Stupid service I’m trying to book a hotel for a trip that’s 2 weeks away and they want full payment for the room now… and won’t take a visa debit… guess I’ll be taking my business else where.

Was very clean close to all amenities. Best continental breakfast I have seen in a Canadian hotel.

Friendly staff clean rooms good pool and hot tub, will definitely stay there again.

Was quiet and comfortable. All the staff was helpful and kind and eager to make our stay better. I appreciated the hardwood floors — everything was clean. Would stay again :)

Location was great. It's close to downtown and the major street running through the city — so it does tend to be loud with all the traffic. The rooms were clean and well cared for, the pool was basic but well maintained, and the breakfast had a pretty good variety of options.

Comfortable beds. Our first room we had to leave after there was what looked like a bunch of blood on a wall and asked to have house keeping to clean it but they didn't. Front desk staff was ok… one wouldn't even make eye contact. Over all rooms were so so… it was supposed to be completely renovated but felt out of the 80s. Hoped for a better breakfast than what we got… wont stay here again.

This was the first stop on our vacation across Canada. The kids had fun in the pool, the breakfast had lots of options and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to all work together well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Clean rooms, polite & helpful housekeeping & check in staff. Firm comfortable beds, I didn't line the pillows — but I usually bring my own. Continental breakfast is free and delicious — fresh pancake maker, 4 types of cold cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt & cold hard boiled eggs… with Coffee, tea, milk & juices. Downside — parking. All rooms enter from the exterior (I'm pretty sure) & there are two floors… so parking is not always available in front of your room.

We stayed here a few weeks ago when hotel costs were quite high. This place seemed reasonable and the rooms/premises looked nice and clean. I would say the biggest bonus to this place is the covered parking we had right in front of our door for our small utility trailer. However, on the down side the rooms were on the small side and plug-ins in the room were very minimal. The hotel was right off the highway hence it was very loud day and night. Breakfast was adequate, quite basic. The premises were kept clean and maintained nicely. The bathroom area was nice and updated. In my opinion, the price is too high for the hotel. In the future, we will look for something more suitable and more worthwhile.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and maintained. It is an older building but I was happy with my room.

Nice room! We had a kitchen and a nice big table. Very clean. I'd stay again but not on the top floor as we heard constant stomping from other guests.

I was quite pleased with Kelowna Inn, after a somewhat disappointing stay at another place. They have a large pool, a hot tub, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The room also had a fridge and a microwave, in addition to decent views. Both the breakfast room and the pool are in separate buildings though, so you'll have to leave the building and take very short walk. The rooms are also very good quality, but housekeeping did not change the sheets at all in our 3 day stay. They also have a fitness room, but it doesn't seem to have a weight rack and benches, just a treadmill and a crosstrainer While the hotel is about a 15min walk from the waterside and the cultural district, it may be better to just get a cab down there as you'll not only have to walk back, you might have to do it in inclement weather. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable rooms and clean and great service.

The weight room consists of a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bicycle, a gym stand/equipment, one kettlebell, and a single set of dumbbells. It leaves a lot to be desired. The room was a bit dirty and there is a weird small in the room. The beds are nice though. Breakfast was also decent.

A very nice, newly renovated hotel at an excellent price. Wish you had paid a little more for the showerhead and hooked the hot and cold water up the right way. The stairs are a definite downside. Without an elevator or a valet the second floor rooms will not be an option for me again.

I had the worse expierence I have ever had at any hotel here a couple days ago. They won't let people with a local ID stay here even if you do not have a house here. I was extremely nauseous with the flu and I needed a place to rest and sleep and get better while I was here. The people at the front were very cold and sneered at me and it was humiliating they said no locals unless an emergency I begged said I was too sick to drive anymore they said go somewhere else and had no compassion at all not even a kind word are you okay and sent me to drive again with dirty looks and eye rolling while dangerously nauseous and puking. There were no cars barely parked there and I bet they had room. Luckily Accent In was close and I somehow made it there and they were so kind got me water got me a room apologized on this hotels behalf and they called hospital I got iv and came back And Had A Great Night. And they a have the best hotel breakfast cleanest nicest rooms and amazing customer service and kindness don't stay here go to accent in!

