Hotel is on a small hill with slightly tight security (I was told that this hotel is frequented by political leaders), there are trams which will ferry guests from the hotel lobby to the foot of the hill. From the foot of the hill, you can transfer to another tram which will bring you to the main entrance of the Long Men Grottoes (龙门石窟). To return to the hotel, take a ferry from the grottoes to alight at the Bai Yuan (白园) jetty. The hotel room itself is quite normal, nothing really special. Stay on only if you plan to visit the grottoes, otherwise it's location will not please you at all.
