Stayed for 3 days on a fishing trip (Great River Fishing Adventures). This hotel is awesome. Very clean with great amenities. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast bowels. Live music on the lounge.

Night staff was polite, pleasant and helpful. Morning staff could learn from them. All though they don't have any decaf beverages they did have a nice lemon water to drink. Their restaurant needs a much larger selection of foods. It is a minimalistic menu so we needed to go out to eat. Wasn't happy hunting for a restaurant in a strange town after just getting out of the car after a very long and stressful drive. The room was clean but had no books or magazines on resturants, maps, places to see.

Nice actually. Rooms are spacious. Restaurant has great dinner. Will see how the breakfasts goes in the morning.

THE hotel in Chilliwack. Organised, efficient, clean, professional — set in pretty grounds. Everything you would expect from a decent hotel. Also friendly and pleasant. Nice swimming pool and whirlpool. Plenty of parking. Prestons do a decent breakfast for good value for money. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay. The rooms are very comfortable as well. The area has quite a few amenities like a library and some restaurants.

The hotel is very conscious of the environment and are striving to do their part. They suggest during check in to forgo up to 3 days of house keeping. They provide you with soap, shampoo a d conditioner that have no bad chemicals and still do their individual respective jobs. The doors could use some painting or just switching them out though. The carpets in the room are very retro, so you may like it depending on your taste. The pond and waterfall behind the hotel makes for a beautiful view and great space for walking, and just a chill time. The pool also looks out to the pond, which makes it even a better view as you take breaks in between your laps. The staff is great, very helpful and we t the extra mile for me while I was staying here. I wish both elevators took you down to the pool/gym floor. Only one of them has the rear door for the 2nd floor, so no gym/pool if you get into the wrong one.

Quite a nice hotel, rather new and friendly staff, rooms are spacious. Have stayed previously at the Coast Hotel in Kamloops first I'm Chilliwack. EV charger out front (level 2 and Tesla). Would recommend the hotel if needing a place to stay in Chilliwack or if like other Coast hotels great place to hold a convention.

Very decent price for the atmosphere they offer here. I booked a king size bed and surprisingly it was so comfy. The room we lived in had a pretty decent view of the surrounding area. Room is very clean and ac works very well.

My son had taken me for mothers day brunch. I would NOT recommended dining there. It had taken awhile to get a seat and when we finally did get a seat we waited along time just for them to serve us a drink. We were sitting for already a half hour with no one taking our order. I could understand if the restaurant was busy or a lack of servers, clearly with minimal people taking there moms out, there was more than enough staff to take our order. We eventually left and went to eat else where for mothers day. First time being there and it will be my last. I will be sure not to recommend this dining experience to anyone.

Was there for a buffet style get together in the ballroom (salon), food was excellent, serving staff was very efficient busing tables and serving beverages. A very clean atmosphere, both in the salon, as well as the other common areas on the first floor. Prestons is a great restaurant, which I've attended in the past, with a romantic atmosphere. The dishes aren't huge portions, but the flavour is impeccable. Wait staff asks the right questions at the right time and didn't make any mistakes, or cause me any discomfort during my outing. I highly recommend anyone interested in trying a delicious meal in a fantastic place, to go to Prestons. Also, if u need a room, you should wait till one or two days before your stay to check on the discount hotel room sites. The Coast will let their remaining rooms go at a discounted price. That means all the quality of an expensive room for a portion of the price.

Overall great hotel We've stayed here 3-4 times over the past couple years. Excellent every time. Quiet stay with spacious pool/hot tub/fitness area. Someone had mentioned its in a bad location? It doesnt get any more central and convenient for Chilliwack than the Coast. Also very competetive pricing and very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant off the lobby is great also.

Rooms are great, spacious and clean. Pool area is clean and hot tub nice and hot. The fitness room is well equipped and organized. Hot breakfast was well stocked and delicious. It is located across the street from grocery store, Starbucks, Subway, and other places for food.

The hotel is a newly renovated lobby that looks modern and fantastic. The rooms are simple. But clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The only problem and this has nothing to do with the hotel, is that the area around the hotel has a lot of sketchy and shady looking individuals. Debra at Preston's restaurant was fantastic!