I stay here when I come to Kelowna on business about once a month.
I always have a clean and comfortable stay ~ Staff are great and helpful ~ Rooms are spacious ~ Breakfast area is always well stocked. Good job Kelowna Inn & Suites!

The room was warm, and the beds were comfortable. Conveniently located in proximity to the major bus lines, it was easy to get to and from appointments at the hospital. Over all a very nice place to stay.

This was the first time we stayed at this Inn. The room was nice with kitchenette and pots etc. Service was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. We booked on the phone but found out that they have special walk-in rates. So upon inquiry, I found that they were giving out $10 cheaper than what we booked it for and the front desk attendant changed the rate for us on our booking so we saved $20 for two nights. Swimming pool and breakfast halls were separate and we had to go walk outside but that's OK I suppose. It would've been nice if they were accessible from inside and we didn't have to wear our winter cloths to access them. Kitchen staff was also friendly. Although they are very good to replenish the supplies but if you need something they listen to you and bring the stuff as priority. We wouldn't really mind staying at this place for the value you can get. Thank you staff.

Everything you need. Rooms are fine. Breakfast is a bonus. Good location. Great value for money.

Nice stay. The newer rooms were very nice. A little pricey but we'd stay again.

We travelled with children on what we didn't realize was a Irish festival weekend (which translates to late nights and very loud neighbors) we stayed in the newer rooms busy street side for first night which was very loud. Probably could have gotten through that had we not been woken up a few times throughout the night by our elephant late night partying upstairs neighbors. We were scheduled to stay another night but were very wary of staying another night after night 1. Called the manager in morning and he was super helpful. Explained the festival and apologized for the bad experience upgraded us to a suite (slightly dated but still nice) which was great for the kids on the other side of hotel. We appreciated his attention to our needs and although we had preferred to have avoided the previous nights unnecessary lack of sleep we felt they made up for the events that were out of their control. Breakfast in am was really good for continental and if you're patient when it's busy to wait for a table it's worth it. Pool and hot tub were clean had to walk outside to access but overall was great for the kids. Wifi in our first room (updated side) was better, recommend requesting a room inside the new wing not street access and you will enjoy your stay. Cheers.

More suitable only as a stopover. Breakfast is laughable and when the neighbors go over one in the room you have the feeling that they break through the next step to one.

Pleasant stay. Good service and clean hotel. But we found lot of hairs on washroom towels. Need to improve hygiene.

Amazing place to live while visiting the city. Breakfast was nice as well! Room was clean and the air conditioning is a life saver. Staff was professional and friendly and the overall stay was very satisfying.

Very modern decoration and a nice breakfast. No elevator. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The pool is great for kids and families. It is a little dated and there is no elevator. Overall a good place to stay.

We had a lot of luggage, but unfortunately they did not have an elevator. Otherwise, the rooms were nice, clean and well-equipped. There was A. C. And also a fan which is good for warm days. I also liked that they had a pool. The lobby staff were friendly and the lobby (as well as the building overall) were clean. Continental breakfast was provided with a selection of pancakes, bagels, cereals and boiled eggs. Although the breakfast didn't have the usual bacon/sausage and scrambled eggs, it was sufficient and still good. But I would suggest eating breakfast early since they need to clean up at 10:30am sharp and everyone is asked to leave.

My stay at the Kelowna Inn and Suites has been very good so far. Our first room was facing the main road and loud so when we asked to get a back facing room they were quick to accommodate us. The room is clean and comfortable and thankfully much quieter. Will stay again.

Many loud inconsiderate guests all around me. In and out of their room lots and etc. It is now 12 am. Just want to sleep but here I am making this post. I did ask for a quiet area/room in advance and motel is NOT full at all and a Wed night… grr. I guess walls also thin BUT still… I asked in advance, yes? Should I just pound on walls then? Not right thing to do of course but maybe no choice? Why if not full book someone beside me at all…? Makes zero sense.

Awesome front desk staff, great continental breakfast and the kids love the pool. We are still here for another day however with that said housekeeping is not very good. We have been here since Sunday and yesterday all they did was take out the garbage and today they didn't even come. But other then that I think it's a great hotel all in all.

We stayed in a newly renovated site and it was beautiful! Clean, centrally located and am excellent breakfast. What not could you ask for?

