Do not stay here, I promise you its not worth it. Even on a budget I would not stay here, the price difference between this and a higher quality price is NOT worth it. Literally you can stay in an identical room to this place for free… in prison. A closet would have more room and they cram as many beds as possible wall to wall in these little hole on the wall rooms. The building should be condemned, I know this is just how conditions are in Hong Kong, but as a tourist and for the price its crazy. Reading reviews I thought it would be at least clean, but it reeks of mold, the bedsheets were covered in hair and stains, and the showerhead in the bathroom is literally directly above the toilet seat…
Unless you want a good horror story to tell, I would not stay.

For a hostel, it’s clean, safe & comfortable. Has rooms with own toilet/shower. Close to all shopping, bus, mtr & food.

Located at 11th floor of Sincere house after 2 cross roads from MTR Mong Kok exit D2, as the owner message me before trip started. Room for solo traveler is only for one person who didn’t have much package. Small room with only one bed, one cupboard and one washroom. The owner is really helpful and can communicate in English language too.

It is in a great location and close to the metro system…literally a block away. The room is clean. The mattress is on the firm side which I like. I had a great sleep. At night it was quiet (no neighbors being noisy or street loud noise). In the morning and afternoon if you want to nap you can close the window and put AC as white noise since there is construction going on 1-2 blocks away.
The room may be small for people that are used to standard rooms in the USA, but if you want to find something affordable then this is the place.
If you don’t have towels in the room just ask the front desk. Hair drier for example is a shared item so it is found outside the room, you just have to return it after use. To turn on the AC you have to switch it on (the switch is just outside next to the room door), if you want hot water for shower you have to switch on the heater (switch next to the bathroom door and allow 10-15 min to heat).
The right elevator goes to the 11th floor. The elevator on the right goes to odd number floors.
Great stay, I would stay there again!

We had this place in mind before we left to arrive in Hong Kong. We booked as we got there, got the number and called Ms Hue (owner) she showed us the room we were happy and took it for one night, initially. Second day we decides to stay there and paid her again. She was very accommodating, and made our stay easy.
Very clean place. Slept 5 of us. Lucky we only had two suitcases, you may struggle with more luggage. On suite, toiletries provided. Wish I had brought an extra mirror as only one in the bathroom but there is a large one by the entrance. We were on the 5th floor lift could take a while but not too bad.

Clean and comfortable room in an otherwise very old building. Great location next to 2 major shopping malls, Ladies Market, Sneaker Street, Mong Kok and Mong Kok East MTR stations and plenty of places to eat. Would visit again.

I like how they accommodate me during midnight as one booking was canceled on me. I'm really thankful for the owner for responding to me quickly and it does exceed my expectations when it comes to my stay as I decided to extend it for 5 days.
The room that I had was amazing and perfect. The owner and the staff are the best. They greet me every time I see them. The bathroom is narrow but I think that's the Hong Kong aesthetic.
I like how it was in the middle of Hong Kong's bustling city. The Mong Kok location is the perfect stay for me.
What I didn't like does not affect my stay itself but going inside Sincere House where the hostel is. Sometimes, the elevator might be crowded, you need to go to the other side of the Sincere House which is also the entrance during 12AM.
