Great Cantina. The bartender Van provided a nice recommendation for supper and local beer. Both recommendations were outstandingly. Great service at check in and in the Cantina. Very nice, clean comfortable room.

The hotel is very easy to find and our room has a great view of the mountains and the city. The room was very comfortable and quiet, even on a busy weekend. The entire hotel is very nice and has friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has been recently renovated and is looking great. Rooms are nice and clean, modern. Lobby and interior looks great. Great location in Radium, very central to the "downtown" strip. Service was very acceptable. Overall, a great experience.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The check in process was really quick, great customer service. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable. The pool is great! I really recommend BW Prestige Hotel.

While the appearance of the hotel is good, some items really need work as they're way overpriced for the service. While everything was clean, the air conditioner in the room's plastic case was rattling apart and making a heck of a racket when the compressor was on. The black out blinds didn't close properly in the middle (did unhook one side end so that we could fix this situation). The water pressure in the shower is purposefully nearly non-existent. Paid $30 in extra charges for a pet friendly room that was supposed to come with amenities such as a dog bed, a bowl, poop bags, etc. Not one of these amenities were provided, and fortunately the hotel refunded $10 of that charge back $20 on top of their rate for a very well behaved pet still seems a little steep. Went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and the food was of decent quality and portion. Unfortunately the coffee was like sock water, the orange juice was bitter (cheap, poor quality), and they charge premium prices for these awful beverages.

Place is under construction, therefore not all is looking good or usable like swimming pool. Carpet they installed must be most ugly one hotel could find. Room 324 was OK, however there were some issues, very mouldy and therefore smelly shower curtain (was replaced). Issue with door to the room hitting at the bottom on floor tile and getting stuck. Cleanliness could be better. Design of the layout of the room with king side room is questionable as for example TV is in middle of the room not in front of the bed or sofa bed. Room faced roadway used by logging trucks, could be sometimes noisy. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is near all restaurants, shops and gas station. Park is just across street. Hotel was very accommodating for my e-bikes and they did let me store them in their storage area. Note: Hotels in general should have bike/ski room for guests a specially in sport oriented tourist area.

Compared to other Best Western locations this one is older and under renovation. So some of this could be forgiven. For the price though it is not up to par compared to other locations. Also on the web I found images which didn't match the actual location. Maybe thats what they are aspiring to be or renderings from others but still a bit deceptive. Also no complimentary breakfast at this location. Value for the money not there yet.

Room was newly renovated and nicely done. Lobby and hallway was work in progress and will be great. Staff was very professional and efficient.

Hotel convenient location with a view. Just about finished with renovations. Staff friendly & accommodating. Rooms comfy & clean. Give the restaurant a miss as there are MANY better places to eat. Loved the Spa in the hotel.

Friendly, affordable and hot tub with pool. This place was perfect for our trip to Panorama Ski Resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to see they were doing some major renovations to upgrade the rooms. Bonus * there are were 5 Bighorn Sheep that were noshing on a bush across the highway from the hotel every morning on our way to the mountain.

Renovations are just finishing up (as of March 4, 2018) and the hotel rooms are looking good. Swanky looking bathroom. Gorgeous view of the mountains in the restaurant — I admit I didnt even check the view from my room (short stay and it was after dark).

I stay here often with friends. The fact that there are ongoing renovations is an indication that the property managers are on top of things. Rooms are clean, layout is nice, restaurant and lounge are good, hot tub and pool are well maintained, staff are very friendly. Soundproofing between rooms is adequate and filters out all but the most obnoxious neighbours. If you're a light sleeper, choose the south side rooms unless you really like to hear logging trucks roll by, but if there a lot of big rigs in the parking lot whose owners let them idle for hours in the early morning, it wont matter much, so you might as well enjoy the views to the north.

Had better stays at this location. Right at the crossroads of major highways and a short distance to the Radium Hot Springs. Room thermostat was set at 12 C and it took more than 3 hours to get the temperature up to 21 C. Restaurant ran out of milk at 08:15 in the morning. Better planning required. Customer experience can and should be improved.

