This is a wonderful hotel and in a perfect location inside the walled city! Jones is incredible and made ou trip so much more pleasant! This hotel is about a 20 min walk from the train station and only 300 meters from street food market area and the wall! Jones assisted us from the train station and showed us great places to eat at. He also confirmed what we had planned and gave some other suggestions which made the trip more perfect! I have never dealt with a better concierge team member before! He knew what we were looking for and always made sure we were taken care of! Even setting up taxi service so we didnt have to be ripped off! He is one of a kind and wish we stayed there longer than one night! Thanks again! We hope to visit again soon! The hotel and rooms are beautiful too!

Jones the lead concierge at Hilton made this trip amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the city is amazing. This was one of my favorite stops in china. Jones helped us every step of the way. Stay here and you wont regret it.

Beautifully designed lobby with a replica of one of the brass chariots from Emperor Qi nshihuang's museum. The rooms were decorated nicely, the amenities were decent. What took a long time to figure out were the lighting controls. I didn't care for the full glass wall between the bath and the bedroom area.

First and foremost I implore anyone who reads this review to not stay at the Hilton Xi'an. Like many people, I rely on reviews to help me make decisions about which hotel to stay at and the previous reviews for the Hilton Xi'an made me think it would be a great choice. However, it pains me to say that although Xi'an is a wonderful city, rich in culture and history, my visit will forever be sullied by one thing and one thing alone, and that is my choice to stay at the Hilton Xi'an. I still want to commend the concierge staff who were always helpful and knowledgeable. Nevertheless I did not think a hotel stay could make me feel so horrible and put what would otherwise be a wonderful vacation in Xi'an, to ruin. Please do not make the same mistake as me and select a different hotel. During my visit I noticed small, charming local hotels along the city wall which I wish I had discovered and looked into prior (one in particular called the Pusu Hotel caught my eye). Please let my lesson help the next visitor to Xi'an; do your research, and pass on the Hilton Xi'an.

If an old Chinese lady designed a new hotel, this would be it.

The Hilton Xian has a plaque that says it is one of the top performing Hilton hotels in the world. I am hesitant any time I see something like this, but this time it was very well deserved. We had a wonderful stay with fantastic attention to detail. From an upgrade to a beautiful suite due to Diamond status to being recognized, greeted, and escorted to breakfast each morning, the service and experience was outstanding. Audrey especially went out of her way for us every day including figuring out a way for us to use Didi by transferring money from her Wechat to ours since our foreign credit cards were not working. One of the best hotels we have stayed in through 40 countries of travel!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, but run down. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Only issue was cleaning of the rooms, there were remnants from a previous guest, like stains on floor, needed good vacuum, the light shade was broken, there were party ribbon still on floor. And the room service was lacking, soggy bread and French fries. But the hotel staff made up for the shortcomings.

So good environment and location were very good, very quiet, very nice, breakfast was great too. Bed was very comfortable, quiet, fast. Refrigerator is convenient, safe and practical, bathrobes, very soft and comfortable, very clean. Hotel staff very friendly, great service, and solve the problem quickly. Cao Shen's service is in place, active filling of tea. Check delicious the waiter had also recognized me, was surprised. Overall feeling is very kind.

We just spent a wonderful three weeks touring five cities in China. Our trip to Xi'an was the last city on our trip. We thought the Hilton in Xia'n was excellent. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was expansive and excellent — — many choices of Chinese and Western foods were available. However, the best thing the hotel offers is its staff. We had staff members 'bend over backwards" to accommodate us and made us feel spoiled. In particular, a young woman named Revin Wang, was exceptional. We strongly recommend this hotel for its rooms, location and especially for its wonderful staff!

Hotel room was good, but only said that he could, without stunning, comfortable five-star hotel, the distance is close to the clock tower, 2 km distance, which are fairly easy, but if you choose may not vote here.

We have often collaborated, distributor, conference hotel, international chain five-star hotel, but they belong to Wanda, a flag, and there are things up process for more than that! Went back to the two, can accommodate 50 people, small conference room, that's pretty good. The family housing area, is also more open than WESTIN's value is much higher.
