romantic package was just what the wife wanted.

Love this place everybody was awesome took care of me when I got sick and helped me around town.

Breakfast cost 57.000 pesos, checkout is at 1:00 in the afternoon. They moved Me from room twice because the key didn't serve. I also have to walk all day with the suitcase because it arrives a couple of hours before check-in and did not allow to leave the suitcase in the room. They don't really work with the user. Very poor service.

New Hotel, modern rooms, quiet, with use of home automation, and clean, the bathroom large and functional, free Wi-Fi, excellent breakfast and service, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool on the top floor.

Modern hotel, very clean. Location is horrible to park unless you know exactly how to enter the parking. Hotel is new and most drivers don't know the underpass to get there properly. Just he careful when you find yourself stopping in the middle of the road to get off the car.

Away from the noise, in a very pleasant area. Rooms modern and comfortable, and the service is very good. It is necessary to get around by taxi if you don't have car because of the subway stations are far apart.

Way to off the beaten path if you're here as a tourist. You're better off staying at one of the local more centralized hotels because if you stay at the Binn hitel, you'll be spending all your money on taxis to get into the city.

Great place to stay, comfy rooms, gym partially equipped, the pool was closed at the time I stayed there.

Dear friends: I tell Them that in the early days of my return to Cuba, I had to extrañarles a lot, especially the people that worked during my stay on the night shift. My experience there was very nice and over all I was pleased with the installation and attention that I received at all times. The hotel is endowed with great workers that care because the guest will feel a lot better than in your own home, by many of the comforts and luxuries that you may have. That is my opinion, very particular. I wish you all much health, above all things, and send special warm greetings to Johnny, Jaime and all those who attended the reception area, and the boys of the restaurant, who were very attentive and accommodating. Sorry if I forgot names, but the important thing is not forgetting them. I hope to one day be able to return and visit. Here I am sending you the photos of the cars in which I talked with some of You guys Are old, but beautiful, as these retain the beauty of the age in which they were manufactured. I stay at the Binn from 12-15th.
The services and facilities listed on your site as being offered were complete lies.
Indoor swimming pool — it has now been removed from you site no doubt due to the amount of angry and disappointed guest. Needless to say the pool was not available. I checked your description during our stay and it still had the pool listed. Hot tub — As mentioned in your description is empty thus obviously unusable. … Sun terrace — Not functional as such Room services — there are no menus in existence and thus it's impossible to order room service. Your desk — NOPE Sound proofed rooms — as previously mentioned on your site but since removed — Nope. I heard a lot from the crying baby across the hall. I contacted the hotel during our stay about my list of complaints and I am yet to receive a response. I wanted to talk to the manager before checking out to discuss my total dissatisfaction but another destressed lady with the same complaints as me had beaten me to it. He was not there (he was unavailable for the 2 days previously also) and could not be contact by phone. I have since emailed him and yes you guessed it no response. I have been traveling for 8 months. My boyfriend and I have used your sit various time and never had an issue with what's stated as being offered being offered.
