I do not recommend it, the attention is very deficient and zero professionalism. The rooms are large although they are not at all comfortable, do not have wardrobe/closet to hang clothes, have no phone in the room to communicate to concierge you have to go outside to do it, in my case tube to go out to claim the service hot water Bathroom, no air conditioning. Breakfast though is included is regular. It is expensive in relation to the service in general.

Quiet, familiar atmosphere. Good rooms with good bathroom. Nice, clean and the manager is level to solve and help in some problem that is needed for your help. Very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast service included. Pretty good and full. With efficient waitress service. Close to downtown.

Very, very simple guesthouse on unlovingly designed plot. There is no possibility to sit outside (two wooden benches in front of two rooms) 10 minutes walking distance from the church. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is Chilean. Unfortunately, it always has to be reckoned with hot water and power failure. We had no hot water on 2 of 3 days.

Nice place with great view.

Very nice hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the dessert city. Our rooms were big, rather clean and modern for Chilean standards. The receptionist was friendly and the hotel offers to replace your breakfast with a lunch packet, just in case you have to leave early for the dessert. The personal was friendly and the rooms cleaned daily. Overall a very enjoyable stay and good value for money, even if it's not that cheap!

I loved this hotel. The attendants are lovely, the room was big, clean, with a good bed and, the best, with a super good and strong hot shower for the end of a long day visiting that beautiful place.
