Recommend Pizza Pizza! Best pizza ever! And was here in 1/2 hr.

I booked a room and came from Brandon. ASked on the phone to book the pool. They said they only had a 10pm-11pm time left. I said that was fine because we would be in late anyways. Drove all of the way to Winnipeg with my girls to plan a fun night of swimming. Went to check into the pool and they said it closes at 11. So I wasted the drive and got sincere apologies from the desk assistant. I spent a ridiculous amount of money for nothing. That was the whole point of coming here. So disappointed and let my girls down. I understand it was an error but I should get some kind of discount. This is ridiculous.

Always a great stay. Very accessible for when I travel with my Mom in her wheelchair. Definitely will be back again. Staff very hospitable and friendly.

The hotel management, service staff and front desk — Everyone is friendly and the food quality is awesome.

I understand that your frontline staff provide poor customer service to the first nations people that are also paying for services at your establishment. Even more disturbing: providing them undercooked chicken wings and salads with hair in them. My next stop will be at a restaurant inspector for winnepeg website.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. Staff everywhere for anyone wanting to ask questions. Didnt get the chance to see the rooms but conference room was clean as well.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable, with engaged and pleasant staff. I've never been disappointed with any element of my many stays here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel close to the airport, and convenient to major roads to places both inside and outside the city. The attached Hub restaurant isn't anything special, but the food is ok, and the service is always good.

Was given a room on the first floor. Was meant for people using a wheelchair. Bathroom is definitely handicap accessible. Wider door, no tub, fold out chair. Bedroom had no power outlet at the desk for laptop use. Room was clean.

No complaints here!. Being a single traveler the bar staff was very helpful in helping me find the local night life. The room was very clean, as was the hotel. Even though checkout was at 11 and my flight at 1600 they held on to my bags while I walked around the city prior to taking a shuttle to the airport. Also the breakfast was good and Aaron took very good care of me in the morning. Keep up the good work.

The location in terms of airport, shops & restaurants is excellent. Rooms good but the air conditioning vents whistled in both rooms we had. The hotel's restaurant would not take reservations, and then, was busy when we wanted to eat so we had to wait for a nicer table. The menu was boring and food was mediocre. Also, our bill was incorrect with wrong items & prices and the waitress blamed it on the computer. The pool is used for private lessons and is most appropriate for small children not adults.

This place is wonderful. The bar and grill is open pretty late, the pool area has a pool, hot tub, and a splash pad for kids, and everything. It's easier to say what they do wrong than all they do right. The towels are at least equal to 200 grit sandpaper, the blankets sound like you're opening a bag of sun chips if you barely move (important when traveling with a baby), and their cleaning staff will just stand outside your door yelling to other cleaning staff despite your "do not disturb" sign. Again, sucks when traveling with an infant. Other than those minimal complaints, totally great place to stay.

Disappointing, I stay at Holiday Inn around Canada for business on a regular visit but this one is not good! I am visiting Winnipeg with my daughter who has come to visit friends. I arrived at the hotel and the staff were really friendly. However when I went to the room I had to spend some time cleaning up toenail clippings from the carpet, and there was a blocked toilet. The hotel did send someone to unblock it, but the next day same issue. Reception did respond quickly to move us to another room. It did however mean packing up all our stuff again to carry to another room, no offer of help from the hotel. The new room however is pretty grubby, stains on the blinds and windowsill, sticky floor, dirty mirror, clothing size label stuck to back of bathroom door, lots of dirt on the bathroom wall that I needed to wipe off. Hair that I had to clean from the sink etc. The door hiding the fridge is broken and the furniture in general is in a bad condition.
I headed to the pool area and the steam room is not open, something not advised at all the time of booking or check in. Overall very disappointed and would never stay here again. I would advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere, there are much better options at this price in Winnipeg.

Nice newer hotel, quiet rooms with door sweepers so you dont hear people in the halls. First hotel in a while to have a vanity kit in the bathroom. Qtips, showercap etc.

I had a great 2 night stay. The staff were all pleasant, courteous and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was full this weekend so they provided security, which made us feel safe.

Simple places to find and very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and the service was courteous, nothing to fault well-sure middle class hotel.

Spent the night here on business and the room was clean and comfortable. Stafd was friendly and helpful.

The room are okay it will be nice if there's slightly bigger bathroom with a tub. Also Expecting water bottle when you open the fridge but no drinks at all. The bed is comfortable but the pillows has stains, looks like didn't change the pillows at all. My husband and I went for supper. We would like to have a quite dinner but theres a lot of kids running around and playing around tables by tables. Theres no control. I guarantee I won't be back there next time I go to Winnipeg. Very disappointed.

Staff was not really as friendly, maybe they were tired the basement was kinda warm; it was so hot it needs a little more ventilation.

Stayed here on a business trip for 5 days. Hotel is well run, clean and has really friendly, courteous, and tentative staff. I was also pleasantly surprised that their in house restaurant had really good food and fair prices. Ate there half a dozen times and never a complaint. I also found it conveniently located. 5/5 for me.

Poor access as snow/icebank directly in front of door. No light options (sandwich/pastry) from restaurant-I was only offered the buffet. Temperature inside event room was very hot/muggy.

Our stay was pleasant, rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. We were told by a local to be aware at night because the neighborhood is a little sketchy. We kept to your room and didnt have any problems though. Breakfast wasnt anything special but the staff was attentive and polite.

Had a 2 day conference w 50 people that finished today. Excellent facility and staff. Would certainly do it again. Great job!

