Charming, the staff are very nice, theres a lovely deck surrounded by grape vines, flowers and apple trees. Several places with views to enjoy your morning coffee. Pet friendly only thing needed would be a bedside table on both sides of bed not just the one and an in room coffee pot for the very early risers. But overall a good place.

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is showing its age and could use an update but good value for the money. Rooms come with a minimini fridge and microwave It's got a decent continental breakfast of yoghurt, cereal, (Cheerios and branflakes, boiled eggs, brain and white toast, bagels, English muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice and milk. Close enough of a walk to Saint George.

Nice hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. For the price it was well worth it and its close to St. Andrew's, Grand Manan and Deer Island.

I have been returning to this hotel for at least 20 years. Service is great. Personel has always been super. Accommodations are clean, comfortable and quiet. Continental breakfast is quite satisfying.

Above and beyond customer service, in a outstandingly cozy room. Rooms were spotless and with a great homey feel! I recomend this great hotel whole heartedly. I was truly blown away after 15 hrs of driving to be greated so kindly and everything else simply on point! keep up the excellent work. I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you! and on a side note unlike a few stops on my journey they had a microwave as well as mini fridge and a cozey little dinning area in the room.!

I feel the motel is fine. They should have a restaurant there is not much to chose from in town. Very clean and lots to choose from at the continental breakfast. Coffee is great. TV is a little dated still a tube screen. And small.

We stayed here for one night before heading on the ferry at Blacks Harbour (about 20 mins away) to Grand Manan. It was a pleasant stay. The staff was really nice and friendly. The breakfast was typical breakfast (breads, bagels, coffee, tea, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, fruits, etc) which was completely fine. It has a slightly older look but no issues. The only thing was the beds (at least in our room) were really soft. Otherwise definitely a nice stay.

Nice quiet place. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also good. No paper plates or foam cups either. This place uses the real stuff. Very reasonable price.

What a wonderful place to stay on our first trip to New Brunswick! The room was spacious, very clean and the mattress was the best! We travel with a little Jack Russell and everyone of the staff were so great with Sheldon! I would highly recommend Granite Town Hotel. We will definitely make this a stop the next time we are in this area.

Had a great time in St George! The beds were great, the room clean, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. At 9:30 they ran out of eggs and when asked if there were anymore said that they weren't making anymore. Would stay there again though.

Absolutely beautiful! Apparently a new hotel because everything looked fresh and inviting. The room was spacious and the beds SO comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully set up with glassware, something I haven't seen in a long time, if ever. Staff totally gracious. I accidentally scheduled this resort unaware that it was in Canada and not Maine. Staff worked with me to get my reservation adjusted to my satisfaction. Well worth the short trip across the border.

Friendly staff, breakfast was acceptable. Room smelled strongly of carpet shampoo at first but was clean. Overall good experience.

Rooms were clean, but room smelt a bit like stale smoke. Continental breakfast was just toast and bagel. Some Danish especially and croissants would help been nice.

Great place! We had two dogs with us and they were so friendly with us and the dogs and they were very happy to see the dogs — very dog friendly hotel… When we booked, we told them we had two large dogs but they only charged us for one which was very kind of them… The rooms were very nice and clean and we loved the grounds! Lots of place to walk the dogs! The complimentary breakfast was great in the morning too! Would definitely recommend this place! St. George is also a beautiful village and we enjoyed a nice drive around the town!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This was by far the best. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They treated you dignity and respect. The rooms were amazing clean and the beds beyond comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. THANKS for an amazing stay!

Très bon service, belles chambres spacieuses, pas trop dispendieux. L'hôtel est à une vingtaine de minutes de St. Andrews et moins cher que les hôtels du village. Vous vous sentirez bien à l'aise ici, je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was great. Only problem was smokers smoking in a nonsmoking area.

Simple, but exactly what we needed — clean, comfy, beautiful location, excellent service, and free continental breakfast!

The hotel was extremely comfy and cozy. I was so impressed with the comfort of tje beds I slept like a baby lol. Best sleep Ive had in a long time! Highly Reccomend!

Room was too hot, internet really slow, no attached restraunt or elevator.

It was fine, everything was old. Tvs were old, carpet was old… But there was a roof and it was clean.

The place was ok in general, but the heating system — placed very near to the bed — was amazingly noisy and the air coming from it hit directly in the face of the person sleeping that side of the bed. I would like to suggest also at least one breakfast option for lactose intolerant people.

There beds are really soft and they cook really good.

We stayed in a King Room and were surprised by the jacuzzi tub, the couch, the table set for two with wine glasses. After enjoying some red wine — available at the front desk — we had a great sleep in the quiet peaceful surroundings. We ate our continental breakfast in our room. It was very peaceful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It is on our "Let's Go Back There" list.

Wow this place is great. We travel a lot in the States as well Canada and this is by far one of the nicest friendliest places we've stayed. The room was lovely and the bed very very comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Mac & Diane from Ontario.

Recently I stayed at this hotel, it was beautiful. They have done several renovations to the rooms and lobby. New floors, carpets, beds etc. They do offer CAA and AAA discounts as well as for seniors. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and not over priced at all for the season. The kids went down to the playground which is next door and the grounds at the hotel were very well maintained. We will definitely being coming back next year.

So-so motel/hotel. A little pricey, no extra amenities. No fridge, no microwave and no discount for AAA or over-60, although AAA book advertised as such.
