Excellent hotel experience, the restaurant La Tribu I do not recommend, it is too long the delay since one orders until receiving the order (more than an hour) and they do not have the complete menu. On the other hand the tourist guide Tamara, very friendly, Excellent trekking. As for the rooms very clean and tidy, excellent interior decoration, good view and comfortable, heating.

Magical place, the people that work there are all very friendly and dedicated. I recommend making the hike, the guides are charismatic and acquaint you super-well. The rafting is great, a unique experience of camadería and discipline. The instructors friendly and professional. I hope to return and enjoy it as it should be, because, I felt something wrong. What I loved was that the dome edge rio 6, there is a black cat all handsome that welcomes you, enters you, like the mimes and answer. It is like a panterita black. PANTER! It would be a nice nickname don't we? Greetings!

Wonderful experience! Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks, the staff are very respectful and helpful. Convenience of adventurous activities on site made it awesome vacation. Zip lining and pools were fantastic!
40 minute drive from Santiago. Didn’t do the river rafting or complimentary waterfall tourer the farm tour but that will be our reason for another visit. Recommendation from the staff to drive another hour to enjoy the natural hot springs in the Andes Mountains was an incredible experience.

I love it, good reception, friendly, the cottage is clean and comfortable, we disengage, we did the short hike, and zip line. All very attentive and the place beautiful. Ahh we were also in the area of reflection and silence lying on the bed of quartz, great. Thanks Waterfall of Souls.

It was a wonderful night, I felt at home, and I mean how they receive you and greet you even without knowing you, I had already gone another time to lunch and it was good, I recommend it in closed eye, I intend to come back anyway a thousand times.

We stayed one weekend in one of the suites of this wonderful place. Everything ultra flawless, from cleanliness to attention. If you are looking for a quiet place, to spend it as a couple and enjoy outdoor activities, Rasfting, canopi, line shooting, hiking, etc this is the place. I'll definitely come back again. I highly recommend it. Dinners in the restaurant are excellent.

Good place to get away from the capital, a few kms from Santiago. There are different options and prices. From camping to lodge. The restaurant is a bit expensive. Good swimming pools and various outdoor activities. The hike to the waterfall you can't stop doing.

This is a nice resort for a team outing. This place is fun only in a group. We loved spotting a Puma & the trek in the hills to see small waterfalls. My friends enjoyed the rafting and the pool. It was a fun filled evening.

Beautiful place, only the attention in the restaurant is lousy. We ordered Patagonian lamb and this came charred, all the fat of the lamb and much of the meat was burned, we informed the manager and he tells us that the preparation is so and that it was approved by it, we asked him to remove the dish and replace it with a well-bewitched lamb or another plate and they refused, the same situation occurred in parallel with another table and the explanation was the same. The values of everything they offer are very high and do not deliver quality in their products.

I'm going for breakfast when I go for a motorcycle ride. They always attend excellent and the breakfast is very good!

Me and my brother, sister and her boyfriend did rafting a few days ago with Simon and Jackson, and it was so much fun! I thought their English was really good which helped a lot as we know very little Spanish. Also very good at explaining everything as it was me and my brothers first time doing it. They also have a photographer that can take pictures for you doing the rafting, he goes to various points along the river, and the pictures turned out great! We had a lot of fun and I would highly recommend this place!

I read several comments on the waterfall of Las Animas. But it's better to go and have your own experience. Mine unique and unbelievable. I want to go back now in winter to my hut.

It'S Nice the place, but too expensive for the walk to see the waterfall. It'S No natural landscape, you shouldn't pay that much.

A very nice and cozy place. Recommended for special meetings; Familitares and friends activities. The Hotel is very good. There Are Horseback Riding services; Rafting, Tyrolean and others. Barbecue Areas and a very nice mountainous setting.

Food, activities, recreation, amazing place!

Eduardo Astorga and Eugenia Moreno Here met, married and formed a family of eight children with Max Astorga, then administrator of a nearby gypsum deposits, founding a lineage that until today maintains a close bond with San Alfonso. Four decades Ago, one of the couple's children, Eduardo Astorga, decided to promote a family business dedicated to tourism. With the support of his wife, Eugenia Moreno, and his ten children, they devised to transform the 3.600 hectares of the Fundo San Alfonso in the ecotourism Center Cascade Las Animas, a new move, as at that time the concept of ecotourism was unknown in Chile.
A seguidilla of innovations that have characterized the work of the family in the Chilean tourist industry Was initiated, always having to the preservation of the environment in the center of their attention. Therefore, it has promoted important projects of recovery of endangered fauna and soils affected by erosion, having planted over 30.000 trees between native species and introduced in the course of the last two decades.

I loved it I went to celebrate my birthday and had a great pity it was cold to use the pool but the jacuzzi was wonderful, the food, the attention and the place amazing.

What an amazing escape outside the city!

They are a few scoundrels, I went to the restaurant to celebrate mother's day performed me a double fee per entry and never made the money back, I made the claims and notices coprrespondientes how to run that would solve it, then there was no answer never more emails and attempts to SERNAC, bad class these people.

Rich place outside Santiago to spend a day with family, has several activities such as rafting, canopy, Zipline, horseback riding.

This is a very cool place. My family and I took part in a hiking g excursion that was only about 2 hours total to a very beautiful waterfall. Additionally, we zip lined as well which was a blast. I would definitely recommend this business for a fun day out!

Well, we signed up for the longest trekking and the guide (provided by the company) was very nice. Unfortunately that was not the case of the staff which was very "cold" to us, if not distant. Overall though the trip was worth being made.
