Be very careful with the taxi drivers at this hotel. Taxi fraud is very prevalent in Shanghai and especially at this hotel. I have had more problems at this hotel than any other airport hotel and the taxi drivers are stealing from you. When you get in the taxi look for their name card on the dashboard of the taxi. If you don't see a name card on the dash you are mostly likely going to be taken advantage of and you are going to have an 50-100 extra rmb stolen from you in a couple different ways. This is my first hand experience. They will steal money from you by trying to make a set price to the airport with you, and try not to use the taxi meter. If the taxi driver tries to make a set price to the airport they are going to take advantage of you somehow. When you take a taxi to the airport it should cost less than 120rmb. Many times the taxi driver some how has a button and can electronically add yuan/rmb to the meter manually (this is a known problem the taxi commission is working on) or they want a set amount of money and if you don't agree then they will use the meter and drive around in circles to add money to the meter so they don't look bad when the meter is only 120rmb if they had driven the correct route to the airport. Watch the meter closely and if you see the meter adding rmb more than the 120rmb say something to the taxi driver and start taking pictures of him and the taxi meter and of the dashboard and they will know you know something is wrong and they will know better than to steal from you. I also take a picture of the taxi license plate and have sent the pictures to the Shanghai taxi commission numerous times.
