A cozy Japanese cuisine restaurant on the 25th floor of Grand Mercure in Zhuzilin, Shenzhen. Like all other Japanese Restaurants, the kitchen is visible in front of the diners and the cook was making stuff right there. A meal for two including a bottle of wine, costs about 700 RMB. Though other ala karte options too are available. Overall a very good dining experience…

Only few steps from Zhuzilin subway exit B2. Turn right from exit B2, cross the small road and the hotel already infront of you. Near to Splendid China and Window of the world.

Nice place. Need to take Executive room for have access to Free Dinner at 25 floor. Also laundry 1 pc/day for free. Room big with nice bad.

"January 2018, Business travel 3 nights" Oriental Ginza Hotel is conveniently near Bamboo Grove subway station. The equipment in the room is slightly old, and sometimes the bathroom hose makes a noise. But the overall clean and tidy, the service is very good. Hotel overall facilities perfect, the first floor breakfast is delicious, 25 floor has more quiet Japanese teppanyaki restaurant and executive lounge, suitable for business negotiations, the other five floor gym well-equipped, there are beauty salon and body Massage Center. The laundry service, which was returned on the day of the shirt, is also convenient for business travellers.

Overall room facilities are older, such as the bathroom pumping facilities in the operation of the sound is quite large, bathroom with plastic shower curtain, not a bath screen. However, the hotel has begun to renovate some of the facilities. The day of check-in coincides with Christmas Eve, and the hotel also arranges for the singing of Christmas songs in the lobby.

The hotel is strategically located in Futian, lots of shops around the hotel. Very convenient to get in and out as Zhuzilin Metro is right at the doorstep. Checking in through Accor Priority is a breeze. Rooms are sizable and well equipped. Will surEly come back again.

This hotel is nicely priced for its quality. Location is very convenient, with a subway station right next to the hotel. The amenties in the room are great, ranging from a sewing kit to a tea set. Bathroom and room were both extremely clean. The front desk was also welcoming.

It feels like home!

General stay was OK, room was clean. TV not catered for the international guests. Free Internet slow. Reception staff not friendly but receiving staff excellent. Breakfast was not good. Close to a metro station was a bonus.

Good when someone else is paying…

I've been here for years. It used to be one of my favorite hotels. Beautiful spacious rooms, great pool and garden-all in Shenzhen. The staff showed impeccable. The service is smooth but how the banjo manages 79:1. This place is still Fortise, but there are signs everywhere. Maintenance has been neglected.

The transportation is very convenient hotel, from Baoan Airport sits 416 to the subway mouth, the subway line the Bamboo Forest station gets off, the B2 exit, comes up to see. There is a supermarket near the Le Fuk shopping Plaza, which is very convenient to eat, a KFC at the gate and a night market in the evening.
"Room" to live in the big bed room, but also satisfactory, is looking for slippers for a long time, and finally call the service center to know that the bath water pressure is very large, the bathtub slightly smaller. Great hotel. Breakfast is superb. A fantastic array of food. Clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. Room service is efficient and the menu is excellent. I am going to particularly recommend one member of staff: Hugo Li, the Guest Relations Manager. He's the man to go to, to get things done. He is most efficient.

I was 8 days there! :) great hotel. Located near a MTR very nice street near a big park. Staff are great the food is very nice. The room itself is great. For this price you paying in this hotel go there you will thank me! :) I know I will go back.