Not a bad place the restaurant they have in there is really good to not actually even the kinda food I normally like but I still did the staff were pretty good to didn't make us wait on much always had a refill on my drink without asking.

We chose this hotel because they were pet friendly. Happy to say we had no issues at all and the staff were very comfortable with our very large dog staying with us. Nice visit.

Very nice two night stay. Fast, efficient reception, room was very clean, simple but nicely decorated. Great view of Mountains from our 6th floor window. Dined in in-house restaurant, Prestons, two evenings. Various selections from recently new menu were well presented and tasty. Although we didn’t use it, the indoor pool looked clean and tempting. Will stay at this and other Choice Hotels in future when convenient.

Clean and welcoming environment. Cozy atmosphere with friendly reception staff — even the cleaning lady was very friendly and it was obvious she took pride in her position. Nice to see! I don't usually pay that much to stay in a hotel but considering the other options in Chilliwack, I'm happy that we did.

Check your bank account, 2 weeks after my visit and they still have a hold on my credit card, phone calls and left messages with their accounts department and not a single return call of courtesy to let me know what is going on. I understand this is common practice to take a CC hold, but normally they are released within one or two days, and certainly a large chain hotel group could spare a 2 min conversation to keep me informed, I doubt very much I will ever return to this hotel, my review is purely based on the lack of communication.

Lounge is a nice place to be. Really good food, good ambience. Service is good rooms are very nice. Central to where I need to be when I'm in chilliwack.

I stopped here in June 2017. On holiday from the UK. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food is good. Room was clean. Had a good night's sleep.

Wonderful friendly staff, always made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were a bit firm for our liking but the views were gorgeous and the room was very clean. Will return again.

Large rooms, comfy beds, actual usable pillows for sleeping, nice pond side views with colourful fountain. Restaurant was ambient and modern, the Korean burger excellent, nice pool and hot tub! Mall was within walking distance and museum and archives, caught a Christmas concert free at museum.

Was at a fundraising breakfast and it was really well attended. The room was nicely setup for the holiday season but I have to say the food was disappointing to say the least. The staff were friendly and helpful and attentive to the tables.

Very delicious food made from scratch in their kitchen. Polite staff and very clean room. Loved my stay. Can't wait to return.

We called and reserved a pack 'n play for our stay so we didn't have to carry one with us. When we arrived they informed us that they didn't have one and that they give them out first come first serve. I told them I would have brought one had I been told that there may not be one available. Our baby had to sleep on the floor in the corner of the room between side tables for the first night. They managed to get a pack 'n play for the second night, so I do appreciate that, but I caution anyone who is promised a pack 'n play that they may not have one for you when you arrive.

Nice central location. Lots of services available nearby. Rooms are quite nice — well furnished and reasonably modern looking. Everything was very clean as well. Definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel, clean room. Not a good location in general, but suited our needs. Service was not the best. Reserved equipment was not available as it had been given to other guests. Staff seemed condensing as he explained they couldn't give it to a party member as it had been given to another guest. You would think a hotel would have a better grasp on reservations.

The food was good. The server was excellent. Coast Hotel was a great host for a staff party =)

Downtown location is fine, not much city noise at all. Rooms are well appointed, beds quite comfortable. Restaurant on site is usually quite good. No complaints!

Great hotel. Amazing prices, and easy to find deals online. Was cozy and very clean. The reception was very welcoming and pleasant. I would 100% visit again. And an added bonus of a hot tub with jets.

A modern and clean hotel! Plenty of parking, even has a couple of charging stations for electric vehicles. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with all of the modern fixings. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is not only clean, but there has been thought put into the layout of it. The only complaint I have is the room door does not open smoothly.

Sink was dirty. AC was loud. Bed sloped. Price jumped $15 from one week to the next. The value is no longer there.

Nice rooms, a little pricey. Very convenient location but a lot of sketchy people around the neighborhood. Feels very slightly unsafe if you're walking around by yourself.

This place is a nice place and everyone should at least check it out once. There's a ducks, geese in the little water park, it's just all around nice view and ppl.

I attended the Coast Hotel for a memorial service. The catering was excellent and service was great. It's a beautiful hotel.

