It was nice staying for 2 nights with friendly reception staffs. Free breakfast buffet for Elite members. Great food selections. I highly recommend Niagara Falls Marriott on the falls to family and friends. Over all rating is EXCELLENT! Thank you Marilou Rey.

Probably. THE best view you can get if Niagara Falls from this hotel. Marriott is the best in hotels anyways, I only recommend Marriott for a stay anywhere in the world.

Rooms are large and were clean and ready on time for check in. Nice amenities and pool. Daily room cleaning is terrible. No one was here to clean in 2 days. Begged for toilet paper and towels with no response in over 24 hours. Ended up using lobby bathroom after hours of waiting. They finally came to bring towels and one roll of tp but did not clean or make up beds. It was the cheapest decent hotel so I wouldn’t write it off completely, but there are nicer hotels in the area.

Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and really loved the spacious room with it's huge bath tub and a very beautiful view of the falls plus having Starbucks inside the hotel is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and we dined at the hotel's restaurant, food was delicious, and the server give us a free dessert for our anniversary celebration. Would be my go to hotel once we decide to comeback to Niagara.

I recommend the great view of the falls from the 22nd floor, waking up every morning to a bi-level suite postcard. Great service, pleasant staff, cute gift shop. Definitely a returning guest in the future. :)

Worst check-in experience, had booked a suite two weeks earlier. Upon arrival had to wait 1 +hours as housekeeping doesn’t have our suite ready, this is not how you treat an SPG guest but more like a walk-in. Not a good start!

It’s just the room, no service, but rooms are big, great falls view. However, I felt staff were less attentive just because we are brown skin.

Wonderful location. Opposite side of road from Falls but still lovely view. Very popular with tour groups and dance competitions but still quiet. Walking distance to several restaurants. WeGo stop across street to Falls and wherever else. Lovely quiet spacious rooms.

The view of the Falls from the rooms is fantastic and rooms are very large and well decorated. Marriott Falls view Niagara is highly recommend hotel.

Is there a better place to watch Niagara falls? The suite had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the falls. You don't really need to get up close, just relax in the armchair with your feet on a stool and watch the great view right from your window. Make sure to take a higher up floor and east side. Usual amenities. Pool. Paid parking ($30 a day).

Very disappointing! I booked this room through Marriott on purpose because I thought they would take care of their loyal customers. Not true at all. Our room was not ready even though the reservation was booked 2 months in advance. We had to ask for towels 3 times. I paid extra for a Falls view and high floor and We were on the 6th floor. The website said 10 and higher. They fought with me and were super unhelpful. Then if you want to book excursions DON’T and I repeat don’t do it through them. They are trying to sell you other things other than seeing the falls. Not worth the money and we heard so many people’s complaints about the long long lines and how horrible it was. We left really early the next morning because we had such a horrible experience. They refunded our parking fee, which was nice but I won’t go back here again. I gave them 3 stars because it was clean and nice once you get soap and towels after asking so many times and after 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good as well and it is walking distance to the falls. It also over looks horseshoe falls, some people book overlooking the wrong falls. They also have fireworks every night over the falls at 10 or 10:30.

Five stars doesn't do it justice. The staff, from the hotel greeters and clerks, to the housekeeping personnel, were extra friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and fit for royalty. Definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend.

We paid well over $400 to stay one night in the most basic of their rooms with a view of the parking lot which is apparently their city view. No upgrade here. The room itself was nice but the bathrooms are small and our door was broken. They provided us with 2 washcloths when there was 4 of us then took 20 minutes to bring more and the topper was that our room had no smoke detector which is completely unsafe. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she didn’t seem to care. We will most likely try another hotel the next time we visit in the spring. I usually always have great experiences with Marriott hotels so it is disappointing.

We had an amazing one night stay at Marriott on the falls. We originally booked a 1 room king size bed with a 2 person whirl person bath tub. Upon arrival our room was not available. So we got a free upgrade to bi level loft with a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Views were amazing. Would definitely recommend room 2209.

Great views from the room (2209), which was an open loft with a comfy king bed upstairs, a sofa bed downstairs. Two bathrooms with showers were convenient. Concierge lounge was little but nice and adequate for breakfast (alternatively there's a $24 breakfast buffet. ) There's an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and two different bars. WeGo bus stops right across the street. The views were absolutely amazing.

