From the booking with Bring Fido to the very last second I was at the hotel, the process was easy, the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly and the room, comfortable! I stayed for one night between flights with my two black labs The shuttle picked us up and loaded our crates and luggage, then brought it up to our room. Check in was great! The lobby was busy but they took time to make sure we had what we needed and that I could stay a bit later as my flight wasn’t until the next night. The next day at 1 when I went to check out, I was given back the room until 4 free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with pets! It’s already a stressful time for both the dogs and owners and the staff ensure everyone is well looked after! Thank you so much! Rhonda, Lucy and Toby!

0/10 would not recommend smh Filthy rooms, noisy, and dated hotel with awful amenities. Not to mention un-stocked with the proper necessities. I arrived to my room to find out that it hadn’t even been cleaned yet, the last visitor’s belongings were still scattered around the room. Sheets were thrown on a couch, the room was a complete mess. They moved me to another room after complaining and showing them videos of how the room looked. I then had to request clean bed linen, the duvet had some type of crusty bodily fluid on it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. Just awful.

The phone at front desk hasn't been working for several hours. One cannot be connected with the phone in a guest's room.

The rudest "manager" ever.

No garbages in room, room phone wasn’t working, kids were hungry needed to get them food from after our flight, was told their restaurant was closed and to go too a restaurant down the street that was open, went only to find they were closed. Ended up having to buy sandwiches from the hotel Starbucks that was already a day old and soggy and had to pay full price for that garbage. Next morning went to go for breakfast only to be told breakfast was done and it’s not open until 4:30pm. Called for garbage bags just to be put on hold for 7 min and still no one came back to the phone to help. Dirty Kleenex in our room under the fresh coffee cups. We are here for a week and there isn’t drawers in the room for clothing. Showers this morning has very little water coming out of the shower head with no pressure. So far for a week stay it’s being dreaded. Oh and to top it off once we checked in we were told parking at the hotel was an extra $24 a night. Worst experience ever in a hotel and they call them selves 4

Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. I had just gotten out of the shower and had to go out in — 13 degree weather. Made me late for my conference.

Employees were VERY nice.

I just called there. Reservation person was so rude and hung up on me!

Amazing place. Spent my boyfriend's 30th here and they were so kind. Brought us birthday desert and card within 30 min of checking in and gave us free breakfast. Amazing hospitality… very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. No carpet was amazing much cleaner and fresher.

My husband and I stayed overnight here to celebrate our first anniversary. When we checked in and the lady at the front desk heard why we were there she upgraded our room and had a snack plate sent to us with a personalized note congratulating us. Later on we headed down to the lobby and asked a man for help finding a cab; he saw one parked out front and ran out to the curb to hail it for us. Overall the service was spectacular and the room was beautiful and clean, we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area!

Went to the Westin for a convention. The hotel looks clean when you first come in. Lots of staff around if you need assistance. Some of the conference room walls need some cleaning. The washrooms are clean and very hands off. Lots of parking. Plenty of water for guess, refilled often never empty. Not much around for walking distance a few restaurants and other hotels but no convenience stores. Overall great hotel.

We had a great experience at the Westin during our visit to Toronto. The breakfast was excellent, the room was nice, and the staff was terrific. In particular, Simi Sid from the reception went above and beyond taking care of all our needs. Given the opportunity to visit again, we will definitely be staying at the Westin.

Really impressed with the staff here. My husband and I came for our anniversary and they had a little something fur us in our room. It was a nice surprise! We were also placed on one of the top floors with a beautiful view of the planes… Which we requested. The hotel was clean and the room spacious.

A hotel right in the middle of nowhere. But arrived outside hours of tables and still lay the table and make to eat especially for us. Beware hyper-chlorinated pool. The skin was burning!

It's probably the best property in the airport area, as you have some choices for food that's actually within walking distance. The pool is small, but fine for laps, and they have workout clothes and shoes for rent if you want. Getting on and off the highway from the hotel is super easy, and the shuttle to the terminal is convenient and runs 24/7.

