We spent three days at the Ritz — Carlton before starting our great adventure to Antarctic. Beautiful hotel, clean and the staff are professional. The suite are spacious and just love the 10 floor (lounge) nice area to hung out, have breakfast and catch up with family and friends threw some emails.

With my boyfriend we went for the weekend and it was a beautiful stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, as well as reception, restaurant and Spa. All very concerned about making us feel comfortable and calm. An exquisite meal, the jacuzzi and pool perfect to enjoy the afternoon and the perfect terrace to wait for the sunset. We recommend it! Quality and price are totally consistent. So we'll be back. Best regards.

One of about 10 guest in the hotel. All in quarantine because we just arrived, we are all aircrew transporting essential items. The are bending over backwards to may our stay comfortable. They assign us nice rooms, usually the corners with a view of the city. At least it's not claustrophobic.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Ritz Carlton. The service was bad and the hotel needs repair and updating. A family got robbed at gunpoint in front of the hotel at 10am on a Sunday partially because there was no door man nor security. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

TERRIBLE CARE at the SPA, one would expect of a 5 star hotel an EXCELLENT TREATMENT of employees to the guests or visitors. In the afternoon of yesterday, JULY 20, 2019, we were 5 friends together because we wanted to have a day different relaxed without stress, and happy. We arrived at 2pm and we left at 9pm. In the first 20 min of having arrived we were already thinking of trying another SPA in Santiago that meet our expectations. 1. Give us some robes … broken with holes and wrinkled. 2. We say that the hour of our massage they gave it to another person despite the fact we have an email of them confirming specific times and claim that, when they sent the email with the confirmation were free hours and after you send it it is filled. And not we sent an e-mail with the new hours, if not that tell us that the day of the massage when we were already in the hotel. 3. Comes the girl with “1 coffee courtesy” for what happened with the time of the massage (we were 5) and says that the cafe is for the girl that was solving the problem of the time of the massage. And if the rest of us want coffee we have to order it and pay for it. 4. We order some tuna salads and other octopus. The dressings were incomplete and when we asked the girl to bring us the missing says that it would take a long while down to the kitchen and climbs. 5. We change your gown wet to a dry one and you are the key to the locker in the gown wet.

Beautiful hotel with pleasant staff and well furnished rooms. I think one of my favorite aspects of this hotel, though, is its location. It's an easy walk to lots of tourist attractions and fun things to do in Santiago.

Impeccable service. That's what I can say about this hotel. Once you check in, they take care of all your daily needs. They even provide you an umbrella when it's raining outside, which most of the hotels would not do. The staff is exteemely courteous and helpful. Slightly expensive place to stay. But hey, Chile is expensive.

An 8-km drive from the Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts this sophisticated hotel set in the El Golf neighborhood is 7 km from the presidential offices at La Moneda Palace. The stately rooms have 37-inch flat-screen TVs, iPod docks and 24-hour room service, as well as marble bathrooms and 400-thread-count bed linens. Wi-Fi is available. Suites add separate living areas and city views. Club-level access provides entry to a lounge with free food, drink and Wi-Fi. Culinary options include 2 restaurants (including 1 serving afternoon tea), a cafe, and a bar with a pisco menu. There’s also a luxe spa, an indoor pool and a gym, plus event space.

What I like about The Ritz-Carlton and its lobby bar is that feeling of being in a bar in NY in the 50s-60s oblivious to everything, but actually a few steps from the day-to-day of a busy neighborhood like golf.

Classic, elegant. Carisimo paid parking. 30 pesos a minute! If you want to park more economic in front of the access to the Eparcamiento there is another public much cheaper.

Excellent rooms and service, I stayed 10 days and everything was very good. It's very central.

It is a very luxurious hotel, I think one of the most luxurious and emblematic of the capital of Chile. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. Also the food that they serve in their banquets, very comfortable and adapted to the station.

Wonderful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one thing. The coffee water at the events hopefully was not direct from the key. The water in Santiago is very hard and you feel the weight of the metals.

Your Ritual coffee is great. Good coffee and accompaniments. His entrance is through Apoquindo.

Excellent service. We had a Club Level room with Lounge access and we thought it worth it for the simple breakfast available until 11am, then lunch, then afternoon tea, then light evening dinner etc etc, plus free wine, beer, soft drinks, etc. Staff were great and very helpful.

It's a classic. The wood and its elegance transport to the years 50, very well decorated in its elegant and conservative style. Everything looks nice and caters well. Comfortable and sober rooms in their classic style. The reception slow and uninformed. The restaurant and Bar is interesting but too expensive for what they offer which is of standard quality but charged to gold price.

Very very tidy. The staff and waiters are unbelievably pleasant. This experience reminds me very much of being in far east Asia. People here are welcoming/ warm ; almost to the point of subservience.

The hotel is OK but the service is not Ritz standard. When electricity went out, they weren't prepared. No elevators, stairs that led to the back alley, staff was unresponsive… They are not there when you need them…

I am a teenage so the food was too advanced for my primitive palate, but everything else was quite good, staff was very kind.

I've been to several Ritzes, but the service and the friendliness of the staff here is the top of the top! The food is also very good. The decoration of the rooms is a bit dated, but very cozy nevertheless. However, if Wi-Fi was included in the rates, that would make the things even better :)

I booked a table at the Estro restaurant for the New Year's party at the Ritz but stayed at the Renaissance hotel, another Marriott property. The service and the reception for the party was great, no complaints. The waiter was really attentive. However, the food was terrible with the only exception of the lobster terrine starter. The quail was overcooked, the grouper was served raw in the middle, almost like sushi but warm. It was resting on a veggie purée which was really salty. Could not eat that. The lamb was so overcooked and overdried that it would simply flake by a fork and it was not eatable. By then it was almost midnight and there was no time to refire the lamb. The waiter was really apologetic was could not resolve the situation other than kept us really happy with wine pours. Needless to say that it was not worth the $500 price tag. I stayed at many Ritz properties in my time and had dinners at the restaurants but this was not nearly up to the Ritz standards.

Wonderful staff, especially Michael the concierge.
House keeping was okayish since they first did not have shampoo and had two conditioners in the bath. I have very long here so I thankfully was alcarrying my own. Then they forgot to place the replacement, I had to call. Also my hand towel was ripped and torn, seem they need to get rid of that one. Location is safe and good.

The Ritz is becoming my favourite place to stay in Santiago. In addition to great service and luxury furnishings, they now have better internet with in-room access points, electronic check out by email, and a wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs, crisp bacon, salmon, pastries and more. Or order an omelette from your table.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's in a very nice area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The subway station is a block from the hotel. The only time I took a cab is to the airport. The bartenders at the lobby bar make a very good Old Fashioned. Please note that they are renovating the hotel. I was not made aware of it until I heard drilling and hammering on the floor above me. When you check in make sure they put you a on floor away from the renovation.

One of the best, if not The best, hotel in Santiago. Front Desk clerks are friendly and Concierge Club is one of the best options if you can afford the upgrade. Restaurant and Spa had been renovated and looks really modern now. Best option to stay in Santiago.
