The hotel is dated. The rooms don't have enough outlets and the beds feel short sheeted. The complimentary breakfast was cold. However the hotel staff is all very courteous.

1st, our reservation was canceled before 3pm. Then a call was made to us as we are in a ball tournament and harassed us for full payment. Even though we confirmed we are coming, and we wanted to pay cash! Then we get there and the women on the desk was very loud and rude. It was quite embarrassing how she kept repeating her self in saying “this reservation was canceled about 4-5 times”, it made us look like we did something wrong? The way she spoke to the other staff to me wasn’t right either. As well the breakfast was ok, but the fact you can’t bring “toast” to the room is rediculas. Again I was met by that same loud and rude women. She spoke to me as if I was a incompetent child! Now, I can understand if I had plates and plates of food but 2 pieces of toast. She made a comment about making a mess? Really come on… Then our check out, same loud rude women who for some reason doesn’t know how to treat people. She repeated herself 3 times, made a point to make it known she was doing a room check, everyone in 100 meters knew it! Which by the way was fine. I have never had anyone do that before, if they did they did it in another room to avoid the customer hearing. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have had. I have never been treated so bad as a paying customer! P. S. Your housekeeper staff were very nice — and friendly!

We stayed 1 night at the Days Inn… it was just ok. Very clean. The blinds in our room wouldn't close all the way.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds online for a specific price. The hotel called me and changed my room to a room 1 queen bed which was fine. They decided to charge me more money without telling me. I found out the room was more money when I checked in. Friends of ours who were also staying there found crumbs in their pull out bed. So this is a great hotel to stay at if you like getting ripped off and sleeping in dirty sheets. In response to the managers comments 1 — Yes I booked a room online with 2 queen beds. Yes the hotel called me and changed my room. 2 — Wyndham head office ignored my e-mails other than to say to contact the hotel directly. I felt this was useless since I tried to resolve this issue when I checked in. 3 — I believe our friends did complain about the dirty sheets 4 — I have never received a call from this hotel regarding the fact that they over charged me, despite the managers claims to contact me. I am confused by the managers dishonest comments. I do not benefit personally from giving a negative review of this hotel. The manager and the Days Inn head office should be ashamed of themselves. Not only should you NEVER stay at this hotel, I would avoid driving near it.

Location is great. Service needs work. The manager was super friendly but I kept having issues at this particular location and had to take matters in my own hands to get what I needed done.

Room was clean, Kids and I loved the pool it was really warm. Staff was very pleasant.

Was there for a baby shower and the people in the room before us were there for 45 minutes into our time but besides that it was alright.

Saggy mattresses. The room seemed decent though the bathroom sink drained poorly. The noise really came in from the hall but that seems typical for a cheaper hotel. Even at a cheap motel though, I have always had a decent mattress. This one was so old and saggy. My parents had another room at this hotel and agreed their mattress was very poor too.

Great service. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast selection. Much better than the usual continental breakfast. Very modern and clean rooms. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Friendly staff, nice clean hotel. I would stay again if in the area again.

Good location. The room furnishings were outdated (tv was tube and picture was grainy). The room carpet was dusty and in need of vacuuming at the very least. That being said the staff was nice and the hot breakfast was well kept and refilled frequently during service. If you just need a place to sleep it does the job.

Everything started fine. We thought the room was clean and there were plenty of cameras in the hotel. However, in the morning we found out that the staff had not changed the sheets before our arrival and simple made the bed with the old sheets. We found old blood (blood! ) all over the sheets. We were horrified and immediately complained. When we communicated with the general manager, he came into the room, took a picture and took off without saying anything. At the check out, we asked the receptionist what has been decided on our case. She blamed us for the situation and said that it was all our fault and we made it up. She told us that we were supposed to check the sheets at night before going to bed, and then added that it impossible for this to happen (because apparently 5 people looked at them before us! ) — which are two contradictory statements, if you think about it. I asked her "Why were we supposed to look at the sheets if we assumed that the room is clean? ". She refused to send us to the general managed and told us that he is off for the day. As soon as we left, she called the manager… I cannot say for sure, but I would not be surprised if there was some kind of crime or sexual assault involved in that — why they had to cover it up so much and try to shut us up. They refused to listen to us and blamed us for the blood on the sheets. I do not recommend this place — a big disappointment in service and, more importantly, blaming us for someone's blood on the sheets!

Very clean place and awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. We were late in arriving for breakfast and although the breakfast was finishing at 9am, the staff did not rush us out and let us enjoy our food at a leisurely pace. It was so appreciated! We'll be coming back here anytime we're in the region!

Located right down the road from downtown leamington. Rooms were nice and clean. We were given the wrong room at first but the concierge quickly fixed it no questions asked. Pool room was clean, very nice but very simple. Only con was that breakfast ended at 9am, even on the Saturday, and the only good things about it was the make your own waffles and the juice.

Visited Point Pelee National Park and decided to stay over at Leamington. We chose Days Inn at Leamington. We found the hotel to be decent for the price point and the staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast is your nclided so that is a good perk. Location is great with a Timmy, gas station etc at walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night… nice place to spend a nigjt or two… good location and many restaurants around… got a good deal.

Four day stay, not impressed. — Minimal amount of "remodeled" rooms, advertising is deceiving. — Cleanliness in the hotel as well as the rooms is questionable. — Wi-Fi, which I depended on for business and family communication while out of town was poor. Connection was always dropping and needing to re-connect. Obvious networking issues. — The lounge was operated by the 1 person at front desk, my glass was not kept full, however I did find the staff very courteous and friendly. — The hotel advertises restaurant facilities, but there was none available during my stay. If the hotel was as "polished" as the staff I would be happy to visit again, but…

The beds at Days Inn are extremely helpful and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Extremely friendly and it was one of nicest/cleanest hotel. Had a ton of fun in the pool and hot tub, very spacious rooms as well.

Great place, very clean. Opted for upgraded room and it is AMAZING definitely worth the price. The new beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious.   VERY friendly staff, helpful and accomidating. If they have the renovated rooms available make sure to grab one.

Ordinary hotel, need refresh and not sound prooof. Need ear plug!