The location might not be convenient if your activities are not at the congress center, in Mississauga or near the airport. However, the amenities including the exercise room and pool are fantastic. Moreover, the staff is kind and helpful, especially Tony (a front desk associate). Self parking is preferable along with Wi-Fi functionality, it was at a reasonable rate due to the hotel's association with a medical conference. You might need to venture out for food but with a car, there should be no issue. Great place to stay for business!

This hotel is top! The best parts were Allen, our Airport shuttle driver and Abraham the concierge. They were very happy and helpful after a long flight. Abraham ended up driving our car right up to the front of the hotel, turned up and health and got the door for my wife. The car had been parked there during our trip. Unbelievable service. Well done!

Staying at the Westin Toronto Airport Hotel was not part of our travel plans. The last flight of the day to Kingston was cancelled while we were waiting to board. As a result, Air Canada put us up at the Westin Hotel. After a full day of air travel, getting to the Westin, staying there and getting back next morning was not easy. It was nearly a half hour before the two of were able to squeeze into the last seat of the Westin shuttle bus. After checking in, the bar/restaurant only offered drinks and no food except peanuts. There was still no food next morning before we left the hotel at 6 am. It seems to me that an airport hotel should be able to offer food late at night and early in the morning. Before Air Canada sent us to this hotel, they gave us vouchers for a supper and for a breakfast. Why would they do this unless they believed we would be able to have a supper and a breakfast?

The hotel is a bit dated on the outside but has been heavily renovated inside. The beds, pillows and duvets are incredibly comfortable. Service was quick and friendly. Hotel was very clean. The fitness facility was much bigger than it looks in the pictures and includes full multimedia screens on all the cardio equipment, free weights and some weight machines. They have a cooler with chilled towels which was a nice option! A little expensive but would stay here again.

Last minute check in. Associate was courteous and professional. Hotel was clean and well appointed. Lunch was delicious and the bar was also great. 5 mins from the airport with shuttle service. Would highly recommend.

So I called multiple airport hotels to see which ones had discounts with my company. When I phoned the Westin they quoted me a number ~$30 under the usual price. I confirmed this when I checked in. I left on a shuttle in a hurry at checkout. Later I saw I was billed the full price through online banking. When I called they said my company discount only applied for group rates. They seemed rather comfused about the whole situation and said they would transfer my problem to accounting and I'd hear back from them within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. I spent over 150$ in their restaurant/bar. I'm not cheap, I just can't stand a buisness that goes back on what they promise. The discount was the only reason I chose to stay there to begin with.

Couldn't sleep due to the heat in my room. WAY TO HOT in this hotel. I asked 2 x to have it turned down and apparently this is not possible. 3 nights of restlessness and no sleep. In the flip side staff are all very friendly and a nice hotel. Breakfast was a little over the top cost wise.

Great hotel. Convenience is amazing as it is just a 4 minute drive from the airport. The staff here are second to none. It is very clear that the culture of this company is to treat their customers like gold. Never before have I ever been so happy with the way the entire staff from the bottom up treats me so good. This is the place I would recommend to anyone and everyone if they are looking for clean, polite, reputable, and an overall 100% amazing experience.

Good room but very dry and the heating / cooling had a squeaky fan. Whenever it came on it was very loud. Easy fast check in.

Bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were polite and unobtrusive. I was at a conference. Only issue was during the conference the a/c went on and we got cold in our conference room. Also having to pay for Wi-Fi access after paying for my room seems cheap. Solve those two issues and it would get 5 stars.

Hands down this is the best place to stay in the GTA. Their customer service is top notch and other hotels should really learn from them. Needless to say, this will be my go to place! The accommodations were perfect!

Nice hotel. The service was great. We landed at 1 am and the shuttle came when we called (glad we didn't wait). The room was modern, well appointed. We exceeded the device limit for Wi-Fi (4) but wasn't an issue given the fact we we're SPG members. There is a 24 hour Subway next door (happily we didn't need to try it), as well as a keg and a Tex Mex place. There is a Starbucks counter in the lobby, which shuts down at 11am.

