I had an amazing 4 nights at Pullman Lijiang! Was greeted with fast service and very efficient staffs when we were in a big group and especially it’s pretty late at night. The breakfast was good (except for the absence of egg station) most of the days. We had a theme bbq dinner on a Friday night which was their first for the spring season. The hotel is less than 1km away from the ancient city which is a must go! The hotel has a Nice gym. We tried the spa there and was greeted with very beautiful deco, awesome but expensive spa (we had happy hour promo 1-1) at 2 hours ¥1610 The hotel itself is very very scenic! The room is very specially decorated and spacious! Clean and comfortable! I am just full of praises for this hotel!
➜ The location of the hotel was great, second, and Chris very thoughtful kind of service at the front desk, we were upgraded to a Villa, and had expressed concern about the staying, very careful guy. The hotel holiday, really right.

The best part of the hotel is its location to the Yulong snow mountain. You can see a good unobstructed view of the mountain peak from your room if you get second floor room. The staff do give good service but for the different rooms we stayed in during two separate stays, we notice the rugs in both rooms need a good steam cleaning.
