Boreale Ranch

The location is stunning, the facilities perfect, the amenities top notch, the service impeccable. My daughter and I stayed here on our way to AK and can’t recommend enough. Marsha our host was gracious and welcoming. What a well done property.

Thank you to the hotel staff and this beautiful place for giving me such wonderful and happy memories. The staff were always friendly and greeted me with smiles, and the adorable dogs added so much joy! Especially Raya — she always accompanied me when I wandered around the hotel on my own. She’s so lovely! 😍 Thank you for creating a place filled with such positive and happy energy.

We had a fantastic stay for four nights. The team there were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. All of the meals we had there were incredible and we highly recommend this ranch. We will definitely be back again.
Plus they have the most adorable puppies, which made my day.

The most amazing experience you can see northern lights from your bed! The staff is amazing the breakfast delicious and the hotel is super comfortable and nice. Surely we’ll come back.

A very nice little building just a long driveway off the highway.
The place was very nice with a large common area, hot tub and kitchen. Shared breakfast at a large table encourage chatting with the other guests in the morning.
My only complaint is that the rooms are not very soundproofed, especially the ones upstairs where we could pretty clearly hear every step they took.

Thoroughly enjoyed every part about staying here, and wish I could stay longer. Gorgeous lodge, gracious hosts, awesome mountain view. Sleep was 10/10. Breakfast was 10/10. Very close to Emerald Lake and Carcross Desert which are must sees!

It’s a little away from the town but worth the ride. Excellent facilities, service and food. Can’t go wrong staying here. Would have booked on my return trip but they were full.

It was hard to find this place since we didn’t have much internet reception and the sign was confusing. Once we found it, it was nestled in the woods with a hot tub. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a dog which scared me and the kids.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a little on the tiny side. Staff was friendly.
It was hot so we left the window open at night. We had the best sleep ever. Perhaps it was the mountain air or woodsy feeling but boy did we sleep hard. We didn’t get to experience the food or outdoors but the location was still beautiful. Maybe next time.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. At the Ranch, you feel at home because the owners make sure everything is perfect. Beautiful place. Excellent to go with a group, couple, or alone (I guarantee you'll make friends there). Everything was amazing!

Wow! What a spectacular trip I had to the Boréale Ranch (and not because it was effectively FREE! )
Through good luck (or clean living) I was fortunate enough to win a trip up to Whitehorse and a stay at the Boréale Ranch through the awesome NSMBA. I won the raffle in the middle of the pandemic (2021) and chose to defer the trip — "No problem, when the time is right we will get you up here" said my contact Marsha.
I finally made it up in the early fall of 2023 and experienced what the locals claimed was one of the nicest periods of weather that they could recall for mid September. Thank you Marsha, Malina, Manon, Sylvain, Bryan and Bruno (the dog)!

What a DREAMY place, quite, the views are like no other, the chef they have is a Frech Chef that will make the Most DELICIOUS food…
I will comeback for sure.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. Sylvain and his team did an awesome job of hosting us, the food was delicious, the northern lights gorgeous. Everything was clean and they provide you winter clothes for when you go out for tours. I definitely want to come back.

Great property about 30-40 min from Whitehorse but well worth the stay. Owners are incredibly accomodating, communicate often and take service to the next level. Make sure to read the emails and xontact the property at least 24 hours out especially if arriving outside check in hours. The common areas in the ranch are great for relaxing and interacting with other guests and if you have to leave before regular breakfast then they'll pack something to go. Hang out by the fire, hot tub or on your porch and check out the stars. Plus great musical playlist piped through common living room. Well worth the stay and plan on going back.

The best! The food and grounds are incredibke. Riding is great, hottub after feels good.