We stayed here for the day after we had a delayed flight (of 9 hours) and bad customer service through Sunwing. I really cannot day enough about the hospitality of their staff. After having a bad experience at the airport the settled us in nicely, they are extremely welcoming, inviting, friendly and helpful. This extends from the front desk, to the shuttle drive, to the wait staff at the restaurant. The lobby is nice and open, their live (plant) wall is beautiful. Rooms are… nice and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Last it not least the pool was nice and warm. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. Merry Christmas and thank you for making it stay so wonderful.

Don’t stay here for the price. Much better for cheaper else where. We stayed in late October and the room was so hot I couldn’t sleep all night. The window in most rooms can’t open to cool the room down, and the heating controls wouldn’t fully turn off the heater so the room just kept getting hotter. The front desk informed me their heating/cooling system only works on one mode at a time so using the AC was not a option either. Front desk didn’t seem to care about this issue and barley even offered a “sorry for the inconvenience”. I also noticed this issue was reported multiple times on their Trip Advisor page and always got a response along the lines of “well look into it” but obviously their guest’s comfort is not worth the cost of fixing this problem.
First and last time I’ll stay at this Hotel.

Room was nice and the Park n fly is the reason for the say 15 nights. TV did not work but the staff made up for it with free breakfast in the am. I enjoyed this hotel.

I wasn't overly impressed. The rooms and decor was nice but the service wasn't great. We slept in and didn't leave the room until about noon. Hoping it would be cleaned when we returned at 5pm but wasn't. Called the service desk and said we were leaving in 10 minutes and they said they would be right up to tidy the room. When we returned around 9pm, no one had shown up. We called again and they finally came up once we were in our room. I do have to say that everyone at the bar was awesome, especially Jose!

Meets expectations without more. Convenient as close to Pearson airport.

I was disappointed, the empty minibar, lacked bath towel and bathrobe, a dud. Not to go back.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms and service. Rooms are also well organized with charging stations on desk and bedside. Not really pet-friendly in layout, but pet-tolerant in attitude.

The room was very clean which is really the most important thing. I was really surprised that I had to pay an extra 10 bucks for the Internet considering everywhere else it's included. The continental breakfast is extra as well. The place is pretty cheap. The saving grace is the free transport to and from the airport because from the airport you can purchase a round trip to downtown for 12 bucks and take the train in. Of course the driver looks like he expects a tip for taking you so free with guilt trip or just tip the guy. I mean it's a vacation so just give the guy his tip.

As usual their service was consistent and fast. I never ask for many requests but when I do it is fast. The rooms and workout facilities are clean as well.

It was my anniversary Aug 19 and inquired if an upgrade available. They didn't, as hotel was full, sure I understand. Front desk offered to send me an amenities package instead at 10:30 pm. I didn't get anything and even when I had inquired and was told they were looking into it, they did not get back and nothing was sent. Very poor service for such an expensive hotel room. Really sad that Westin brand has such poor client service.

Staff is very nice and accommodated for all our event's needs. The suites were also great. Parking is standard for hotels next to airport, all day parking is $25. If you need to wait a couple hours for a flight after you check out, the lobby is a great place to do that with a bar and restaurant right in the main lobby. Overall my experience was great and my expectations were meet by staff and the hotel environment.

The service was exceptional with the exception encounter at the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and comfortable. After flight delays and missed connections the friendly staff checked us in quickly, and brought an easy and comfortable end to a stressful day. Don't know what the breakfast is like but had a wonderful soup and salad for dinner. Would definitely go back to the airport Westin.

Myself and 4 friends went to an event called anime north. It is popular and all hotels are booked to the max. They only has 2 people checking everyone in. This took way to long. Especially since most people book this event 2+ months in advance. Front end service was mediocre but I blame that on being understaffed. Rooms are nice and the price is good. But I just had a bad experience.

My Company completely messed up my reservation and the front desk staff did their best to sort it out. I ended up with an upgraded room, and a free breakfast voucher for my troubles. The room itself was quiet and clean, and the gym facilities were good.

I love that the westin has a workout guest room. Having a treadmill and other fitness eqyt right in the room makes balancing travel and fitness much easier.

This place is close to the airport, 20 minute walk if the weather is good. Comfortable rooms, pretty good Wi-Fi and good breakfast.

