The rooms were modern and clean and the staff was very accomidating. They even kind enough to store our bags after checkout until our flight. Excellent experience.

You are at 5 minutes from Portage and Main Street, 10 minutes from the hotel, you can buy some food to cook in your room. Great place to stay for a week.

I stayed in the Executive Studio Suite while their Winter Deal was running. I was very impressed with the size of the room for the price. The room included a kitchenette, and had a comfortable bed. Parking was not included with the price. There was no pool.

Service at the location has been fantastic. The rooms are large and we'll priced. The hotel located downtown and is very close to the MTS centre. All in all a good experience.

Great suites very clean great location right downtown loved our big bed and the kitchen it's all is there very friendly reception great gym and laundry facility. We felt very safe and at home nice decor. Hospitality was awesome.

The worst is the internet constantly kicking me off unstable slow at best. Because I'm from the lower 48 my cell service is not very good so I must rely on this Wi-Fi connection in the hotel, which unfortunately is horrible. Management also decided the hotel does not need to AC the rooms do to the side temperature being cool enough I'd rather the customer determine if its cool enough. I've never seen so many TV station you don't get.

We enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again anytime, my only complaint is they did not have HDTV which we have become very used to having.

We booked online with a reasonable rate,, until check out we got charged an extra $200. Because my children were over 12 years of age. If that was the case I would of stay some where else that dont charge parking, 150 rooms etc. What a disappointment.

I was just here for a week, the hotel staff is horrible, I found a used condom under the couch when I moved it to watch a movie one night. I complained and they blamed me and my family saying the room was cleaned the night before. My kids were all really itchy after 3 days constantly scratching themselves so I bought a bug trap from poulins to put in the room and yep there it was bed bugs. I was out side having a cigarette one day and was told by an employee that the rooms have bed bugs because when the manitoba housing units across the street got bed bugs, the government paid to relocate the tenants at this hotel. I am disgusted, When I asked for a full refund and showed them the bed bug trap they yelled at me and sent me and my family off saying that I set the whole thing up myself. Not only, that but they charged my credit card fully and kept my damage deposit. do not ever ever go to this hotel costed me to much and had to buy a whole new wardrobe for my whole family before finally going back to calgary!

I give you two stars. Though it's a nice hotel, rooms very comfortable. However I did my part as a customer and allowed them to put $300 hold on my credit card. They don't even ask that much in the USA at the W Hotels or Marriotts or any hotel of this same look. If we are spending for a room I could go without a kitchen. Most people go on vacation and the last thing they wanna do is cook for themselves. You spend the extra money to furnish a kitchen that prolly is never used and yet the bed does not have a fitted sheet but a flat sheet. A flat sheet that immediately comes apart when you pull the tucked in comforter out. I never could understand this concept.

Very nice, especially for the price. Comfortable bed and furniture, nice bedding, tons of closet space and normal appliances in the kitchen area. Free Internet access.

Great location right downtown. The rooms are all fully equipped bachelor apartments. Very nicely decorated to boot.

A bit outdated on some points but big rooms and all you need for a stay.

Enjoyed my stay from the 23rd (2nd from the top flr) overlooking downtown Winnipeg. It was probably the best view offered from the city, steps away from the Jets games, museums, downtown shopping. About a 15-minute drive to Polo Park Mall. The restaurant in the hotel was also good. Rooms were clean and fully equipped like private apartments. Customer service was good. Rates were reasonable. Parkade attached to hotel, though it costs $10 per day. Overall, I'd rec'd the hotel and would stay there again. Nice introduction to Winnipeg.

This was my first time in Winnipeg. I reserved this hotel due to the fact it was cheap and had decent reviews. The hotel room itself is excellent. It seems to be recently updated and has very nice furniture and appliances. It also has a keurig coffee maker which was a plus. The area surrounding the hotel was just ok. It seemed pretty dead in the downtown area but I guess that's just how it is in downtown Winnipeg. Most of the fun seems to be in the Osbourne Village area which doesn't seem to have a decent hotel at all. Overall i'd recommend this hotel and I will stay again. If you are going to a hockey game, then this is a good bet.

I'm a diva and I prefer them to the Delta. Great location, great staff, accommodating for special circumstances. The only oversized parking in downtown Winnipeg. Next to a convince store and the 24/7 Robins donuts. Pretty suites with new renovations. Tall ceilings and shower heads. Modern, functional and comfortable. Great for business travel or convention goers, especially for extended durations. A+.

Don't judge a book by it's cover: while this hotel may look like a tired old apartment building from the outside, inside is a recently well-renovated establishment. The room felt like a bachelor condo — the kitchen (too large and nice to call a kitchenette) is resplendent with stone and ceramic finishes, and has really nice appliances. The bar overlooks a modern living/bed area, with leather furniture. I do love the native art hung in the rooms and around the hotel. A good choice for an extended stay! 8/10 P. S. — While some people may comment on the neighbourhood as being undesirable, this is downtown Winnipeg, and you likely won't find many downtown hotels that fare any better with their surroundings.
