Wasnt able to get myself to spend the night here, I just checked out under and hour ago. The room itself was nice, but the linens and bedding were not changed from prior guests staying. Immediate turn off, I nearly threw up in my mouth. There were brown, pink, and black stains on the pillow cases, sheets, and duvet. Disgusting! I informed the male at the front desk that this was my reason for checking out early tonight and he said that they could provide me with another room, but I refused after my first experience. I wasnt offered a refund or partial refund for the experience. Wish I had taken pictures to post here, but I immediately packed my belongings up and checked out after seeing the numerous stains on the bedding.

Service staff at the desk are phenomenal I haven't found a more accommodating, more friendly, more professional group of folks even at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Their is a nice pub next door to grab a drink or a snack and a Timmy's right next door as well! I would give them a 5 star but for the following. Parking is full aloft of the time and the lanes are very narrow. Also the last time I had a stay booked here and had to cancel they hit me for a one night stay anyway and told me, that's our policy. I would expect that they would give a diamond member, who has stayed in their hotel as many times as I have, a little leeway… $150 isn't pocket change…

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was as described. The service was very good. I would stay again.

The location isn't good if you would like to eat near by but there is a pool and athletic center across the parking lot. The breakfast could use a bit more variety in fresh fruit and more polite staff. Otherwise everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, with a selection of pillows, and a mini fridge.

Single use plastic and EVERYTHING else disposable FAIL. Your crappy plastic cups, everything in plastic coffee, plastic cutlery paper cups and plates couldn't be more tacky or disrespectful to the place we live that doesn't need this kind of waste. Pull up your socks, give us a better experience, and be a responsible community member. … Won't be back.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took a personal interest in you to make sure your stay was a good one. I'd definitely come back if I needed to stay close to the Surrey Memorial Hospital again.

Amazing customer service… great gym across lot and great pub also.

2 queen size beds with plenty of pillows. Beds were amazing. Very clean. Towels were very soft. Breakfast was standard continental fare but staff were exceptionally helpful. The hotel has a nice little park beside it that is nice for animals. We arrived 3 hours before check in time and they had nothing available. However they called us an hour later and told us our room was ready. No fuss about us being early. No extra charge for early check in. I strongly recommend this place for a good night sleep.

Booked the hotel for my parents ahead of their arrival. They have BCAA/AAA rates available. Continental style breakfast included with the room. Easy walking distance to timhortons and a bar. Rooms are large and clean, check-in was easy and prompt.

Great hotel with excellent hospitality. Iv used this hotel a few times now and have really enjoyed my stay every time… and would 100% recommend if your planning for a stay in the surrey/Langley area.

I want to take a little time out to appreciate an excellent gesture by Jessica at Comfort inn, Surrey BC today morning. I was here for an interview not as their customer but she still went above and beyond to help me out. I can already tell how good the customers must be treated here. I stayed in this nice place about 5 years back and I still crave for the excellent service, accommodating staff and awesome time I had here with my family. My grandson And me, both enjoyed a lot in the REC Centre just across the parking. Excellent place for family stay. May be we will be back next year!

Stopped in at the Baselines pub this morning for breakfast as I was leaving I used the Exit from the hotel to go into the rec center parking lot, while I was attempting to pull out a white Mercedes SUV was coming in as I was exiting. Now I know it's a drive way but the arrows on the drive way pointed as it was an exit only. The gentlemen driving in the Exit only rolled his window down and mine was already opened. He started to yell at me telling me it's a drive way I replied back saying it's exit only, he then said "I don't care I am the owner I can do what I want. F*ck you a**hole" I then said "F*ck off" and went about our way. I have never stayed at this hotel and I never will after this experience. If that is how the supposed owner reacts to possible customers or anyone in general is not acceptable. I will let everyone I know of this incident.

Desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very clean and the rooms are all up to date. The food at the breakfast buffet is certainly nothing to get excited about… but it is free, so you can't really complain. The coffee was actually very good.

Spent a lot (a lot) of money for a kick ass room. King bed, fireplace, jacuzzi tub. I feel like a king. Then, swimming across the parking lot on the cheap! It's like I died and went to hell, but they realized it wasn't my time so I was sent back to a kick ass room in a modest hotel to sin some more.

I have stayed here three different times, 10-14 day stays and think it is a great hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful whenever needed. They don't judge when you grab $10 worth of snacks from their little store and charge to the room. The rooms were great and some of them had two tv's. The beds are comfortable as well as pillows and sheets seem very clean. The cleaning staff went above and beyond as my room was spotless every night. I also peeked in on them cleaning rooms while walking through and they had all the furniture pulled out from the wall and were cleaning all the unseen places. Good location with a rec center Tim Hortons and a pub 30 seconds away.

Was an excellent one night stay. Rooms were quiet, spacious and very clean, front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the morning had everything you could need to get your day going and was well stocked. Will definitely be returning.

So far very good and clean place to spend time with my God to pray and meditate while I prepare for tuesday and the battles ahead. I thank my family for their massive generosity in providing a place for me to be at peace. The hotel is exceptional. Only thing I didn't like about it is that the hotel required a 250.00 deposit that my sister and mother had to come down in person after they both had gone down for the night at home, to present her identity card with credit card yet was able yo book everything online. Other than that weird and undelightful event, the place is 5 stars.

Without a doubt it's the best hotel in Vancouver suburb and Surrey area. Professionally trained welcome staff, squeaky clean rooms, 24 hour fitness facility and fresh hot breakfast. Work and play all day with 24 hour business center and a highly rated bar/pub on premises with daily drink specials. You'll never want to leave.

