I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The owner, Margaret, is one of the friendliest people I have met, and was an extremely gracious host. The room was perfect, with extremely comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen, lacking in nothing we needed. The grounds are very well kept, with a beautiful view to the ocean, and places to relax placed here and there. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer, as it would've been a perfect week long getaway location. Highly recommend this location!

Simply one if the very best places to stay. Every detail was executed to perfection, the people were very friendly, the room was super cute with an amazing view and very clean and the gardens are stunning! I can't wait to stay here again.

Margaret made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and the view across the lake is fantastic. We were warned about the movement when some of the heavier trains passed, but it was still a novelty when it happened! Breakfast was great and it was lovely to chat with our host. An enjoyable short stay.

Tranquility, welcoming, impeccably attentive to your every need. Margaret and Donn have outdone any five star hotel in the experience and environment they have created. Our room was ridiculously clean, not a spec of dust to be found! Even a new A/C unit was supplied. We fell in love and will be back as soon as we can!

We stayed at the Lakeside on our drive from Jasper to Whistler. Everything in this place is exceptional: absolute cleanliness, beautiful gardens, view of the lake and wonderful hostess Margaret. She made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was just perfect and we were really happy to stay at such a lovely place.

Good B & B. At breakfast the salty missed me however. There were 'only' sweet.

Very cozy old-style place. Hosts are so welcoming and friendly — you want to stay longer. The only thing is — Savona is a very little town, and not much to do over there.

A real treasure boutique small hotel we found on our way from Jasper to Vancouver. Margaret, the owner is a very friendly person offering the best quality and great hospitality. The room is not only very clean but also very cozy and wonderfully designed. We enjoyed the stay very much and strongly recommend to others.

Very nice place! Beautiful garden and view on the lake in the back. Everything was ultra clean and well maintained.
