The Hotel is very good. Excellent would say. A very good restaurant with very well presented and excellent meals in the taste.

Very nice experience. Clean and friendly staff. Alessandro went above and beyond to help us.

It is a great place for training and the staff very friendly.

I stayed last week, it didn't cover my expectations. It is located in an excellent area, very good breakfast, but it lacks maintenance.! The carpets are dirty and stained, the bathroom in the room was sooo boy and old! The air conditioner is old and makes a lot of noise! Restaurant service is acceptable.

It's very quiet. Located in a beautiful and elegant residential area (Las condes) in the town of Santiago.

Comfortable, nice, with a very full breakfast. Modern rooms, good Wi-Fi service, garages available in the hotel and in a very quiet and safe area of Santiago.

Bad predisposition, bad veery the Wi-Fi and the kitchen closes 20 min before the agreed.

The staff are friendly and efficient and the convenient location near the Metro in this chic and quiet area (but be careful there is nothing to do from a tourist point of view) buffet style breakfast in a nice room.
Detail to improve: Only two units allowed per room on the Wi-Fi.

Very comfortable pieces twin hot water and cable TV, apart from the free breakfast in the morning everything was delicious … The only bad thing the air conditioning was not working well, or the mini-bar.

Modern and simple, very quiet and cosy to rest. The breakfast is rich and abundant.

In my second experience staying at the hotel, my pass was not the most pleasant. A lot of noise in the hallways and slamming doors at high hour of the night. In addition to a lot of noise from the plumbing. Not if it was the floor that was installed (the second) or the age of the facilities. In addition I found a spider that was not small. For all the above I have not had a good night's sleep because I woke up several times in the night by slamming doors and very early, at about 05am, the noise of the plumbing does not let me sleep.

I want a Play 4 with. The FIFA 15

Near subway station. Nice and safe residential zone. Great hotel.
