Spent 1 night here August 4-5, 2025. I was quoted the price when I called to reserve and again 2 months later to confirm and was charged a different amount. We had a family room because we have 3 kids. My special needs son (Cerebral Palsy) had to sleep on the floor because the hide a bed hadn't been changed from the previous customer. It was gross. Not acceptable. I paid for a clean room. It was not clean. They advertise clean rooms, false advertising. I went to complain and they gave me $10.00 for the inconvenience. The gentlemen was cocky and a I don't care attitude. I will never, never stay here again and you shouldn't either.
Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited almost an hour for breakfast, and as we were waiting a few of us decided to go have a smoke. While we were outside, my mom who was waiting inside was told they weren't going to serve us. I tried to tell the server we only went outside for a cigarette, and the cook comes out of the kitchen to tell us to leave and called us drunks. I told her I was a sober person. All that because we asked when will our breakfast be served, we waited a while, and others were being served.

Not a good hotel, first time staying there and found yellow stains in the mattress, while trying to sleep heard yelling and screaming after 2 am then the rcmp showed up and kicked them out after about 30 minutes. Not only that but the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Not impressed.
