Really good Hotel. Clean and beautiful room with kitchen which you can cook by yourself. Definitely will go there next time and stay longer. Good location with is at the entrance of the town.

Excellent hotel. Located in the centre of the village. Rooms are a very good size, very clean, with a very nice gas fireplace. Staff is super nice and friendly. King bed is very large and comfy but I would recommend to bring your own pillows as they are not very supportive. The bathrooms are large and nice too but the toilets are fairly weak. Would definitely return.

Great sized room, the staff are extremely friendly. Right at the base of the village so extremely close to everything, and free breakfast is just the cherry on top. Would definitely recommend!

We spent the spring break at Tremblant. We had room 223 (three bedrooms, three bathrooms). The room was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The staff were very courteous and had answer to all of our questions. Parking is rather narrow but there was no problem to park our SUVs. We have access to a locker to store the ski equipment and they will lend you a padlock if you forget yours. The only thing I find too bad is the breakfast which is not very full…

This hotel is perfectly place in the village at the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort. It is steps away from shopping, restaurants, and the ski lifts. The room itself was very clean, spacious with nice finishes in kitchenette and bathroom. We had a huge variety of breakfast items and there is complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the main lobby all day. A little bonus was a mini playroom… a nice little area for toddlers. Highly recommend :)

Room really large, breakfast excellent, very nice view, quiet, nice and friendly staff but the beds are old and noisy. Otherwise everything is perfect. Very warm.

Friendly staff, rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast selection is quite limited but sufficient. Nice to be so close to the slopes.

First of all the complimentary breakfast is garbage, all they serve is hard boiled eggs and sliced ham as a protein and the rest is just cereal and bread. Second, the organization skills of the management team is absolute trash. We booked our room 4 months in advance but they still managed to screw that up. We had to move rooms after the first day because of "over booking" which happened in the middle of ski day after being told that we didn't have to move rooms until after 4pm and on top of that, our room wasn't even ready so a couple of us had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours wasting our time on the hill. Finally, when we are all there and still waiting for our room the front desk lady treats us like children (we are all 23 and older) and keeps acting like we need to treat her with more respect (none of us have called her names or been heavily rude to her at all). "We are the god dam guests and we paid money to be here we should be treated better then you. " (Is what I wanted to say but again, I wasn't being rude). Of course we are going to be upset with this and a little outraged and I get she wasn't the manager but she needs to be more thoughtful of how we feel after paying more then a grand each to be there instead of treating us like trash. Not to mention she did not want to get ahold of her manager which is bs. Absolute trash establishment and would never stay there again for a vacation.

Super warm and cozy decor and atmosphere. Parking is an extra, and while I understand all hotels in the area do the same, it’s ridiculous to pay for it. (You’re in the middle of the country, how are you supposed to arrive by bus? By subway? It’s expected everyone is driving there. You’re paying to lodge there. You should have a place to store your vehicle without extra fees. ) But again, it’s the norm at Tremblant. Clean. Complimentary breakfast is nice. We had a nice room with a view of lake/mountains. Great time.

On November 18, I stayed at the Hermitage. Very disappointed with our welcome… I had booked a "condo, 1 bedroom", a room more expensive than their suites because it contains a complete kitchen, to make a surprise to my boyfriend. On arrival, the young man gave us the keys to a suite by reassuring us that we would be better, that this room was more spacious. That was not true. In short, he made us visit several rooms, and these were always smaller and inadequate one than the others. He told us repeatedly that the "condo, 1 bedroom" that I had booked, did not exist even though I showed him my bill and the photos I had received on my phone. Having known, I would book a smaller room because I threw my money through the windows! Moreover, there is nowhere I could make an official complaint… Just the reception we can call with the same young man who served us.

