We had a very enjoyable stay it was just too short. We were in town on business and as usual got in late and left early. The room and staff were top shelf and we would never chance staying anywhere else. Where ever we end up the first choice is Best Western. We love there points system and after a few stays the points add up too that really great stay that is free.

We found the staff at this Best Western unfriendly and uncooperative. The Ricky's restaurant attached to the hotel was less than satisfactory. It was understaffed for a busy breakfast rush and the staff were unprofessional and rude.

Staff are very friendly. The hotel lobby and room were clean and up to date. Except for the ice machine. Vending machines could have a better selection. You do get access to the pool at the hotel across the parking lot with your key so that is a plus point.

Enjoyed my stay and staff were professional, friendly and management is good. Our rooms were neat and clean. Room service by housekeepers is fast and prompt.

Average hotel. Located at busy intersection. Request parking lot side room or you'll be listening to traffic all night. Internet speed is on the slow-average side (10Mbps). I usually bring my own wireless router and hardwire in to get better speed and a more reliable connection. Both ethernet connections in the room were dead. I was disappointed to find that the fridge doesn't have a freezer section. I travel frequently for work and pack my own lunches. Pretty hard to keep my lunch cool with no freezer packs when it's 30+ out. On the plus side room was clean and updated. AC was fairly quiet which was nice, I was able to sleep no problem with it cycling on and off through the night. Good selection of TV channels as well.

It is a clean modern facility. The rooms are well appointed. Parking can be challenging. Staff are ambivalent and seem to be preoccupied.

I like the best western here in Vernon, the staff are real friendly and the amenities are close by and the ricky's grill is attached to the hotel.

Two night stay while attending a conference at Okanagan Valley Baptist Church. Excellent staff and very clean and comfortable room!

Nice clean room, little bit noisey with the highway traffic. Beds were stiff. Not a bad spot.

I like this location as it's near jobsites I go to when in the area. Over all no issues with the hotel itself. My only wish is that they'd serve hot breaky in the morning instead of paying for it at the attached restaurant. I know… its a personal thing. Otherwise well worth the price. Thanks BW Vernon.

Nice and well maintained hotel, stayed there for a month (work) no pool however you can use one at next door, Holiday Inn apparently it has same management.

Not a destination resort but a nice place to stay in Vernon for business or while traveling through. Clean and modern rooms; friendly and accommodating staff; and a decent restaurant on the premises — couldn't ask for much more. We'll frequent the Best Western brand more now that they've made a courageous stand against the NRA, and by extension against gun violence.

Amazing staff at check in and at check the it! Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated… internet worked quickly. Perfect stay!

Stayed for a week mid December and have to say this is one of the best Inns I've stayed in. Beautiful huge room, clean, attentive staff, and couldn't have asked for better. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.

Our business in Vernon required us to arrive well before normal check-in times. The staff accommodated us without question and upgraded our room in order to be able to facilitate our time frame. They did this without any additional cost to us and without making any fuss about doing so. We were very pleased and grateful for this kind of exceptional service.

We were temporarily homeless waiting to move into our new house and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our little dog. It was the nicest "pet friendly" room we have ever had, located on the ground floor at the end of the corridor and near an exit so easy to take the little guy out. Unlike some places, there were no signs of previous canine occupants and the furniture was in excellent condition. I expect that in a newer hotel but it isn't always the case. The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was very convenient. Rather than use the available room service, because of the dog, we got dinner "to go" at the Ricky's restaurant. They were very accommodating and the food was good. I recommend the California Salad! We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to fiends.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was hell. Forget about getting a good nights sleep here as this hotel is located facing an extremely busy road exiting hwy 97. If you enjoy cars and loud souped up trucks with exhausts blasting by your window a few feet away from the road at 4am, this place is for you. Hotel management was kind enough to give us a room the next day on the opposite side of the hotel next to a loudly humming and vibrating vending/ice machine and commercial fridge. Two nights of terrible sleep. Rooms were dirty, refreshments near the elevators were not fresh, internet was extremely slow and the hotel management didn't seem to care one bit about guest comfort. Overall this hotel falls far short of what it should be for a 3 star hotel.

We checked in and had perishable food which we had stored on previous night in the hotel fridge. However, the fridge in our room did not work. Fortunately, we had a caring gentleman named Robert who was working at the front desk who came to our aid by contacting Ricky's Restaurant in the hotel and had them store our food. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Vernon.

Great staff. Nice and friendly. Rooms were clean. Their fitness center was much nicer than most other hotel fitness centers I have visited. Plenty of safe parking.

