Back from the Lake Tower Inn today.

We were offered a 1 night country night package and 6-course meals in 2016. The package was still valid — just pay the difference in fare. Mario was welcoming and efficient. On the other hand rather disappointed with the room because it had assigned us the worst in my opinion, the 104, with a view of the parking lot on one side, and the spa on the upper terrace on the other. And the bathroom view of the spas at the back. So forced to close the blinds just arrived if you do not want to be seen by the other customers. Small but comfortable room. Vintage décor with plenty of antiques all over the hostel, but every square foot is far too crowded to appreciate the beauty of the objects there.
The drunk is good, but nothing exceptional. Rather long (1h30), but the waitress was efficient and friendly. We chose to pay extra sets for dishes not included in the package, as well as alcohol. Namely: the service is automatically included on the invoice, before taxes, and we have also been told that the tip is extra — there is even a line provided for this purpose above the signature. So we are charged twice: the "service" and the "tip", which, it seems to me, is the same thing … Also disappointed with lunch: a basket in the room near by on arrival for the next day (live the freshness), with croissants and muffins wrapped in plastic wrap, an orange and a brown banana, mini doses of peanut butter and jam, and enough to get his coffee — just one cup per person. Finally, little pressure in the shower or hot tub. Aside from the traffic on the main street that overlooked our room, the place is rather quiet and relaxing. The square is mostly frequented by seniors, and there is no activity, trail, etc. Next door. 1 km walk from St-Agathe which seems sadly to be part of these small towns whose shops are closing all their doors little by little…