If you choose this hotel you will not be wrong. Initially, we booked motel for 4 nights, but we didn't expect how cold in the motel in winter even with highest temperature set. After first extremely cold night when we had to sleep with blanket over our heads we decided to move to Best Western. The room was above our expectations, fully renovated and perfectly cleaned, and of course, warm. The price for room was the same as in the motel but quality was incomparable. Pool and hot tub of Best Western helped us to relax completely. Nice, beatifully decorated restaurant spoiled us with sophisticated, delicious food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, especially in the winter season!

Friendly staff excellent reservation. There was a lovely little cafe attached to the place that served great pub-style food at a great price. The place is close to the hot springs being only a five minute drive away up the hill. The hotel is clean and comfortable and was more than willing to accommodate my disabled mother.

Clean big room, great service. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful. They are currently doing renovations but it did not interfere with our stay. The restaurant had very good food, very friendly server, and a nice atmosphere. The pub also had good food and drinks and prompt service. A great stay.

Clean and new. There were a couple stains on the couch. Pillow and mattress were too firm for my liking. Location it's very central which makes it easy to get around without a car. Overall not too bad of a place for what you pay.

Good stay overall, rooms don't have microwaves. Doesn't have a free breakfast in the morning, you have to pay at the restaurant provided. Nice to have a lounge in the evening to have a drink and not worry about leaving the building. Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, check out staff did not ask how our stay was, just said " okay your good to go! " or let me know what was happening with the hold they took on my credit card.

Great room, looks brand new. Clean and comfortable. There was some construction underway to repave the arrival area. But that should be done by now, I will certainly stay there again IF Best Western removes the Visa charge of $325 that was placed to my account on Oct. 4/17. My final bill was $306 and change which is the correct amount.

My family and I stayed here overnight after a day at the hot springs. The front desk was extremely helpful, as we were early for check in, by accommodating our situation. Rooms were all clean and all amenities were functional. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Great rooms, service. Beds are really large and comfortable. Rates were fair. Small detractors were no free breakfast of any kind and oddly cold hallways all over hotel. Restaurant in hotel is average however if you opt out of room cleaning during your stay the daily 10 dollars off and 15 percent off coupons you get to use up to twice a day make it much more palatable. Would recommend for sure.

Room was comfortable and large. Service was friendly. Good location for exploring the area. Didn't visit the restaurant on site for breakfast or dinner since breakfast wasn't included we just drove to a cafe in Invermere (10 mins away) instead. Room furnishings felt a bit dated. It's possible they are fairly new but the decor just has an older feel. The carpet could stand to be replaced as it was pretty stained in places which didn't make a great first impression upon entering the room. The important things were positive though: the room was clean and comfortable. We slept well and didn't hear neighbours too much.

After talking to their customer service a refund was sent to my credit card. Top notch understanding. Thank you! I did not stay here, cancelled online 2 weeks ago but was charged. Customer service could not help me. My phone cannot call a Canadian phone number. Very unhappy.

Nice, very clean hotel with a great ground staff. My only concern was that while booking online there was a huge sign on the add stating "breakfast included", when in the email received there was a note that breakfast is included for additional fee. I also had to ask cleaning staff to provide us with fresh towels and they did not vacum our room. Front desk staff was very well behaved and respectful — they should get 5 stars. Location was perfect — on the main road and near all amenities.

Pet friendly room was dirty (stained carpets, hairs on the floor in the bathroom, dirty fridge, very dusty, candy wrapper and hair tie found on floor) so we asked for a new room-viewed 2 other rooms that were equally stained and dirty. Food in the restaurant is absolutely overpriced. Sent my meal (steak) back and the waitress argued with me about replacing it, so I just declined and saved myself an overpriced meal. I won't even consider them for breakfast! Washrooms in the restaurant were also dirty and without supplies. Very disappointed as other Best Westerns on this holiday have been exceptional.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but the staff… our waitress for breakfast in the restaurant was very rude and even rolled her eyes at my mom.
The front desk offered us a $10 coupon for the restaurant if we didn't want our room cleaned. We accepted the offer but needed 2 more towels which they would not give us because we took the coupon, which they wouldn't allow us to use with 2 separate bills.
Also Sunday morning at 8:30a. M, cleaning staff came barging in my room while I was still sleeping!