ATTENTION TOURIST! Anyone who is staying at this hotel BEWARE of the TOURIST TAX they will charge you! My husband and I were charged an extra $60 for “tourist fees” this is NOT mandated or regulated by the federal government and they CANNOT make you pay the tourist tax. Watch out in Niagara Falls with anything you buy, make sure you’re not being charged the tourist tax & if you are make sure you ask to speak to a manager and have it removed from the bill! They cannot make you pay this! Aside from being scammed my husband and I had a nice stay at this hotel, but not sure I’ll be back because of the tourist fee. Also, the buffet breakfast was lukewarm and almost cold when we were eating it. If it wasn’t “included” we would have eaten elsewhere. Highly recommend driving 25 minutes up the street to Niagara on the lake, it’s a beautiful quaint little town and they don’t scam you! They couldn’t believe NF was still scamming! Beware!

Great hotel. We made reservations about 7 or 8 months before. When we arrived we received a room on the top floor. The view on the falls was just marvellous. On my birthday, they thoughtfully delighted me with a complimentary dessert in my room. They offer convenient parking for cad 30 a day.

Great hotel. Very clean rooms and spacious suites. We had a 2 bedroom family suite wit a gorgeous view of the falls that was just stunning. There is a Milestones Restaurant in the lobby and a Starbucks. Milestones was always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Great food. Parking here is a charge per day.

The hotel's view of the falls is excellent! The price drops quite a bit during the winter time, so it's a great time to visit then if you are on a budget. They have a milestones on the second floor which is affiliated with the hotel. They are open for breakfast and even have a breakfast buffet option. The rooms are decent, like all other Marriott hotels but having such a great view is definitely a plus.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. The city view is nice but the falls view is spectacular. Sound carries a bit in the hallways and through the doors. Elevators are slow, so plan ahead for that if you need to be somewhere in a deadline.

Nice clean rooms with good views if you are able to get fall view. None available while we were there. We had view of parking lots. Dining room has good food, with helpful servers. Elevators were extremely slow, not all of them working.

Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. Rooms were very clean and had an incredible view of the falls. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance or a short drive. There is parking available at the hotel for a fee. Service was polite and friendly as well. Would definitely return here again in the future.

My visit was to reserve a room for Sept 20. The receptionist was very nice and made reserving my room very simple. I liked that he was able to let me pay for my room and parking rather than waiting for my visit. This helped me financially Looking forward to my stay later this month in the Jr. Presidential suite! Edit: the room was beautiful, overlooking the falls at the top floor. Our stay was everything we dreamed about. And that jacuzzi tub. For a day we felt like royalty :)

Extremely friendly staff. M lounge is not open on the weekends. NOTE: very high fees. Check before booking. Tourism tax + Parking + Service Charges. It added up quick (I know it's a tourist attraction, but the % was simply way too much).

Beautiful view of the Falls. We stayed in room 2521 which was a very good room. Whirlpool Tube in our room with glass mirrors added a romantic touch. We also made dinner reservations at The Skylon which is 775 above ground. It has a reviving dining room which roatates once per hour to give you a beautiful view of the Falls and all around town.
Highly recommend this place. Service was very good and quick.

Our first trip to Niagara Falls was made so much better by staying here. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They surprised my boyfriend on his birthday with cake. It was amazing! The views from are room were spectacular and in a great location. Walking distance to many things. If we come back we will definitely be staying here.

Stayed in the bi-level 2 bedroom suite. Love the view, recently renovated hotel! Staff was super welcoming. Great vibes overall. The room accommodated 4 adults and 2 toddlers. It was perfect for a 1 night getaway. Will come here again for sure. Valet needs training. We call 30mins ahead and our car sill wasn’t outside.

Everything was great! We were upgraded into a much better room for a cheap price, the service was great when we were checking in, it smells really good everywhere and we were given the 30th floor of the hotel with an amazing view from our room looking at the Falls! I will definitely be back here in the future for our hotel bookings in Niagara! We had a family suite, and it was spacious and very lovely. I was very happy at my stay here, my friend and I have already begun planning our next trip here with a stay back at the Marriott!

The rooms are beautiful and renovated. However, very poorly soundproofed as much with the hallway as with the adjoining rooms. You are charged ameneties destinations and you are not told before you hand over your bill. The bed seriously needs to soften between these sheets and sandpaper no difference.

