I went for afternoon tea — most enjoyable. Calm quiet, almost old fashioned feel. Attentive, pleasant service. Lovely fresh sandwiches, scones, jam and cream and meringues and little tarts also. As much tea as we wanted in lovely old China. We really enjoyed it.
