What a lovely place to call home for a few days. Nothing fancy but clean and spacious. Price was very good. Staff very friendly. We would stay here again. See you next summer. :)

I have had the pleasure, multiple times, staying at this fine motel. The owner and the complete staff are professional, friendly and very efficient. I am sure that I will continue to stay here whenever I am in Edmonton.

Someone down below tried to claim shabby conditions. Utter BS. This is one of the cleanest and nicely maintained motels Ive stayed at. Super friendly staff. The Wi-Fi is very fast (30 megs down, 4 up which is lightning). The rooms are extremely well kept and the cleaning staff deserves a reward. Im very serious about that. Sandman Signatures and Holiday Inns need to take lessons about what clean means from this place. Food is less than 2 minutes away for anything youd like. For the price this place rocks.

We had a fantastic stay and will be back for sure! Rates were very low (no surprise fees), the room was SPOTLESS, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place to stay that doesn't charge you a ton just because it's attached to restaurants ect (this one is not, but it is barely a 5 min drive to lots of restaraunts and stores) then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Don't let the fact that it's close to a highway worry you, the rooms are silent. (We almost cancelled when we saw how close it was but didn't hear anything in our room during our 3 day stay. )

Good price for what you get. Need to fix the driveway and pay attention to other smaller details to make it to 5 stars but otherwise hard to get anything this good at this price.

This place was actually so awesome: 1. It was as cheap as a motel can possibly be 2. It was clean, room smelled fresh, bathroom was spotless. 3. Nice flat screen TV with endless channels 4. They upgraded me for free since it was my first time staying. Overall 10/10

Hotel was clean and heater was working so well that we needed to start AC in — 40'c outside. I recommend this hotel.

Room was small but cozy and clean. Heating could be better. There's no breakfast. Location is really good. For people who don't like bikes, there is a Harley dealership nearby with quiet a few loud bikes passing by.

Been here twice. Rooms are adequate, but nothing more. Pet friendly options as well as smoking, but the smoking rooms are less well kept. Toiletries are limited to conditioning shampoo and thin one use soapbars. Staff behave properly. All in all it's well well enough to stay in without complaint. But nothing special.

The people of the Chateau Motel are very pleasant and accommodating, I have stayed here a few times and made to feel like a valued guest every time. The Motel is being upgraded and the value of stay is definitely there. Phone direct, I think you get a better price. Brian H. Langley BC.

The location is great if you do not want to go into the city, rooms are a decent size and price for what was needed and service was great.

So far my stay here is been good but I'm not leaving here yet I got another day already paid for it and so far it's been a hundred percent.

I stayed at this motel for two weeks because I needed a place to stay while waiting to move into my new home. I had a room with a kitchen in the newer part of the motel which was quite nice. It was hot those two weeks but the air conditioning worked very well. The room was very quiet even though I was on the bottom floor and the highway nearby. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout my stay as I experienced no problems with it. My only complaints are the TV programming (satellite that loses the signal often) and lack of a coffee maker in the room, although they have free coffee available in the office all the time. My suggestion to management: get cable TV! I don't know what the other reviewers mean by Bed Bugs as I did non see a single one during my stay! Seriously though, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay. The staff was nice. Only wished we could get drinking water from somewhere.

Horrendous experience. Water dripping from upper suite. Room was covered in dog hair which resulted in an allergic reaction and a trip to drop in clinic for medication and inhalers. Tile in kitchenette was falling apart.

We stayed in Chateau Motel for 3 nights. Our room was large. I was expecting a small room typically of other motels. But it was nicer, beautiful and very clean than expected. The motel staffs were very nice, friendly and eager to please (BEST PART). Moreover, it also had tea, coffee service, very pleasant. The rooms have good high speed Wi-Fi. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are numerous places to eat within a short distance. Motel parking was unlimited, NO parking issue. Front desk service was excellent with good recommendations, useful information and check-in and check-out were flawless. Would I come back and stay here again if I visited Edmonton? Oh yeah! I definitely would. The overall decor and feel of the motel was great Overall a great find and a great stay… highly recommended!

I stay here every time I travel to the Edmonton area. The traffic on the freeway is not congested, easy access to east and west Edmonton good restaurants close by. The rooms are clean and updated, internet is fast, the mattresses are thick and comfortable, lawn is nicely groomed, water pressure for the shower is very strong, decent coffee in the front office and the T. V. Is updated. My only complaint is that the toilet paper is single ply. It seems like they have invested some money into this property over the last year. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very dirty not worth a dollar, they were full of the regular rooms so the Indian guy said there was only room for smokers or I will pay 40$ more and I will get a better room I said I don't have I'm from Fort mcmurray all the city was evacuated Cuz of the wildfire, he said he can't do anything for me so I had no choice but to take the smokers room it was so dirty the blankets was burned blood on the bed just disgusting I took pictures, I don't suggest that you go there, I prefer to sleep in my truck rather than going there, poor service.

Only thing good about it was the TV and having a bed.

Bed bugs got em yesterday, also creepy guy in wheelchair fat and wide, glasses brown hair, pizza face buck teeth. His "girlfriend" about as intelligent as a sack of hammers tried to ask me for money, they will let anyone in that dive.

I've stayed here for a couple nights, and I really enjoyed my time here. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are pretty quite. The parking stalls are nice and wide. Wi-Fi coverage is good even in rooms on the end of the building. It's really good value for kitchenette rooms.

Friendly clerk at front, decent rate for kitchenette. The bad: pubic hairs in bathroom by tub, and in one bed. Yellow stains on sheets. One long black hair in tub. Dirt built up in corners. Very dirty.

This hotel is great bang for the buck! I honestly thought for the price it would not provide all the amenities, however from the moment I met Pam who was the manager, I felt very welcomed. This hotel is a family owned and operated so I felt as if I was at home, as I stayed there for 2 weeks during my scheduled work in the oil industry. The rooms were very spacious and it's only 10 minutes away from Edmonton Mall. I highly recommend this hotel as the staff is great, the rooms are clean and quiet, and lastly the price was right. The motel is clean. It's on the edge of Edmonton just off Hwy 2. The location is good because you can get to anywhere in the city. Unfortunately, the telephone did not work in my room. The walls are thin enough to hear the TV in the next room. I'm traveling alone so the accommodations are adequate.

The motel is very quiet place and cool building. Front desk staff is friendly and the best. Housekeeping is very catering to your needs. The room rates are very affordable which keeps me coming back. They have fast internet connection and free movie channels. Automatic doors are very cool and awesome. I recommend this motel to those who want a peaceful place to stay =).

Hi in this motel the owner's their cruel mean don't care about nobody about christmas time 2 days ago I was living in coliseum inn and we didn't have a kitchen and I get lil 2 kids one is 7 and the other is 3 and couldn't afford take out food we found chateau motel with kitchen and we went there and there were 2 friends were moving my stuff in and the owner charge me 20 dollars just for that and that wasn't a problem so we took the room and went up there and stayed for like half an hour and I start getting bit with bed bugs and couldn't breath there rooms stinks like mold. So I went down to the office and told the owner I cant take the room because I get two little kids and I don't want them to get bit with bud bugs so he wouldn't return the money, or the 20 dollars for us. And still struggling with him and almost me and my kids will be on the streets and cant do it i'm a single mom. I'm just putting this out because I don't want any people to go throught it or get ripped off. And il be looking to call health inspectors for that place and it will be shut down and everybody in the world will cee how cruel and mean they are thanks and have a great day everyone. Merry christmas and happy new years for everybody and wish the best! AND FOR SAFETY NOBODY SHOULD BOOK OR TAKE A ROOM THERE! BED BUGS!