The location of this hotel is great. There is a WE GO (bus) stop in front of the hotel which makes for easy access around the city. The hotel overlooks Horseshoe Falls so it offers the best view of all of the Falls. The hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk staff is cordial but not as helpful and friendly as we would have liked. The room is spacious and clean. The rooms overlooking the Falls give you a breathe taking view of all of the Falls. Waking up each morning to the Falls is something unforgettable. The hotel bar offers good drink choices as well as a good amount of food options that are flavorful. The elevator service is a little stressful in that you have to wait awhile for an elevator to arrive to take you up from the lobby or down to the lobby. Make sure you allow extra time for the elevator service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay here again because of its location and cleanliness.

Location good. Ambiance good. Room average. No bathtub in the room. So my kids did Not enjoy. Too much bleach in the swimming pool. Over all average experience. Will look for better option for next time.

I loved this place it was great I see a lot of people on here that are complaining about things. If you are a cheap skate don't go if you are like me when you are on vacation who cares about Money. It's a little pricey but it's on the falls you are paying for that view I had a upgraded suite it was awesome again I see people talking about the food being expensive. It's Morton's it is expensive. Go to McDonald's If you can't afford it. So I loved it I'll be back and you should go if you want the view of the falls.

This is the furthest and last hotel on the strip but the Falls View rooms have spectacular views of the Horseshoe Falls with the American Falls also visible in the distance. The views are especially nice at sunrise and sunset from the comfort of your room. Book a package with Concierge Lounge access so you can enjoy free continental breakfast and light meal in the evening.

We stayed in the high floor falls view room and it is incredible. The view is amazing and the room is great. The room is very updated and has a very nice look. The bathroom is very updated and modern. A big jacuzzi and great standing shower. Nothing is better than this view though. We have an amazing view over the falls and it is above the mist so you can always see the falls.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast was good, the best thing about the hotel is of course the view.

The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Understaffed and underwhelming. Elite lounge closed on weekends, long wait for help with luggage. Rooms are modern and beds are comfortable at least. At least the bellman was apologetic and very helpful and courteous. Can't blame him for the understaffed situation. Unsure why concierge lounge is closed, no view of the falls from the room and no ability to enjoy it from the lounge. Parking is also quite pricey and requires an outdoors walk back to the hotel unlike other hotels closer to the action. Wouldn't come back.

Customer service was great! The staff were helpful and always had a smile on their face. Anytime I would walk past an employee they would greet you with a smile. It made the environment very welcoming to stay in.

This place is awesome. Amazing caring staff. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. If you need a window to open… stay at floor 15 and under. The more you pay the higher you are. I am claustrophobic and wanted a room with a window that opens and they instead gave me a balcony! 405 is great spot… 2605 is great view if you are fine with no opening window ☺

Check — in was fast and very efficient. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the Falls area. Celebrating our anniversary, the hotel had a bottle of champagne and dessert waiting in the room, which had an excellent view of the Falls and was very clean. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. From the minute I checked in to the minute I left, every employee I met was cheerful and courteous. That, to me, is a strong reflection on the facility as a whole. Food was good. Parking was convenient. Great location. All the amenities. 5 star visit without a doubt.

Really, really nice. Amazing modern design beautiful rooms and amazing service. When we checked in they were extremely nice about everything and guided us through the process. We got a superior fallsview room on the 31st floor and it was incredible. Everything was modern and really nice. I loved the walk in shower and the view was just amazing. The lady at concierge was EXTREMELY helpful and made our trip that much easier. I only had three complaints. They're not enough elevators, the carpet was slightly dirty, and the TV didn't have that many channels. Besides those small things our stay was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with a view of Niagara Falls.

Room on the 19th floor only insistently despite booking a high floor fallsview room. The cost of the room is repaid by the magnificent view from the 12th floor up. We were catered for the room but I can't say I found courtesy in the staff, rather rude and annoyed by the requests, who only succumbed to exhaustion and who tried to sell us a expensive upgrade to the suite before we gave the room to the 19th.

Room 1419. The view was awesome. We ordered a king Fallsview room with whirlpool. It wasnt a whirlpool but a tub large enough for 2 which was enough for us. The view of the falls was breathtaking. The view is from right behind the horseshoe falls, but that's probably actually the best place as the mist would block a front view. We also had a great view of the Sunday evening fireworks. Room service was wonderful. The portion sizes were way better than I had imagined and the food was delicious.

Poor, in makeover and then my room looked like other a battlefield.

The room was a little bit pricey for how dated it was. The staff was friendly and attentive. Parking fee was steep! Overall fairly happy but will try another hotel before returning to this one.