Stayed in 307 next to the housekeeping room! Was a lovely room, nice and clean to check into ready for a night at the casino! Went for a bath and I could smell cigarette smoke as if it were coming through walls, I even called my mum in to smell it too. I assumed maybe there was a smoking room above us (unaware it's a non smoking building) so I didn't think anything of it and carried on getting ready for my night out! I smoke so it didn't bother me too much! I went to the smoking bay outside Ricky's whilst I waited for my mum to do her hair ready to go out which will be on cctv around 9.15 Ish (Wish I had have said something now about the smell) the hotel was fully booked so I had to share a king size bed with my mum! We were out until 2am then went straight to sleep woke for 10 got dressed and went to Ricky's for breakfast!
Now we find out the hotel had charged $200 to my mum/dads credit card because they have accused me of smoking in the room! My mum is a non smoker so I would never do that and 2 it would be against the law for me to smoke in a non smoking room. To be accused and charged for something I havn't done is beyond disgusting.

The best deal in Vernon. Nice new surroundings. Stay there every time in Vernon.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had over the past few years. Anyone planning on staying in the Vernon area will find the BW Pacific Inn welcoming, comfortable and quite reasonably priced (relative to other places in Vernon). In most cases, a hotel room is a hotel room, but there were no problems with the room here at all, and the staff were astoundingly good. We will make a point of staying here on future visits to the area.

Checkout is supposed to be 11 am. My family and I got there around 11:30 am. We were told the other people were not checked out yet. We were told to come back around 3. We then showed up at the hotel at 4:30. We were allowed to check in and we went to the room. There were 4 maids standing out in the hall. One of them asked which room are you checking into? We told them which room and she said they hadn't cleaned that room yet. We checked and they had not. As we were moving our stuff into the room they were cleaning around us. The kitchen wasn't stacked properly with cooking utensils. Can't watch TV in the bedroom (doesn't work properly). You ask for a plunger and toilet paper and it takes them 20 min to bring it. This also happened to us in August as well. We feel that we should've at least got a discount on our room. We normally stay in the best western in Osoyoos and we never have any issues. We chose best western in Vernon because we had no issues in Best Western Osoyoos. We will NOT be coming back.

Located on the edge of town, this hotel is easy to get to coming off 97, but you need to look for either "Pacific Inn" on the building or the Holiday Inn sign which shares the parking lot. We stayed in the double queen room and it was comfy, although we noticed housekeeping could use a bit more attention as we found a coffee cup behind the chair, hair clogging the sink, and a broken tub drain that made it hard to shower without soaking it a tub of shower water. There is no pool or continental breakfast, although it is attached to a Ricky's Grill, so this is an excellent no-frills overnight stay with a price that reflects this.

Every time my family and I visit BC, we always stay at this hotel. There has never been a disappointment. I would especially like to say a huge Thank You to Rachel on front desk during our stay on 30 June, 2016. She provided excellent customer service and went out of her way to help us. I will be staying with Pacific Inn, Vernon again and again!

Pretty good hotel at a good rate and very close to fun things to do like casino, Wings Restaurant and Match Eatery in the casino. Bed was comfortable and TV was half decent too. A good sized room and not an arm and a leg in price. Noise out in hall pretty distracting though in the morning but that is just inconsiderate guests for you. Check out lady needs a lesson in smiling, being friendly! Our check in young lady was super nice, maybe she can teach the older grump one! Stayed here New Yrs Eve, 2015/2016.

The only place i'll stay in while I travel through Vernon. Why? It's just a delightful hotel to stay in. The rooms are cozy and have the standard amenities, plus an additional mini fridge and microwave! The rates are amazing and the staff are more than welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel because it is new. It was not very busy when we stayed there so the stay was quite nice. UNTIL I realized I had left some clothing in the closet when I checked out. I realized I had done that about a week after my stay when I returned home to Vancouver. I found it odd that I did not get a call from the hotel staff when they found my clothes. So I called them. They advised me they could not find the clothes but would call me back after looking around. I got that same respond after all FOUR times that I called. I would ask for a Manager each time and they would say there was none on shift when I called. Finally I did get a girl who said she found the clothes and had them in her hand. I know she did as she is the one who described the clothes to me. I told her to hang on to them as my son was visiting Vernon again in a few weeks and would pick them up. When he arrived they could not find the clothes. I called AGAIN twice both times being told they checked everywhere and could not find anything under my name. REALLY? I find this inexcusable. I know it was me who left them in error but shouldn't it be up to them to try to return them to me. Poor poor service, bad staff and shame on the Management for not following through with this. Hotel good location, nice and clean but don't expect anything extra.

Very new hotel, at this point not on Tripadvisor. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which still had the "new hotel smell" and was very very clean. Has a full kitchen suite with a separate bedroom which worked our well for our young kids. The price was very nominal and I'd stay here again. The only feedback I have is this must be a wood constructed building as we can hear the people above us walking around. Not something I would expect and is a bit disappointing, the reason for not giving 5 stars.
