Was not actually a guest here and they saved the day anyway. I was at the Restaurant in the parking lot are my lunch and came out to a flat tire. I didn't know what to do. So I went into Accent Inns Kelowna and askes if somebody could help me change the tire. They did better they helped blow the tire back up so I could drive straight to the shop to have my tire fixed. Seriously amazing customer service… they didn't have to help but they did. Thanks again.

The overall experience was good, the staff are wonderful and helpful however the room's walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors and the cars passing by at midnight so me and family didn't get much sleep. The room was very clean and tidy when we stayed there though so for a cheap hotel I would definitely recommend it!

We were a family of 10 with kids sharing one room… and it was great. The hotel room was big and spacious. The staff were friendly and approachable. Would be great if there were more options for breakfast, but other than that it was a great stay.

The Wi-Fi is very spotty, sometimes not working for a minute or two. Our room had a strange smell in it, almost like ammonia. And a lot of the furniture and fixtures look dated, especially the elevator. But overall it's been a good experience, all the signs were pretty humorous and there's a free rubber duck in the room. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Stay here if you just want a "good enough" place to sleep at night for pretty cheap.

Very clean. Sheets smell fresh. Very nice location close to many restaurants, stores and bars. New carpets. Quiet place I love the mountain views all around the place. They have pancakes, toasts, eggs, yogurt, fruits, pastries and the person in charge of dining seems to be dedicated with her job.

Got a room here by chance. The Days Inn refused my reservation upon check in because of my cat but they called Accent and they do. Great staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A little shady outside when I had to take the dog for a late night walk. Too much traffic in the building and parking lot when a the surrounding businesses are closed. I wouldn't stay here again even for the medical rate discount they offered us. It is not the worth of the additional worries when my wife was recovering immediately after a medical day surgery procedure.

The room was fabulous and lots of room for the 2 of us and the dog. We got medical rates for the room and I thought that was fantastic. Continental breakfast is great as well. Far enough from the highway that we could not hear the traffic. Most definitely will go back and stay here again.

Great staff… room was good. Love the murial in the gravity fed transporter as they call it lol. Will definetly be back.

For the price it was incredible! Definitely recommend for those staying with dogs, clean and comfortable, plus no hassle with the pups! The staff were very welcoming of us and the four legged ones too!

My wife and I stayed here for the night. The room was very nice and the king size bed we had was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and curtious. The breakfast was really good as well. Would highly recommend staying there.

I've stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed all my stays here. I love the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I love that they have multiple electrical outlets and USB outlets for your electronic devices by your bedside as well as by the writing desk in your room. Another nice touch is the writing and stationery supplies in the desk drawer. The free breakfast is nice but gets tiring after a while as the spread is the same everyday. The breakfast room is big and always clean though. They also have an outdoor pool and an exercise room which I have not had the chance the use. The rooms are outside facing and unfortunately during my last stay, my door didn't have a good door sweep so I had a bit more noise and cold air coming in from the bottom of the door. Not a big deal for me. What is more important is that their curtains are light-blocking which helps me to sleep during the day (I sometimes work the night shift). Overall, all my stays here have been pleasant and I look forward to coming back again.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. I had tried oasis in and the motel across the street but they both turned me down and said no locals, even though I do not have a home here, my ID says from here, they were extremely cold and rude and sneered at my credit card and said are you sure you even have enough? I had the flu and begged them to let me get a room I was puking but they still wouldn't let me. I said I need to lay down please it's an emergency but still they just stared and sneerd at me and said no its policy, I was way to sick to be driving anymore that day and even told them that but to no avail. Then I went here and they were most kind I ended up being taken the hospital for an iv and coming back to a neat clean room that smelled good and Good service only thing is I think my clothing choices have shocked one on the lady's working at the desk lol I like ponchos she gives me a very obviously weird look every time I go in but that's OK lol I have a room from the cold. Thankyou and breakfast is amazing and so helpful here so great.

Great for a budget motel. Good location and clean rooms. Free breakfast is more than what you would get at most hotels at the same price point.