Was there for a family gathering/celebration of life. Had a few drinks at the bar. Drinks were great and staff was amazing.

The food was fantastic. They have a very small selection, but of what was there, it tasted great.

Location is central. Rooms are upscale, although the fridge should have a freezer really. Nice view, at least from my room.

Not too bad, we were there the last 2 nights, clean, nice view, staff weren't warm and friendly, they gave us a connected room, next door people had a dog who was barking all night the first night (Its a pet friendly hotel) when we checked out we complained nicely about what happen, they shouldn't give us a connected room with people having a pet, the reception staff said in a mean way oh I am sorry, she didn't offer a discount! I don't feel that I will go back to this hotel again.

When I entered the hotel I was greeted by friendly, courteous staff and an inviting atmosphere with a lobby that is tastefully decorated. I stayed for lunch at Preston's and had the Cultus Lake Corned Beef Sandwich layered with fried onions and just the right amount of dijon mustard. What a savory meal! One of the best corned beef sandwiches I've had west of Montreal! Service was impeccable and the view of the water and park made for a perfect lunch.

No elevators at all at one point and the only way to access the pool even when the elevators work is via two flights of stairs. Room was clean and nice not the best neighbourhood.

We enjoyed ourselves very much at the Coast Chilliwack on Saturday. The young man at the front desk was so nice and so professional. The kids loved the pool. And the waitresses in Prestons were really nice. (Awesome breakfast brunch). We are definitely going back.

The breakfast at this place was HORRIBLE. The meat, sausage and bacon tasted like they had been reheated and reused from a previous day. The sausage was not brown but barely cooked through and white still and the flavour was odd. The bacon was not crispy but not undercooked either, just really oily as if it had bathed in oil to be reheated in an oven. Really horrible. The eggs don't seem to be real, more like those powdered eggs. The grapefruit juice isn't juice, it is grapefruit drink so it is a sugar drink. I took one bite of each item and that was it. Don't eat the cooked breakfast there.

I'm disgusted at the price that was charged for the catering services provided at the Coast hotel in Chilliwack BC, We were staying in the hotel as my girlfriends family was there to take care of their ill father in the local hospital, After he passed away because of the fact many of the family members including ourselves were staying there we thought it would be best to hold his Celebration of life service in there banquet facility. We had no idea how many would be attending so we settled with a number of 75 to be safe, They reduced the rate of the hall as more relatives were coming from out of town to stay there as well. The hall was $350 for the use of 4 hrs the catering would be priced at $2600+ for Coffee/ Tea, juice and finger foods, I now wished I would of taken a picture of the food provided and the servers that were to look over us. 1 tray of sandwiches, 1 tray of veggies and dip, 1 tray of 72 small samosas and 72 meatballs and 1 tray of fresh fruit. That's it and that's all for $2600+ well I'm know Einstein but there is no way that would amount to $2600 unless it was flown in from France or something, I feel they took advantage of a very caring family during a sad chapter in their life at the loss of their Father.

Amazing views of the mountains, great service, clean and comfy rooms. Preston's lounge has exquisite food and service is always awesome. Highly recommended for a stay and or dining experience.

We stayed there over night, and had dinner at Preston's on the main floor. Our room was fantastic! Dinner and drinks were awesome, too. Service in the hotel and in the restaurant and Lounge was superb! We've been back a few times.

Recently stayed a weekend for a getaway. I give good reviews for great service, beautiful pond view, cleanliness and a comfy bed. But the Coast loses points for room amenities. I had booked a King room and was disappointed that the King Superior has the same bathtub as any regular room. Which is on the small size. So If you are planning a romantic type couple getaway. This bathtub is not for you. I was also unimpressed that for the price we paid, there was not even a fridge to keep drinks in! Oh. And don't even get me started about the "whirlpool". I thought ok no soaker tub lets go to the pool. The alleged whirlpool was a cool lukewarm and the jets had poor power. I've seen better at a aquatic center. It was a waste of time and we finally left because I was freezing. Also we got given a room that was an adjoining type. And could hear the ppl next door LOUD. Wont have that again. But if you are looking for a great restaurant most definitely check out "Shandahar hut Indian Cuisine". Soooo delish.