The service was good. People were nice. The environment was lovely. But the housekeeping service wasn't good. During our 3 days stay, our room was never cleaned. We did notify the workers, that our room needed cleaning. We got disappointed, going back in our room uncleared. We are not planning to come back there to stay again.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable, with a staff that is obviously engaged. I stay here often on business trips, and I've never been disappointed. Maintenance in some of the rooms isn't always perfect, but the beds and carpets are well kept, the restaurant is good, and I've got no complaints at all about the service. Always my first choice.

We almost missed our flight because the bed was so comfortable! Staff was excellent and professional and the room was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again.

Love this place! I've been the last few years for a couple weeks at a time. Hotel staff is amazing! Everyone was always pleasant and kind. Seemed like they were cleaning around the clock, all the winter muck brought in, and the place was always spotless. Working night or day shift, I got my rest and really enjoyed my stay. Awesome pool area & workout room as well.

Comfortable room, although I found the bathroom to be on the small side. Staff very friendly and helpful. As it's by the airport it's not the best location but still walking distance to grocery store and some restaurants. Refrigerator and microwave in room are useful.

The electrical outlet for the bedside table did not work, and the website listed the incorrect closing time for the pool, so we did not get to swim. The room and public areas were clean and decor was modern.

Good place. Nice rooms. Quiet. Breakfast was not that good though. They have a buffet, but very limited selection. Most other hotels include this type of breakfast in the price of the hotel room.

The staff was wonderful! Especially Bruce who was so kind and patient with my 1.5 year old and I when we went down for breakfast! The food was great, the rooms are nice and clean. We were even given treats for our dog. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The service staff was very friendly. The room was clean and kept clean during my stay. The lobby has a neat modern feel to it. I was a little upset that both the splash pad and hot tub were not operational. When you push the buttons available to work them, nothing happened. I also found the pool's deep end to be too shallow. But the pool room itself was kept very clean. I was on the fourth floor and it was very quiet during my stay. I liked where my hotel was located, as it was close to both the airport and Polo Park. I would stay there again.

I came to this hotel w/19 coworkers. My second afternoon there, I typed out a long email to my girlfriend. Did it on my phone, taking about 45 minutes to finish. Then, I hit "Send", & my email disappeared. Their Wi-Fi is so unstable, it's unusable. I then hopped in the shower. After climbing over the toilet to get into the shower (asinine bathroom layout), housekeeping starts banging on my door to come in & clean. It was about 2PM. I told them I'd be done in about 45 minutes, & then they could come in. The idiot cleaning woman started banging on my door not 25 minutes later, & kept ringing my phone, as well. After I finished, & took all my stuff, & moved back into my OTR truck. If my trailer hadn't been blocked in by others, I'd have left right then. Abysmal Internet, wrong orders from their restaurant, & badgering guests when they want to come in to clean? Never again. I went back to the truck stop, & received far better treatment.

The hotel has just been renovated, which is the reason we went to the new lounge area. Good service and the renovations looked good.

Good service. Professional. Wi-Fi was unstable the first day but perfect the over the rest of the trip.

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was ordinary. Tv's are small in the room. Bed is comfortable. No bathtub.

Stayed here on an IHG reward stay for 2 nights while visiting colleges with my son. Our room had 2 Queens and had a flat-screen, mini fridge and microwave. The minor issue that I would have with this location is that the airport shuttle is only a minivan. They provide transportation to the mall, but not the return. So be prepared for a $10 cab ride back. Definitely would stay here again.

Urban style, upbeat hotel with a friendly staff and excellent restaurant. Clean spacious rooms.

Close to the airport which is handy, restaurant is ok, a lot of specialty meals though and not a lot of popular items such as a regular chicken burger or lasagna.

Staff are courteous and accommodating. They go above and beyond and I was very pleased. Parking, interior and my room was good. Clean and fresh smelling. My room was really dark and cold just the way I like it. Wifi is pretty fast. During my stay, clients were 99.9% above average Caucasians. There were no running kids in the hallways. No bums or poor people in the lobby. Room service and food are decent.

I echo the opinions expressed by others here about the high level of service and great staff. The facility itself is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. There was, however, one major disappointment. The lack of blackout curtains is inexcusable. The only window coverings were transparent "glass" curtains. The many flood lights from neighbouring businesses and lots beamed into my room (404) with surprising intensity. I clearly wasn't the first person to have this problem, as evidenced by the small rips in the faux drapes where previous guests had obviously tried to pin them together to block out the light. I could literally read by that light while sitting at the desk. If that wouldn't bother you, then I highly recommend this hotel. In my case, it was very disruptive to my sleep — enough so that I will likely ask our admin folks to choose a different property for my next trip to our head office Winnipeg. A real shame, as this hotel was otherwise really a great property.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Once in a two double beds and once in a king with sofa bed. Both times we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is new so rooms are in good condition, hotel is VERY clean. Beds are confortable with a choice of firm or plush pillows. Decor is modern and confortable. The staff was super friendly and competant, very helpful with any request. They have an in house restaurant. We didn't use it but the staff was always available to lend a bowl or plate for microwave use. Pool area is clean and colourful, with water fountains. Our son loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Newly constructed hotel near the airport. Nice folks working there, but they cut every corner possible on construction. Its 2013 guys, I should not be able to hear the TV or the cell phone conversation in the next room. Its 2013 and I only get two plugs in the desk lamp for my chargers? The new rooms are already showing signs of wear and tear and not all of them are even finished yet.
