Great Hotel in a Great Location at the end of Harbour City Shopping Mall on Canton Road. Close to the Kowloon West Train Station as well. Nice large rooms. Helpful staff, the concierge are very helpful.

An absolutely beautiful hotel that is run by amazing staff who will always help and assist you. The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything you need. Kelvin and all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Housekeeping are fabulous and meticulous. The man who attends our room is very friendly, kind and takes enormous pride in his work. The hotel is connected to Harbour City shopping centre. I highly recommend the Prince Hotel.

We had a great experience here! Decent sized rooms, modern, location was great (near malls, ferry and restaurants). Our booking included complimentary snacks and cocktails in the evening via the Continental Club. Shout out to FO Sara, Eddie and Leo! Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the harbor city. It's near the Austin subway station, which is connected to the West Gaoloon High-Speed ​​Rail station. There's a walkway next to the hotel that connects to Kowloon Park. The hotel has a fully equipped fitness center, a walkway connecting to a shopping mall on the second floor, and a delicious breakfast. It's a short walk from the viewpoint overlooking Hong Kong Bay at night.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was amazing. Concierge supervisor Edmund Tam accompanied me to a shipping store to help me send packages home. And the hotel loaned me a electronics plug adapter because I forgot to bring one. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The receptionist and concierge went above and beyond to help with our plans.
The room was very spacious and bed was so comfortable. Location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive. I would like to commend the cencierge team, Kooby, Edmond, Joe and victor for the wonderful service!

As first time young parents traveling with a 1yo toddler, I can confidently say that our trip to Hongkong wouldnt be as superb & worthwhile if it werent for our stay at Prince Hotel Continental Club TST.
Traveling with a toddler is quite challenging with the baby’s needs from amenities, transportation, convenience & comfort but all those needs were arranged perfectly & smoothly from start to end especially by Polly Chiu (Continental club manager) and her team — Rainie, Vivian, Kenny, Wing, Amy & Leo.
Even before arriving to Hongkong, Polly would always send me a message or email making sure that all my baby’s requests and needs will be arranged beforehand. She makes sure our room is also prepared as soon as we arrive. Transportation to and from the airport plus going around the area were always available upon request.
I would recommend staying at the continental lounge specifically on the 16/F as there is access to a lounge with good food, coffee and drinks. Our room also has enough quietness and privacy for our.
Baby when he needs to nap. I also very much appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel since Im very particular with that. Moreover, the service is quick and fast when you need anything.
The hotel is conveniently located within harbour city mall/ ocean terminal/ gatewaymall which is accessible through the hotel’s elevator so its safe for the baby too. There is also a nearby supermarket easily accessible.

I am so please with the hotel in area of amenities, cleanliness, the room and most of all the service level from the team. I wish to commend particularly on Polly. From day 1 I stepped into the hotel for checking in, the great smile never stop till day 5 of my family checking out. She is attentive and greets you by your name and she attend to every need for my family. Her attitude towards work and hotel guest is so wonderful which I am rarely see from most of my travel. Also I would like to thank the rest of the team members, Wing, Rainie, Leo, Kenny, Amy and Vivian. Their personnel touch in creating a joyous stay with them make me wanna come back and stay in their hotel again. Kudos to Polly and the team. Keep it up and I will see you guys again for my next trip.

My overall experience with Prince Hotel was an amazing one — the first impression that the front office staffs left me with was top notched. They delivered great service, seamless check in process, knowledgeable on all hotel facilities and provided local travel recommendations too! Despite the multiple questions I had, they answered all of them with patience and with a smile on their face! Thank you once again — Pinky, Ken, Sara, Eddie, Ceci and Joe — for making my 5D4N in Hong Kong such an amazing one. Not to mention, they also provided guides on my day trips to Macau and Shenzhen (which was quite a confusing one for me due to the multiple train/ bus rides required).

Fantastic experience!
When we arrived, we were surprised to have been upgraded to a Superior Suite with a living room, a spacious bedroom with two beds, a nice bathroom, ample space to put our luggage, and a coffee and a tea maker: great! We really enjoyed the two nights: it was very quiet, the beds were comfortable, so we had an excellent sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offered a very wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. The breakfast area felt a bit chilly, however.
On checkout we were surprised again: our flight left in the evening, so we wanted to store our luggage during the day. We also asked whether we could spend some waiting time in the seating area near the reception. The Service Manager personally took care of our requests. He offered access to the Guest Lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks, then he checked the departure times of the A21 airport bus, and when it turned out that the bus we wanted to take was leaving shortly after his shift ended, he even escorted us to the bus station on nearby Nathan Road. We felt like royalty! Thank you so much!
There is a notice in the bathroom stating that towels hanging will not be changed to help the environment. The shower door is the only place where they can be hung. So, you hang your bath towel there to dry during the day, but where do you hang the other towels?
We had booked a "Queen or Twin Room" and had asked the hotel by email at least three times to confirm a Twin Room.

The room was clean.
The room keeping staff are very caring and do a really good job.
The breakfast on the 3rd floor during was amazing.
The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive of any request.
The location is perfect.
My whole experience was super good. I will come back!

Had an exceptional stay at the property. Room was nice modern and clean having all necessary amenities. Location is great being a short walk from the metro, and part of a huge shopping mall too. What made the stay amazing was the duty manager Kelvin and his front office team who not only saw to a seamless check in, but made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. 100% recommended!

Always good to be back. The service is fantastic continental club led by Pollly and all the staffs like Rainne, Leo, Rain, Wing sorry can’t remember other staffs. Special shout out to Mr Lok he is simply amazing his service is exquisite, always beyond oh his duty he is one of the major reason why we go back to this property, none other hotels that I’ve been to come close to him. He made our stay more special. The food in then club is good, though if they change food will make it better.

One of the best hotels in TST area. Room is so spacious too. The staff were nice and helpful. It's located beside Canton Road front Apple store, big banks and connected to Harbour City. Walking distance to Bakehouse, Kowloon Park and 10min walk to TST MTR station. Very efficient and accessible. Highly recommended.

Prince Hotel provides amazing service in all aspects. All the employees had some knowledge of English so communication was no issue. They were all able to make small chat with us and provide some insights into Hong Kong. We ate at the Continental Club everyday for breakfast and some late night snacks. The staff there were so kind and attentive. They helped us with directions and called a taxi for us. Thank you to Wing, Rainie, Polly, and Kenny who helped make our stay in Hong Kong more convenient and enjoyable. Another thank you to Tom who helped us with directions to Victoria Peak and helped with our luggage on our check out day. Honestly, every employee there was truly accommodating and all interactions with the staff left a very positive impression. The standards of service at Prince Hotel are very high and I hope we’ll be able to come back soon.

The newly renovated Marco Polo Prince hotel has provided me with such an exceptional experience from the room and its amenities. However the one thing that keeps us going back is the service and attention to detail of all the people from concierge, staff and reception. I consider it as my home away from home.
Will definitely come back!
