Super clean space and friendly staff.

While trying to book a room last night for a previous date I had an awful experience with the gentleman who was at the desk. Didn’t seem to be to helpful & made two rude comments. I didn’t find him friendly at all ☹️

Great hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, great staff, were very accommodating for a group booking. Would for sure recommend Best Western Liverpool. You would not regret it!

Very clean rooms and a quick and friendly check in! this hotel is very clear about how they have adapted for the pandemic. And everything is so clean! can't wait to bring my family back for a visit.

Thanks and kudos to the awesome staff here! Holding it down during Covid! We had an unexpected stay here when our car broke down an hour and half from home-front desk staff recommended local shop and they fixed us up! We will be back.

Arrived at the hotel today, all excited to have the king suite with Jacuzzi tub! get here to be greeted by a not so delighted employee who seems like she's having a bad day as it is, only to seem like im making it worse for her because I said I'm paying cash. Neber once through my entire transaction through my booking was I told that I had to have a credit card for my deposit on my room if I was paying cash. I was prepared to pay $200 in cash as a deposit. She accepted the cash deposit then I told her I had a pet… well that changed everything. I know longer could have my Jacuzzi tub room. Pets aren't allowed on THAT floor. Had I been told that I wouldn't of booked the room. I was given the king suite with a non Jacuzzi tub. Needless to say I wasn't driving another 2 hours home when this was suppose to be a time away for me.

The nicest Best Western I've stayed at. Nice lobby. Comfy beds. Very clean. Friendly staff. A great variety for breakfast.

Stayed for one night, but the whirlpool suite far exceeded our expectations versus another Best Western we have stayed at, and would have been comfortable for a longer trip. We loved that there was a separate living space from the bedroom. The staff were friendly and efficient — not too long after checking in, we revived an email with a Best Western Rewards number, something I had been going to enquire about because the other one we had stayed at had not bothered to send us that information. Breakfast was great, and I was relieved to know there were gluten free options. Everything was clean and comfortable. We plan to go back.

By far the best Best Western Ive stayed at in Canada so far. Will update after my full stay.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel on Canada Day weekend. As a family of 6, we stayed in the family room. The room was big and we did not feel crowded. It would be great if all BWP had this option. Breakfast area was clean and they were many options, including gluten free. The pool area was clean, no slide but the kids had lots of fun. We will be staying there again.

We love this hotel because it is a great central location from which to visit the wonderful beaches in the area. We are 10 minutes from White Point and the Quarter Deck restaurants. The hotel is always clean, modern and quiet. We enjoyed the pool. It is very close to the Liverpool civic center and there were free activities to take it on July 1st. The hotel is very easy to reach from the highway. It is minutes away from Exit 19.

Nice hotel; looks new and tidy although in its 9th year. Keep up the good work!

We were in town for a Fundraiser Dance on Saturday evening. We didn't have much time between our band set up and check in before show time but the staff quickly checked us in which allowed us to change outfits and return to the show on time. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was fabulous and check out time allowed us to be on time for a soccer game in Dartmouth on Sunday. Thanks to the wonderful staff for being so courteous and efficient and allowing our visit to be Flawless!

Must not have picked one of the better rooms as the mattress was cheap, springy and hard. Nothing like the other local Best Westerns which I’m quite familiar with having very comfortable high quality pillow top beds. Otherwise, service was great with prompt check-in. Breakfast was above average with fresh waffles off the grill. Pool was adequate and warm. Convenient location off the highway but may be a bit of an overkill to have a 3 story hotel to maintain in such an out-of-the-way rural town. I don’t think there’s enough traffic to upkeep this place to an immaculate standard for many more years but that said, we still enjoyed the stay and do hope it’s stays in this clean state for a while to come. We may be back as this was a great pit stop for motorcyclists.

Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly :) room was clean. Only downfall and this is typical in hotels, there was not enough shower pressure.

Clean, convenient, reasonable prices. Easy access to local roads and the major highway.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. They offer express checkout as well. If I had one complaint, it would be that the Wi-Fi was a little sketchy in my room. It would cut in and out. With that being said, the hotel was pretty much full. So that probably didn't help. Overall, a great stay. Would recommend.

This hotel is as good or better as any I have stayed in. Clean,, spacious rooms,,,, great staff,,, and complimentary hot breakfast which is every bit as good as you get in a restaurant.

The hotel is located close to the highway so it's convenient. The hotel/room was very nice, internet was good. The pool temperature was quite low, felt more like a polar bear dip. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and it was hot. They don't serve dinner so you have to either eat before arriving or try and finds something before arriving. We drove into town and there was only a Chinese/Canadian restaurant and a Pizza place open as it was off season. If we stayed there again we would do the fast food options on the way to the hotel, Subway, Mac Donalds, Tim Hortons.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Nice and close to everything you need. They welcomed our hockey team of kids and made our stay enjoyable.

They were so kind to us even when we were a hassle! One of my favourite Best Westerns. They have a hotel dog behind the counter which is INCREDIBLE.

Comfortable and a very reasonable price.

Got wicked service right from the get go! Our room ended up being accidentally double booked when BNL was in town, so for the inconvenience they upgraded us for free! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about local dining and who's open what time of year, super important for the area. They were able to recommend a spot for us and the food was just as described. When we checked out, we actually forgot a bag in the room and they went and fetched it for us lickedy split. Again, really felt like staff went the extra mile for that A+ customer service! Would go again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was gorgeous! Plus the breakfast was fantastic as well. Only complaint we had was that we were only staying there for one night. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great hotel with swimming pool and fitness area. Rooms very clean and spacious. Bath is also very large by canadic standards. Breakfast buffet also offers a small selection of fresh fruit. Staff are very nice and attentive. We really enjoyed the stay.