The staff are attentive and sincere in making your stay as pleasant as possible. Nice clean, large gym. I also like that the continental breakfast has some organic options!

Room is quite nice. Recently renovated, clean, everything works. The breakfast room can be crowded — loitering seniors and people staring as you enter. The only problem is that the rooms facing the road are quite noisy. I don't know why they wouldn't have installed triple glazed windows on these rooms, because cars and trucks are going by 24-7.

Really great staff make this a top notch place to stay. Chad was awesome in accommodating my mistake of booking the wrong day. We stayed in a very clean suite that totally met our standards. The fridge stove combo dated from the Trudeau era, but we were well warned it was an older room. The freezer chilled the vodka for martinis like a boss, the dual patios felt like luxury, and though there was some traffic noise we slept like teenagers. The pool is being redone to include a wave pool feature or unicorns to some effect, but in compensation we get a wicked pass to H2O, where you can bail horribly trying to surf, take Aqua aerobics, or chill in the hot tub. At this price point who else does that? Oh, and they have a free continental breakfast. I am goin to try that right now.

Have stayed her twice, and will be back agian, as the place was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for work in area and the price makes my accountant very happy. Nothing fancy but as I am not at a resort this is a good basic motel.

We stay at this hotel regularly when going to see family in Kelowna. Easy to find location and friendly staff. We have a large family and the room has a loft set up with single bed for adults upstairs and the kids can stay down below. It does get quite noisy when other guests are rowdy, but no one has been ignorant when we ask them to please step away from our room so as to not wake the kids. The breakfast is basic but has something for everyone, it is always busy and we have never had any complaints about it. And the indoor pool is nice year round. We will be returning again and again. Great value for price point.

The first night we had a room in the front of the building. While it was clean and nicely decorated it was noisy as all get out with the main road right there. We talked to staff the next morning and they gave us a lovely upgraded room in the back of the building where it is quieter at no extra charge. Staff was kind and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good. If you stay I recommend asking for a room in the back of the building if want quite. We would stay again. Thanks K. I &S.

This motel would have been 4 stars if the room had been clean and quiet. When reaching for an item that fell on the floor, we discovered a mountain of dirt and food under the beds and we found pubic hair in the comforter. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, it is incredibly noisy. There seems to be no soundproofing whatsoever and every sound from the highway and the parking lot can be heard clearly in the room not to mention the very noisy fan and mini-fridge. However, the beds were comfy for one night and the bathrooms seemed well cleaned. Overall, not worth the $99/night price tag.

We were very impress with the Kelowna Inn and Suite. Stayed 4 nights. We had a room with 2 queen size bed very comfortable and also a kitchenette. We asked for a room in the back of the building, where it was extremely quite. Love the modern decor very inviting, spacious and clean. The free continental breakfast was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again and would also recommend the Kelowna Inn and Suite to everyone. Great value for the money.

The rooms were lovely, service was great, However the trucks that went rumbling by at all hours of the night were very bothersome. We changed hotels for the remainder of our stay in Kelowna.

My girlfriend and I went on the long weekend just passed for a friend's wedding, and it was very enjoyable. The rates were low, and it was very well maintained and clean. There are signs of a renovation that took place around ten years ago, and they were well done. The rooms are very large and quiet. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and not a detail was missed. The pool is large with a nice hot tub, and a wonderful state-of-the-art steam room. The staff was friendly, and we would certainly stay here again. It is close to everything, so walking would be easy for getting around on foot. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I spent a night we will not forget at this so called motel. Everything seemed ok until bed time and we found out the mattress wasn't fit for my dog to sleep on! There were places in the center that dipped so your feet were in the air at one end and your head at the other. The side was hanging over about 4 inches top from the bottom. If you laid near the edge you fell off! Spent most of the night sleeping in a chair at the table. When the desk was called in the morning the manager (Michael) came to look at the mattress and told us that they were all just replaced 2 years ago. Well that was not our problem but he only said whe would get in touch with the manufacturer. He did not seem to care that we did not sleep at all that night and offered no credit even though he agreed that the mattress was no good. Also asked for an extra pillow the evening before and had to get dressed and get it ourselves as the desk clerk was alone and could not leave the dask. We will not be staying here again and as this was a buisness trip for my wife either will any of her company employees.