Big rooms. Cleanliness not so great for the money you pay. Dusting — light bases, picture frames; edge by baseboards not vacuum; Tub not rinsed after cleaning still white film in. Missing pillow protectors. Restaurant staff and service very good the night of July 2. Good filling food. Where are the pop machines?

Best room to that price! Also nice pool at the under ground! All staff is awesome. Location is very close to the hot spring pool. Highly recommended.

I am frequently using BW for my family trip. Certainly there are many nicer hotel around but BW is the best for the price on the similar quality hotels.

Great service, good hotel. Clean but it is to note that dogs are allowed. Get the voucher for breakfast if not it's going to end up an expensive one.

Booked with Expedia. Everything was great. My only advice would be to request a room on the other side of the hotel. The side we were on was along the side road, which was used all night by transport trucks about 10 get away. Got woken up at least 4 or 5 times throughout the night by loud trucks on the road. Not the fault of the hotel, just some advice for those looking to stay here. Second, the Italian restaurant attached is terrible. Absolutely would not recommend. Super over priced, and food quality was atrocious. Do yourself a favour and visit one of the many other restaurants nearby. Hotel is right in the middle of town and has great access to everything. Staff was friendly, and the hotel and room were really clean.

Nice clean new hotel. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Only draw back is there was no sauna.

Rooms were very spacious and washroom was clean. Front desk could have been better at informing us about breakfast options. $8 breakfast buffet was better than going to Timmie's. Be sure to ask for the eggs Benedict and toast that's included in the breakfast buffet (just ask for it).

Good hotel, good check-in/check-out. Only a little downtown and the minus in the BW Douches.

The hotel was great! We got a luxury suite for about $200 and it was worth every penny. Good get away for a couple.

Decided to spend some money to get a nice hotel room after a stressful week stay in banff. Big mistake. Although the room itself was excellent, the poor handling of disruptive guest on our floor was appalling. There was screaming down the hall and a group of children running up and down the hall until about midnight. My fiance went to the front desk in the hopes of having it taken care of. The minute the staff member left the hall it started again. I went to the desk this time and the same thing happened. Quiet finally came around 2am. Rather than moving the offending parties it was suggested that we move. We declined (at 2am what is the point). At checkout we shared our horror story. We got a whopping 25 dollars off of our bill, which ended up still being 125 dollars. We were told that's "the best we can do". So thank you for nothing best western. We will make a concious effort to never stay with this chain again.

We stayed 2 nights. Front counter staff were friendly and very polite. Room was very clean as was the washroom. Room was quiet even though we had the road right outside our window where all the logging trucks were running up and down. The "gym" however does need some work. The treadmills, elliptical and stair climber are old and kind of scary to use. We ordered room service and when I called was informed they would have to call me back as she was by herself. She did call back in about 15 minutes or so and we placed our order. Food arrived and it was mediocre at best. I would suggest eating your breakfast elsewhere unless you are OK with cold eggs Benedict and under cooked bacon. We would stay here again however would eat elsewhere. Try Helna's Stube or the Black Forest Restaurant on the highway by Invermere!

It was great, even though I only stayed for one night. The service was awesome, and the rooms were clean. The location was convenient and located near Radium Hot Springs.

This used to be a higher end hotel, but in the past few years it has gone downhill as the room rates increase. The nightly rates are just way too high, as is the in house restaurant pricing. Should at least get a continental breakfast for those high rates. Otherwise a clean hotel.

We arrived very late and they allowed us to stay with no credit card deposit, they simply asked for a $100 deposit with room cost. Room was present and the staff was helpful. Very impressed with quality n service.