Housekeeping crew were very friendly. Lobby staff not as friendly. We went to attend a baby shower. When we went in, we went straight to the counter and told them we were there for a baby shower. Front desk staff responded. "Well I dont know which one it is cause we have 2 going on at the same time" and just stood there. Maybe they could have said that there were 2 and ask which one we the the guest of. She just didn't look very interested in helping us. But house keeping ladies were very friendly and even interacted with our kids.

Great place to stay in Surrey. Very affordable rates clean rooms and breakfast included. The usual scrambled eggs cereals toast bagels muffins yogurt and such. Close to America good places to eat as well all within 1 km.

Had a great comfortable stay the staff was great helped us quickly with the air and a broken TV remote. Right now I'm giving a four rating because my card was over charged, the damage deposit has been taken out of my account and not replace. I asked about this and was told it was just on hold but no. The breakfast was great! Hot and plenty for everyone, I just hope my money is put back into my account soon.

Clean, current and cozy. We enjoyed our stay here and would come again. The AC unit was noisy at times but worked well. Great staff and marvelous atmosphere. Basic breakfast. So glad we booked this motel!

Huge place. Well maintained. Better-than-average breakfast. On the web under "Hotel Details" I read, "This modern hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Surrey Sport and Leisure Centre (free passes provided) ". This is only partly true. The hotel *is* just across a parking lot from the Leisure Center, but passes are $3. Nevertheless, $3 is trivial for access to such a great sports facility. It has a 50 m (LCM) swimming pool that they can break into tow 25 m (SCM) pools, plus a lesson pool, plus a large play pool, plus a huge hot tub, and that's just the swimming facility.

Typical Comfort Inn… It was clean and service was great.

DO NOT STAY! Please reconsider before staying at any Choice Hotels, including quality inns. Checked in and immediately found a condom rapper left in the room, by morning the toilet wouldnt flush and was broken.

We used the Fraser Meeting Room, serving for our weekend retreat just recently. One of our fellows kindly asked at the reception, to be specific for a corkscrew wine bottle opener as we need it for our Saturday fellowship night.
The staff in the reception just told him instead to ask for it in the pub beside the facility. silly, unacceptable!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was fantastic! Although the sofa bed I slept on was not great as most sofa beds are, the staff were quick to provide me with an extra pillow and blanket to help with the comfort. The breakfast was kept stocked despite having a completely full hotel. Being on a dead end road helped keep noise levels very low so that we could have the window open all the time. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Surrey.

Room was clean and spacious. However the air conditioning did not work making for a hot nights sleep. Two of the electric outlets did not work which meant we had to find an outlet to make Coffee. And a dresser drawer would not stay closed which caused a safety issue at night in the dark. We were given a $10 dollar discount, but I would have expected 25-50%.

Lost reservation so waited a long time for room. Lots of noise heard all night long. Staff was very friendly and it was very convenient for what we were doing at the sports and leisure center.

Well the hotel itself is nice but the staff are ridiculous and there is no limit to the stupidity they possess they make no effort to accommodate the guests the hot breakfast would be better served out of a dumpster blah gross water eggs the only thing I liked was my room but did not feel safe with abundance of police in and out obviously there is a lot of trouble in or around hotel I know it sounds like I just am bitter over a bad stay but if you would like to challenge my comments feel free to stay at this hotel and find out for yourself horrible stay will never stay at a comfort inn again especially this one and just for the record I stayed here for 3 days so it was not just a bad night it was a very nice hotel with horrible ambiance and worse staff.

The only reason I gave it 5 out of 5 is because this is the cleanest place out of all the hotels across Vancouver. We came out of town and we stayed here for days after extensively looking for other better and cleaner hotels. So if you're looking for the best hotel with the most descent price this is the only place. Take my word for it and don't bother looking anywhere else. This place is clean enough. Not the best hotel I've been to but the best in this city and the surrounding area with the price point ratio.

Came here for a seminar. Food was good. Staff was pleasant.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, all at a reasonable price. We'll decorated and spacious rooms, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Pet friendly. Desk staff very pleasant and professional. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and filling. I don't come to this part of the country very often, but will definitely room with this chain in the future.

Great hotel with a good location.

We stayed at this location during our vacation and it was fine until the blackout happened. We didnt have any light in our rooms. Not even one emergency light so that we could see where we going. They only had light in the hallways and the main floor. Thank god for our cell phones. We had 5 families stay for few days and we had small kids with us. As you can imagine how hard that would be. We had to charge our phones in the lobby and iron our clothes in the gym area. We had to take cold showers for 3 days. They would not even extend the breakfast time at all not even 10 mins since there was nothing else opened we wanted to make sure our kids ate good breakfast. There was really nothing but cold beverages and cereal for breakfast for all the days the power was out. The owner did not even show up once to at least see how is customers are dealing with this situation. They would not even give us a discount for all the inconvenience. We asked them to call the owner but they told us they cannot get a hold of them but I dont think they were calling them at all. I dont know any business where you cannot get a hold of the owner incase of an emergency. I would never stay at this location again.

I was afraid to stay in pet friendly hotel because they are usually dumps. This place was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was great! Will absolutely stay here the next time I go to Surrey.

Hated the staff. But I gave them shit before leaving.

They need to put more cameras outside looking towards baselines. To help prevent trouble happening. Like people getting hurt or vehicles stolen.

This is absolutely a one of a kind hotel that offers a great atmosphere with exclusive friendly staff. I have stayed here several times my most business and family travels. The place is simply right if you're looking for comfortable, very clean place to stay, the staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast is great, it is quite, it close to restaurants and everything you need, including malls. Great place, keep it up :).
