The location was quite hard to reach, as the road was very rocky and bumpy. The rooms were quite nice, but we were not given a key to lock our door. There was no AC, so the rooms were very hot. The view was great, and we had easy access to activities around the lake, which was nice. The spa and the sauna by the gym didn't work. The towels for the nordic spa were across the site, which was quite inconvenient. The food was good, and we had plenty of options to choose from at dinner. The TV seemed to only offer English channels, which was ironic since the auberge is themed around France and most of the clients were French-speaking. The staff was very welcoming and nice. We found a mouse in our room, by the toilet, but it was tiny and we easily trapped it in the trash bin, and put it outside. Overall, I enjoyed my stay as it was very relaxing, but I don't think I would come back, simply because I am not a very outdoorsy gal and there was not many other activities than to go on or in the lake, walk in the forest or hang around the small outdoors spa with other couples and families. I would recommend to an older couple looking for a relaxing get-away or a very sporty and outdoorsy family.

Very nice and clean. Very nice hosts and listening to our needs. No air conditioning and paying kayaks.

We didn't eat food in the restaurant so we can't give any feedback for that. The room is clean, modern and cozy. Nice view to the lake in the morning with fog on the water surface. He guild us around and give instructions that we need to know. Nice place, we may be back one day in Fall.

We found it to be a nice mix of holiday colony for Adults and Children, the owners are very welcoming despite some quite demanding tourists. A small downside for the presentation of breakfast if nothing to say, and then activities and lake. Magnificent… Good luck Livio and Juju, we'll be back.

Very warm. Very nice place and place very clean. The owners are charming and present in addition to being attentive to their customer. Beautiful waterfront and water activities at a reasonable price. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 children and will definitely return.

We sleep well in a beautiful structure, we eat well and the boss is very friendly and very simple.

Super Home We had jammed our vehicle in the snow 10km before they came and we cleared the vehicle immediately, the snowmobile rides are beautiful, the meals are very good and the sensational setting I highly recommend.

We were received as Queens! The place is beautiful, the food was excellent, we could not have been more satisfied with our stay in the heart of nature!

They're basically crooks. Having booked a room for two nights a week in advance for our honeymoon, they ask us to go out the second night since the chalet was booked for a wedding before us and all this by telling us only that they are "sorry". We are not the only ones who have been out, this has been done to at least two other couples. They refused to reimburse us, but asked if we wanted to return another date which was impossible for us since we are full-time students. In short, the place is beautiful and the chalet is also beautiful at first sight (several things defective and room non-soundproof), but at that price (nearly $200 per night and inordinate addition for each service or activity) the customer service and the quality of Rooms should be at least acceptable. There are several other hostels and hotels in the area that will give you access to the same beautiful landscapes you are looking for, but cheaper, more developed and with a warm staff. Don't get cross.

The site itself is an absolute gem — super pretty, amazing nature. Especially the lake of course. BUT, the rooms are great on first glance only, the enthusiasm fades quickly as you discover that most of the things advertised are either not working properly (windows, whirpool, moskito door, etc. ) or don't exist (AC! ), we could have lived with that in our short stay with, however they were the loudest rooms we've ever encountered! The walls that divide the appartments are paper thin — we could hear whispering from the neighbors and even hear someone in the other appartment using a zipper — unacceptable! At this price, its just not good value for money. Its a pitty, because otherwise the site is great — lots to do activity wise and even a Spa area. The food for dinner is really great, especially given the poor quailty of food in the area (only fast food), the restaurant could improve much for breakfast though. No ham or other meat, no healthy options (except some whole fruits). If the breakfast was better and the cottages were smaller and with one appartment only instead of for 9-10, this would be the best site in the area by far, however with the downsites (especially the sound proofing problem) I can't recommend.

I loved the skidooing, the food and the massages. The service was not good. Couldn't tell who worked there. No reception desk. The "spa" is a tiny sauna and a hot tub. You have to ask for everything. There is no tour or information giving. We didn't get a key to our room. And when we got the massage I was told we could have a receipt, but I got a couples massage and only one massage therapist is licenced and can give receipts for insurance. Over all, nice place, terrible service.

Je recommande fortement cette auberge! L'endroit est paradisiaque, le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et met tout en oeuvre pour traiter les clients comme il se doit. Le chalet était tout simplement parfait avec une vue spectaculaire en plus. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, vaut définitivement le détour.

Horrible expérience j avais réserver une suite car j avai organiser une soirrer spécial pour ma copine, je lui ai donner une bague de promess. Tout à été bien just qu à temps je mettre les pieds à cette auberge j avais déjà payer la totalité et j avais pris un forfait le problème est qu' il ne voulais pu me donne la suite que j avais réserver un mois en avance et payer! Je lui ai demander pk il m'a répondu je m'en fou je le donner à une personne qui la louer plus longtemps! J avais quand même pris une nuit car la première journée j ai arriver tard vue l occasion il mon donner une chambre défectueuse la bain thérapeutique marchai mal les porte de fermai pas au complète bref quand le matin j ai confronter le proprietaire il m'a dit je m'en fou je te rembourse j ai demander la totalité il m'a chercher plein prix quand j avai un forfait. En plus pour une chambre défectueuse. Je recommande a tout le monde de ne pas aller le car je me suis fait rouler dans farine par cette auberge.

A magical places, atmosphere family and cosy. Two small kilo of top on my return, the fault of the duck confit! I can't wait to come back for the colors.
Ask for a room in the chalet luxury if you love silence, there are often children in the main chalet. It offers a coupon on tuango at any time.

A beautiful place where we loved our stay. Whether it's as much for the welcome and for the framework and the rooms, everything was perfect.
The only thing missing would be a directly accessible hiking trail on the site (there is a mini hike but enough poorly marked) but it is still possible to is randre to Duhamel for beautiful hikes.
We will be back, that's for sure.

Me and my girlfriend wanted to spend an SDS in lovers. Rather disastrous: therapist non-conformity (certification) therefore not reimbursable by insurance, massage between $ 85 and $ 139!, PPA Nordic Baths, spa at 32 degrees, blurred water +++, the yellowish bath water, table d ' hôte at a basic $ 30 but 90% of the plates have the extra $ 4 to 7, very badly prepared food (boiled salmon, potatoes mashed burned and served like this!, broccoli and cauliflower, boiled, just boiled) water smells fish, dessert: chocolate pie industrial or muffin with vanilla (white cake). Rooms at first view but very little sound proof, presence of multiple ladybugs (and mouse in other rooms). Lunch: boxes of cereal, toast, canned fruit salad
Beautiful in appearance, nothing more! I forgot: $ 270 night-dinner-lunch. Ouchhhhh.
