Nice place. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. Don’t let the outside looks fool and never judge a book by its cover. Besides being very affordable. The continental breakfast had top notch cereals and very delicious raisin bread with real butter. The breakfast area is a super comfortable setting, that resembles an old English study with opera music playing in the background. Very friendly people operating the motel as well I highly recommend staying here.

Clean, cozy, and cheap. That's all I want in a motel room. The room was large and had everything we needed. Vintage everything. The owner is super nice and stayed up late to check is in when we were late driving through. We will be back.

Only stayed in campground. Have good selection of services but old buildings.

I could only describe this hotel as 'cheap', from the TV to the floorboards to the air conditioning. Every furnishing pre dates me by a few decades. The beds are decently comfortable but nothing special especially compared to any hotel I've been at. The "kitchenette" consists of a hot plate and a microwave and made preparing dinner a chore. But at the end of the day I spent $70 a night for three beds so it's really up to you. The room never felt dirty.

The hotel needs work. The people staying here are great. The owner not so much. Forget breakfast. Tv's are archaic. The beds are reminiscent of Goldie locks and the three bears. The price is right.

Wonderful attentive staff and the room was what you'd expect. Basic but very clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby is bery cute and the owner is so professional and kind. Great price and great sleep.

We loved this place! Cute & kitschy, friendliest staff, and very clean. My only issue was the water — it would suddenly change from comfortable to boiling hot, to freezing cold throughout my shower. It also made a screeching sound I thought was the fire alarm at first! Regardless, I love this motel and will stay here again, and again, and again.

Cute retro place. Staff are friendly and rooms are very clean and quiet. Love the soft queen size bed. Budget friendly too.

Older motel. The fixtures were dated, but the room was clean and offered fantastic value for our money.

The Motel was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. We booked a room with two beds for a reasonable price. We got breakfast in the morning which was basically cereal, sandwiches, coffee, tea and juice. The manager was very polite. Free fast Wi-Fi and a good location. 8/10 would stay again.

Very nice RV place. Staying at least a week for work. Lots of grass, walking areas, clean bathrooms, shower costs 1$ for 2 min, little communal fire pits provided offer a nice little touch. Right off the highway, so don't expect quiet serenity, but in behind the hotel part So it's somewhat dulled down. This is the second year we have come here to stay in the RV park for work, and it's quite enjoyable.

Nice place, I stayed a night in a double room. The beds are comfortable, it is clean, and the owner is very friendly. Not the Ritz, but if you want a clean cheap place to rest it is great.

I was there with my brother, sister in law and my niece almost nine years ago we gotten in late plus we have dog with us the manager there at the time was very rude to us told us that NO Dogs allow but never told us that and when we try to refund back our money the manager will not do it told us it was too late the room was very bad the sink and bathtub was bad a person will allergic reaction to mad smells will have an attack we stay there six hours and left very early in the next day I will never stay there again and will not let my friends and families go there.

Can't go wrong for the price. It's like a B&B but more private. Great staff. Clean room. Quiet. Snacks and tea and coffee and water available all the time.

My truck was being repaired so I walked across the street and checked in. I was surprised by the service and price. I will stay again.

This is the review posted in Yellow Page by davez72 on May 8, 2012. Excellent service — friendly, helpful, awesome. This has been my best experience EVER with a motel! The manager, Curtis, has gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful to me and my wife. He comes over and chats with us every chance he gets, but not at all in an intrusive way. He's just a very genuinely nice guy! Also, the rooms are clean and well kept. The grounds are well maintained with cut grass and flowers. There are brand new LCD tvs in the rooms with full Shaw cable service. Wifi works great and a complete continental breakfast was included. The manager also recommended local restaurants and a real estate agent (since we are potentially looking to move here in the future). I am so impressed with this place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We loved it! We were passing through and noticed that the rates were great (cheaper than other campgrounds in Quesnel that we phoned). The managers were so kind and wonderful. They put a lot of effort into making it a wonderful place to visit. They also gave us detailed information on things to do around Quesnel and were very helpful in making sure that all of our needs were met. The ladies washroom is one of the projects that they have been putting a lot of time into to give it a "spa" feel and they have really done a great job with it! It was very nice, clean, comfortable and there was a large bookshelf for campers to take books from. There was also a games room and a prayer room if people are religious. In the hotel part, they had a large comfortable living room type space with a flatscreen TV and a computer for campers and hotel guests to use free of charge. In the mornings they serve coffee and also had snacks for purchase. The view in beautiful and the setting is lovely, grassy and well maintained. Sometimes it is the little things that really make your stay enjoyable and we found that the staff went above and beyond in every little way to make this a wonderful place to stay.