The rooms are very nice and offer great views of the Falls. My only complaint is with the elevators which can be quite slow and tend to behave rather erratically. Also, heads up, it is $29 / night for parking.

The rooms were amazing. The view from the falls view room was stunning. The people were really nice. We only had breakfast in the hotel but from my experience it was pretty good. There were hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, waffles, tons of options for bread, sausage. Basically a regular hotel breakfast. I highly recommend for younger people and older people alike. The young will like that there is so much to do around there. The older people will love the view, and the relaxing falls.

I booked our room directly through Marriott — I asked the front desk clerk for my breakfast voucher in which he debated with me that this was not part of the deal which it was. He insisted I used a third party booking site which is so far from the truth … I called the Marriott as I do not trust third party sites as I have been burned by them before. My issue is that the front desk clerk wanted to basically call me a liar. I had enough of that, kept my composure and went to my room. Room was very very hot, needed ice and the machine was broken. I walked down to the 29th floor — again, broken. I went back to my room HOT and thirsty. Called front desk — he wanted to know if I could walk down to the 28th floor and so forth. WHAT? I'm a guest, am I not? He suggested room service but I'd be charged — then finally after 10 min he says " well would you like me to send housekeeping? " So let me get this straight — I'm the guest but now your making me feel guilty if I say yes? I was thinking, why doesn't he just say " I'm sorry for the inconvenience, I'll send someone asap" how many floors and stairwells am I to go to for ice? I'm in town for a funeral and not feeling great and this is what I get. One, to feel like a liar and 2, to set out to find ice no matter how long that takes. My room is very hot — AC isn't working properly — found a service man in the hall — he was kind to come and look at it with NO debate an apologized.

Huge bathroom with jacuzzi soaker tub. Excellent Wi-Fi (conference Wed calls, Netflix no problem). Well laid out room with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. King bed, love seat, desk, dresser, and small table with climate control in room. Extra blankets in closet and bench by door. Depending on where in the hotel you are, also a view of the falls — would definitely recommend.

2 star cause of the view… Very slow check in. 50+ people in line and 3 people working the desk. Very few carts to bring your stuff up to room. Unless you use bellhop (fee). Rooms are dated and beds have been well used, soft and dippy. Fridge worked more like a microwave and tub didnt drain during shower. Everthing at this hotel is extra extra extra. Parking, if you can get a spot is $29 a night. Snail speed Wi-Fi is 6.95 day, higher speed is $9.95 day. The Starbucks in the hotel is double the price.

Me and the wife aren't usually picky about things but when a room is almost $400 for a night, you kind of have to be. We use to think people were jerks writing bad reviews but now we're one of them. Just checked in 30 mins ago. Don't be fooled by the giant building and nice looking lobby. First room we checked into was gross. Room smelled funky, floors in washroom was dirty, TV area was dusty, toilet wasn't flushed and carpet wasn't vacuumed. We were promptly switched to a lower level room 3 floors down. When something like that happens you usually receive upgrades without even asking, not at this place. Room is very outdated, parking is an arm and a leg and Wi-Fi isn't free. The guest check in person was nice to deal with but that was about it. There's parking down the street for $5 all day! Should've paid the $100-200 more for Hilton on the falls or got a cheap hotel for a hundred bucks. We're nervous to even walk around the hotel room, let alone sleep in the bed. Now we're gonna get drunk and hope we can look past all of this. Unless there is an incentive to come back, we definitely won't be booking here again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Awesome view of the falls! The hotel does not have the most updated rooms but our room was clean. We came in February for our second year anniversary. The staff helped me plan some surprises for my queen also. The food is not bad here at the restaurant but we liked a place called Zippi's behind the hotel (local pizza and wings spot)

Great location! Less than $5 uber ride to casino or 10 min walk. Amazing view from the Falls side. Great customer service. And the view from milestones while having breakfast is just great!

Booking online through the chat is a joke. Spoke to a Victor Q. In which I was very specific that I was traveling for my sons wedding in which the guy told me to book a 2 bedroom suite as it would have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 1 with two queen beds. We spoke for quite some time and I kept asking him for the price in USD and he would convert it and he gave me the price with taxes and everything. I get the confirmation email and the amount is not correct, there is an additional $200.00 USD. Call in an without even looking up the reservation they say it is because there is additional charge for extra adults in the room. I have NEVER heard of this and feel that this should have been in his quote that he went over several times in our chat. I even emailed myself the chat to make sure things were correct. Marriott when I called the 800 number the lady said they are not going to do anything about anything and basically told me that if I didn't want to pay it that I could just cancel my reservation. It is false advertisement for a representative of your company to give someone a final rate with taxes and all without saying anything about any additional fees. Wow, really getting this vacation/ wedding off to a great start. Welcome to Canada right?