Wi-Fi is NOT free… which is absurd. The pool was quite nice as was the lobby — which I spent a great deal of time waiting in for our pizza order to arrive (no fault of the hotel). Hotel bar was overpriced (not surprised). Rooms were okay at best — other reviews mention 'dated' — I'd agree. Some people love the Westin beds, I'm on the fence as far as comfort goes.

I usually come into Toronto a couple times a year and usually stay at the Westin Bristol Palace. It's comfortable and quiet. The staff are great but one employee stands out. Mathew is at the Concierge desk. He always meets me with one of the biggest smiles. Over time he has met my parents and always asks how they are doing ever since. There is not a problem too big Mathew can not find a solution. He truly is a great asset to Westin as well as the Westin Bristol Place Toronto. I give 5 stars because of the great service I get all the time with Mathew. Thank-you Mathew.

A little disappointing for a Westin, I must say. Elevators, hallways and rooms are spent looking. I understand that they are currently renovating. Its unfortunate Westin let "it go" so long without a reno. The staff however made up for the physical unsightlyness. They were very friendly and attentive. I likely wont stay here again until the rooms are fully removated, which according to the front desk clerk will not be until mid summer of 2016.

Comfy, quiet, and clean. All the staff was courteous, and the airport shuttle ran smoothly. But the button to our floor didn't work in one elevator, so I had to go to 8 and then use the stairs. Also, the A. C. Never seemed to turn on, so we got a little warm. We'd still stay again.

Incredible experience. This Westin has very kind and compassionate staff. We came at the busiest time (all rooms booked solid) and they offered us to stay at the lobby. All hotel rooms were booked within a 20 mile radius…

Very clean place. Awesome pool. Food was very good for breakfast room service. The staff was super friendly. Can't say enough good things about the place. The only complaint I guess you would say is upon first impressions the building is a little worn down in the inside. But once you enter the room it's very nice and you forget about the outside issue. I would definitely come back. And it's not that far from downtown. 20 min in our car.

Not a very good stay, to start my children were very excited upon arriving in the room, and with in 5 mins of being in the room my 3 year old pulled open condoms from the drawer beside the bed. Very disgusting. We immediately went to front desk where the girl was very apologetic and stated she was informed the room was cleaned before she gave us the keys, She also gave us some complementary breakfast which was nice but im am still very upset house keeping did not do their job and make sure the room was clean before new people come into it, It makes you wonder what else was looked over. breakfast was great, service was great. But as were were checking out we realized we were changed twice for the room, when talking to the girl at the front desk we were told there was nothing she could do with out the receipt, even though we showed her my online banking where you could clearly see the 2 transactions but still would not refund the money. It took til we returned home to Windsor and called to get a manager on the phone before it was even looked into and eventually refunded. We will almost definitely be going to a different hotel next trip out that way.

I have stayed here a few times love the rooms and the service great hotel not too far from the airport. Great hotel, perfect location. Fantastic hotel really nice staff Great location and superbly clean. I stayed in a handicapped room. Which was very nice. They're really nice and not to the point of being pretentious, either! The Rooms are wonderful and clean and kept neat. I have Nothing to complain about when I stayed there. Room was beautiful and very good service. A must stay.

Worst hotel ever wish I was in the holid@$ I%%. First the rooms are too hot no ac second the pool is too hot usless. Oh now at 1am I can't sit In the fu@+n lobby what the f! @k is this DO NOT STAY HERE.

I loved my stay there. Booked a suite on the 14th floor with one king bed, and a sofa bed. Room was great and had about three separate rooms inside, including a dining room! The view was great form the 14th floor and we barely heard any noise from the airport. They have an indoor pool, and a dining area in the hotel. Parking is the bad part because they charge you about 18 CAD per night. Other than that, the staff is friendly and quick with any requests you make.

Stayed here twice, and have never had such a great experience. After travelling the world and being used to having average treatment, the overall energy, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff made the stay one to remember. The hotel is right beside a bus stop, providing quick transport to downtown, and also has a complimentary airport shuttle which works very well. Rooms were in good order, and any problems that were encountered in our stay were quickly dealt with, but even those were minor. The restaurant has very good food, with some of the best lamb I've ever had, and kept me coming back. I'll gladly stay here again.