Excellent hotel and facilities. The only thing that bothered me was the hot water in the shower. It took at least 5 minutes to get from cold to warm, and if you want hotter, wait for another 3 minutes. I almost thought I had to call downstairs to take a look. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

A stylish, spacious and inviting place to stay but our room slightly smelled of wet dog. The tasty continental breakfast was included. Keep in mind the gondola ride is not included in the summer. Our expensive bicycles were not accepted in the rooms so the staff offered a locker room that could be accessed by all guests. One day when we got back, that door was propped open with a rock without supervision. Later that day, I got injured and the receptionnist didn't have a big enough bandage for my injury so she nonchalantly told me to go to the convince store. The same lady later that night locked us in the hot tub era. It was funny but we were freezing. Over all, it was a nice stay and I would love to stay there again.

Nice affordable hotel on the edge of the tremblant village. Its location at the bottom of the hill makes using the cabriolet convenient. The pool is smaller, the hot tub is page but not too hot so it is kid friendly. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The room we used was a 1 bedroom suite which was good sized. Only complaint was the AC unit did not work at first and was noisey though I am a very light sleeper.

Service was great. Breakfast was nice. Room was a little small for the price.

They provide good service. At the beginning, I found some customer reviews saying that thier room not so clean; but my suite (3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, and kitchen) are clean. 2 things need to be improve is their Wi-Fi and spaces for breakfast. Wi-Fi: I try to connect it, but my device needs to take times to connect. My wife's wife are ok. Spaces for breakfast: This is only suggestion, not meaning that they are not good. They need to be have more spaces.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Decent breakfast. Free espresso machine. Beautiful building. Central in the village.

Mediocre reception staff. Could've been more knowledgable and clear. Asked for an extra duvet and no one came up. Went down to ask for it again and the reception made me carry a duvet to my room by myself from the linen room. Rooms are tiny and completely different sizes. We paid for two 4 person rooms for the same price and one of them was twice the size of the other. One of the "double beds" was a sofa bed that barely fit two people. Only one bed was made in the morning, which was odd. Decent breakfast selection. Mostly cold foods.

Everything was great. From the room to the service. As soon as we arrived we were shown the services, and even if we were in advance, we received a superb service, directions to the activities and restaurants, parking lot. The room was great and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was great with a good selection. Would most probably return again.

We had a small issue with our Hotwire reservation, it said that our reservation had a full kitchen which it did not. We had a nice romantic supper planned so it's fair to say we where disappointed. When we broughtvuo the issue with the front desk they immediately upgraded us to a one bedroom suite with a kitchen. Awesome service! As for Tremblant, well its Tremblant, as usual great hiking.

Location right in the village was good but it is a 5 min walk to the cabriolet so it is not a true ski in ski out. Room was huge and the kitchenette was stocked everything one would need. Everything except an actual oven. It looked like it was recently renovated except for the carpet which needed replacing. The breakfast was continental and nothing to write home about. Hot tub was large and not crowded since the hotel has the smallest number of rooms in tremblant. Overall a good stay.

Nice enough hotel. We did have to explicitly ask them to clean. Our room because they 'forgot' but the hotel was pretty good otherwise.

The location is superb. Went for a work conference and was treated with the up most respect. Only complaint was the complimentary breakfast was very sub par.

We stayed for a week with the family visiting the Village… Amazing! … Great prices! Rooms out of this world! Clean, Quiet. Just Beautiful! … Breakfast in the morning was fantastic! In my opinion a 5-star++ hotel.

Ermitage Du Lac is very popular with (and perhaps best suited for) families. Rooms are small and basic. Beds are soft and lumpy. Water pressure in the shower is nonexistent and it takes several minutes (nearly five) for the water to heat up. Wifi requires signing in every time you turn your device off. Continental breakfast is basic and lackluster. Outdoor hot tub is nice, though could certainly be warmer. It is within walking distance to the slopes and pedestrian village, which is key. Service is friendly.

Love it every year! Always clean, always friendly, and the rooms are nicely appointed! Also, can't beat the complimentary breakfast every morning, and coffee all day. I always enjoy a coffee by the wood burning fire mid-day after a day on the slopes.