The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the falls. Offers breathtaking view of the horseshoe falls. The buffet breakfast at Fallsview Café on the second floor is exceptional. Rooms are clean and the service is also good.

Beautiful view, great room, clean hotel, helpful tour advisor and front desk staff. The porters leave something to be desired. If you aren't a pretty young lady, you are on your own with your car and your bags. My husband and I were never offered help with our bags, or greeted on entering or exiting the hotel. The only time we heard them speak was when groups of girls were entering or exiting at the same time we did. Girls with no bags were asked if they needed anything. We got the cold shoulder. I'll spend my money elsewhere next visit to Niagara Falls.

Hotel was clean and our room was very nice. We even had a balcony with a great view. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. But we had many annoying experiences. First, at certain times the elevators are absolutely slow. Most times we needed to get down to the lobby from floor four took 10 minutes to get on the elevator. We found it easiest to go down the stairs to floor 3 and catch the express elevator. Also doing the same to get back up to our room. Second, on our floor there are many partiers. The first night was no big deal they were quiet and respectful. Saturday night was absolutely ridicules. The room across from us had a drunk passed out guy who dead bolted the door and his other drunk roomie was trying to break in. Security got involved and they were using tools to break in and it was non stop banging and noise for 30 minutes at 1:15 in the morning. My friend called to the front desk to complain. After they finally broke in. The guys were in and out all night slamming the door and yelling in the hallways, this went on till 6 am. Overall nice hotel in great spot but I don't think I will stay here again, especially if I want to sleep.

While the view from the hotel is different from the main page of the website, we still enjoyed a fantastic view and wonderful service. The rooms were really nice and the pool too. A pleasant experience thank you.

Great Hotel, only one problem, far. Prepare to walk.

We booked a room on Wednesday morning for the coming weekend but then found out we could not travel to Canada because we needed documentation that we could not acquire for 30 days. We need a special license to go to Canada. I called back in the early afternoon of the same day to cancel our reservation. The manager charged us for one nights stay as a cancellation fee. The manager of this hotel is not the kind of person we would expect from a Marriott Hotel. Reading some other reviews of this hotel tells us that he's not a very good manager and is a bad reflection on the name Marriott. We will never book a room at this hotel.

I was absolutely disappointed at how they dealt with the mistake that they made. My accommodation fee was covered by the conference organization, but the hotel made a mistake and charged it to me. They had trouble finding the documents for the organization's payment earlier before the room checkout, but they found it before the checkout and apologized. However, I found out later that they did put through the payment under my credit card, so I called and talked with the manager. I was utterly outraged at the way she handled the situation. Without even taking a minute to double check, I was told that there is nothing that they can do for the day with the most rude attitude I've ever seen from a hotel service staff, mocking the way I was speaking. After a while, I tried to talk to the manager again, and she did not answer my call and ignored the message I left asking her to call me back. I really enjoyed the conference, but this after-checkout experience has ruined the good-feeling of the conference. I am terribly disappointed at the flimsy payment/organizing system, and still quite furious at the fact that this was a repeated, preventable mistake that costed me not only a scar in my credit history, but a lot of time and stress as well. There was no apologies from the hotel either. This experience made the whole trip to be remembered as bitter and stressful.

We booked a hotel room for a competition with the Marriott. We got an okay rate but thought it was easiest to stay there since the competition was there. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and needed to cancel our stay. We used Marriott's online system and cancelled our room 6 days in advance. Low and behold the next month we got our credit card bill and we were charged for the full price of the room. We called to find out why we were charged and they said we had to give them 7 days notice to cancel our reservation and that we need to read our contract more thoroughly. I asked to speak with the manager, who by the way won't deal with customers. Which is odd, what is more important then a customer? I was referred to her assistant Heather McCarthy which was a waste of time. She has no authority or power to make decisions nor does she care. So I am not sure why she is put in charge of customer disputes. It was a waste of time. This hotel doesn't care about customer service and won't give you the time of day. We called corporate Marriott to find out this is a franchisee and they have no authority over them. I would suggest you stay elsewhere even though this is a household brand they certainly don't care about you or your hard earned money.

I love clean supwr good ordenaso attention and an excellent view towards Niagara Falls.