Best Western Plus, in Liverpool, is where we always stay each year for several days in August. It is our "home-away-from-home". The morning hot, breakfast is top notch, self serve and very adequate with pleasant seating. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and restful. Best accommodations in Liverpool, N. S.

Everything surpassed our expectations, especially breakfast! Very friendly staff, clean, modern room, affordable rate, quick check-in and checkout. Kids loved the indoor pool and complimentary DVD rental, we loved the comfy beds and well stocked buffet style breakfast with the make-your-own waffle station! The location was great too… smallish town with many of the fast food chain restaurants/grocery stores (Sobeys, Superstore, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, etc) and smaller locally owned shops as well. We ordered pizza from Liverpool Pizzeria and had it delivered to our room. Yum! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Just spent one night here for a mini-getaway and it was great! Clean, modern, spacious, friendly staff. The room (we had a 1 bedroom suite) was large and had everything we needed!
The breakfast was hot and delicious. My only complaints were that the AC wouldn't stay on so I had to keep getting up throughout the night to turn it back on. But that could have been something I was doing wrong.
The beds/pillows weren't extremely comfortable and the sofa bed, which my sister and n…ephew slept on, was SAD. I felt bad that they had to sleep on such a thin, springy "mattress".
Lastly, the "heated" pool was freezing. If you're not using the sofa bed or pool, bring your own pillow and you'll have a great stay! I will stay again if I'm ever in the area.

Everything about my stay was excellent. All staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the cleaning service for the room was thorough. The available amenities were all excellent. I plan to go back and will keep this hotel very high on my list of hotels. .

Very delicious food and tea.
The rooms are super made and the bathroom is clean. Wi-Fi is a few criticisms, as this is not particularly good, but it still works. Tip: When the Wi-Fi stops working properly, just reconnect.
Watch out: If the Wi-Fi on the laptop/iPad doesn't work, you'll get a different working password at the front desk! :)

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus in Liverpool NS. The place is nice, spacious and very clean. We enjoy the staff who always goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. Our room was very spacious, bright with a large bathroom. As for breakfast it's a big room with a lot of space to sit down and move around not cramp to get your breakfast, I really like the setting. The only thing that I missed was not been able to have a drink at the bar as it's no longer available. I know that you still can order a drink in your room but it's not the same. It would be nice if it was open at night during the spring and summer season as there is more travellers. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Myself and 2 friends stayed one night. Very clean facilities and rooms. Rooms were well lighted, spacious and offer 2 queen beds. I didn't notice any noise from hallways etc that you get sometimes in many hotels. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast is provided and was appreciated. We had no problems at all. I would stay here again and also recommend it.

Check in was a breeze, even though it's been a busy weekend here. Melanie was very kind, welcoming and informative from the moment we checked in on Oct 28th! I had called down to the front desk with questions for menu's of local eating establishments and for various other inquiries. She was very patient, friendly and helpful with every call! Provided us with copies many menus to view in the comfort of our room. Welcomed us back when we returned from the grocery store and kindly offered us paper plates & napkins to bring to our room for our evening picnic on our 2nd night :). She is a great asset to this place! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. As a rule I typically do not sleep well at hotels… ever, but this hotel offers a great nights sleep! The walls must be soundproof, because there were rambunctious young children staying in the room next door to us, but only heard their little squeals of excitement of being away from home when near our door or in the hallway. :) The 3rd floor felt chilly when we stepped out of the elevator, however the rooms do heat up quickly. The room & bathroom was clean and the tub nice and deep. The towels very thick and soft. Breakfast was enjoyable, plentiful and very fresh. The breakfast staff were welcoming and thoughtful toward all the guests when we were in the dining area :) Left a little note for the room attendant & they supplied exactly what was requested on that note. :) Great place to stay!

Stayed here last year and can't wait to go back tomorrow! Clean, oh so friendly, nice decor, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, all we needed plus more! Our little puppy was made so welcome with a little doggie gift basket! Extended our stay last time, will likely do the same again!

Clean and well kept. Only complaint was both sides of the bed did not have a wall plug. Who does not charge a cell phone as they sleep? Something I would have expected from a modern hotel.

Great hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff, the rooms are clean and comfy. The continental breakfast is nice with many different options. I would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here several times and I'm never disappointed! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms impeccably clean. The staff are some of the best in the service industry I've encountered! I've stayed in 2 other Best Western Hotels and they don't even come close to Liverpool in any way! My only 2 suggestions would be a hot tub and a restaurant/bar onsite!

Excellent hotel all the rooms are well kept and the customer service is perfect as with all Best Westerns. The pool is a lot smaller than your average hotel pool though.

The only thing that we suggest is having more than 1 person checking people in when there is a hockey tournament in town… however the service was good!

Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast and service.

I was traveling alone and found the Manager, Melissa, and her staff, most willing to help me with my questions… even helped with my cell phone. They recommended a wonderful place for dinner. Also recommended I see the whale that was "visiting". My room was excellent… very clean and spacious. I plan to return to this hotel on my next trip to NS. It is easy access off the highway and a nice stop just before heading down too Barrington. Safe. Quiet. Clean. I give it 5 stars.