The place has been renovated recently. Nice very clean decor. Price was great. Staff were very helpful. David even helped me bring my luggage to my room without even asking. After a long flight that was nice. It's a 27.00 dollars ride from the airport. The beds are super comfy and Wi-Fi was great. The bathroom amenities include make up wipes and if you forgot your toothbrush they give you one free. Customer service is wonderful.

One of the worst hotels I've gone to for the price. There is not even a hot tub, which is something I have never experienced (a hotel not having a hot tub especially one that's costs 130$ a night). And they say they have a nice breakfast in the morning but when I got to this supposedly amazing breakfast all they had was low quality muffins and cereal. But atleast they give you a 5¢ rubber duck in your room! Plus the kid working at the counter wouldn't give us out money back even though we had just bought the room 20 minutes earlier.

Very quiet rooms. The plants hanging at the front and back of the hotel are amazing. They also have a sense of humour with some of the signs around the property. Nice pool, so the only complaint, was the small flat screen TV. The rubber ducky on the bath mat was a nice touch too.

Awesome hotel … comfy beds and rooms are always clean and staff are always available to help ya out… great rates.

Overall excellent service, comfortable and clean room and bathroom, and decent continental breakfast. Only complaints are that one of the keys was already broken by the time we got to the room (was kept away from cell phones) and the alarm clock was left on and sounded at midnight but this is unlikely to be the fault of the staff, and we'd only just settled in to sleep so it did not disturb our sleep. Other than that mishap it is highly recommended overall.

Always try and stay at the Accent Inns. This one in Kelowna is very comfortable. They have a pool if you are into that. Beds are comfortable and Wi-Fi is more than above average.

Accent in as a reliable well-kept motel in Kelowna. I've stayed here twice, once in 2014 and once in Spring 2017. On my most recent trip, there was an error in the booking and the front desk was most accommodating in finding me a room for the night that I showed up. They actually ended up giving me a nicer room at the same price because of the follow-up. For the most part, my room is very clean. It had a nice kitchenettes Suite with most dishes and utensils at hand. There was a pull-out sofa bed which I didn't use. My major difficulty with this room was the size of the pillow. All of the pillows are quite High and I found my neck hurting for two days later. The motel is conveniently located in the core of Kelowna with quick access to the downtown and Waterfront areas and the hillside Parks like Knox Mountain. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends.

Stayed here a couple times now. The rooms and clean and generally decently appointed. The beds are comfortable enough; nothing to complain about. But it's bloody loud all the goddamn time. We specifically asked for a quiet room, and ended up being put in a room facing the highway, right next to the friggin lobby… Which happens to be the doorway for guests to access the free breakfast. Between the roaring traffic on the road, the lack of sound deadening between rooms allowing TV/conversational noise through, and the stupid rage inducing squeaking of the lobby door we've been enduring since five am, I'd rather lie in a culvert and beat myself unconscious with a rock than stay here again… I'd probably wake better rested. All joking aside, the place isn't full, so their decision to put us in probably the loudest room in the place contrary to our specific request is indicative of pretty piss poor service. I'll never be coming back.

Great solution for a stop on the long ride that fires BANFF from Vancouver. Quiet despite the nearby road. Breakfast included quite complete.

Kelowna for us was a simple stop to return to Vancouver, but the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Nice and nice room Perhaps one of the best sleep in 20gg travel. I would go back.

There's way too much to say so I'll just make a list — My husband and I have been here for over a week and are in our 3rd room due to poor help from the front desk. All rooms have been too loud and after many many complaints from us having a nightmare of a stay, we are not getting anything in return and haven't gotten a room upgrade after we've been told we will get one but then got told we can't have the upgrade due to the duration of our stay. And let me not forget that 10 days prior to checking in we specifically asked for a quiet room on the top floor due to a medical condition, but did not get any of what was asked for. — We've gone from staying right under the work shop (and got treated like we're crazy when we got woken up at 6:30 am from loud banging and crashes that lasted till noon) and the staff kept beating around the bush trying to tell us nobody is up there when we heard all of the noises for hours every day. — We then got moved to the room right across the hall beside the elevator & ice machine. Also a very disrespectful family of 5 were staying right above us and made constant noise all day and were stomping around until midnight. Plus there were many loud people outside, so of course we called the front desk to let them know about all the noise that went on past quiet time and the staff did barely anything. All they would ever say is "I'll go have a listen" just to take their time and barely do anything about the noise.

It is a typical motel in Canada.

To describe it briefly, it was loud, overpriced, grimy floors in a pet room, water left in the tub and outdated. Staff was great, management was rude and assuming. Adjacent rooms are loud and clear with poor insulation and loud doors. Furniture was mix matched and damaged. Management while I was sitting outside eating pizza, showed up in a Mercedes SUV, double parked, then proceeded to ask me what I was doing, if I was a guest, what room I was in before answering me with we will see about that. Then man the man she came with loitering and staring intermintendetly for an hour before she came up a second time questions me, all of which were answered before she rudely departed. As a 30 year old, well groomed male I would expect not to be harassed at 3 pm on the property of a hotel that I payed over $300 to stay for 2 nights. Disappointing as I have a long term stay in Kelowna comming up, you folks sadly blew it.

Lovely hotel. Had a glitch with the reservation that the staff were able to take care of quickly with a wonderful room upgrade. The kitchenette suite has been a wonderful weekend getaway!

We are always staying in the Accent when we are in Kelowna. Convenient location by the highway, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. There is a seasonal swimming pool. And you can have free bikes to explore around.

Comfortable rooms at a convenient location. 10 min walk to get downtown.

Great location. Reasonable prices. This place has become our destination hotel when we go to Kelowna. A BC success story that, I believe started in Victoria and has expanded to other BC cities. We have stayed in 2 different styles rooms. I'll call them renovated and not renovated. The renovated room is kind of a retro look with turquoise colours. The not renovated room was your usual beige. However the rooms were clean and the service was excellent. They are bike friendly and allow you to keep your bike in your rooms.

A good motel. All the rooms are being renovated and are in great condition.

Meh… It's OK but expensive for what it is. You can hear the noise from the adjacent rooms. Wi-Fi was fast for a hotel at this level. It's also clean and the rooms are big.

Do not stay here, would not recommend. Honestly awful.

I had to travel to Kelowna for a 3 week work stint on short notice. I had just gotten a new dog and had to bring her with me from Victoria. I was horrified at the prospect of spending 3 weeks in a crappy stinky "PET ROOM. " Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to a room that was clean and well kept. There was no "pets were here smell" and I felt totally welcomed. The staff throughout the place made both myself and my rescue pup feel so welcomed. There were dog treats and snuggles for my pup, Honey and always a smile and some conversation that felt authentic and genuine when I went to the lobby (actually was towed there by Honey on her leash because she really was smitten by the nice people). I had a kitchenette and it was equipped well enough to have my morning meals there although there was a discount as a hotel guest at the ABC nearby. I have to go back at the end of the summer for another week of work and I am booked in to stay with these wonderful people again. Some people only look for the bad things in life. I like to Accent the positive and in doing so I always have a positive experience as people respond in kind.

Stayed here June 2015 wish I hadn't. AC unit didn't work, rooms smell foul, and you could hear doors slamming and people in the parking lot all night. Don't expect to sleep here! Staff was cold and unwelcoming which was surprising because they seemed nice on the phone. The place was overbooked and loud! No attempt to make it right by the Management. Not a good way to do business. Won't be staying here again!

Most accommodating. Enjoyed the stay. Starbucks and ABC family restaurant in the same block. Wifi is excellent and t. V shaw channels are just enough. Hard to find better for the rate.

Accent Inn is a great hotel while being so delightfully silly. The staff were very accommodating, the room was super clean and I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. We loved the rubber ducky in the bathtub and all the tongue-in-cheek notes around the room. We would absolutely stay here again and we recommend it highly.
