Exceptional Stay at Hilton Hotel!
From the moment we arrived, the service at the Hilton was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view — exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The amenities were excellent, especially the fitness center and the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location was also perfect — close to key attractions and easy to get around.
Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We felt truly valued as guests and will absolutely return on our next trip. Highly recommend!

The Hilton is centrally located and it is clearly the premium hotel in Yaoundé. The property is well appointed with many amenties (gym, pool, spa, laundry, meeting rooms and banquet halls) and every room has a balcony, and Panoramique is the cherry on top.
The roof top restaurant and lounge has amazing city views. The atmosphere is relaxed, with the tone set by gracious hostesses/hosts that great you as you enter. Nana Gaelle is particularly pleasant, but all do a fantastic job. The servers are attentive, but not intrusive. Panoramique is great place to enjoy the cool nights in Yaounde, catch a sporting match or listen to live music on the weekend.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Yaoundé and would rate the experience a 2 out of 5.
The room had several issues that detracted from my stay. The shower was difficult to use due to fluctuating water temperatures that alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, making it hard to shower comfortably. Additionally, the air conditioner ran constantly but did not cool the room effectively. On top of this, the cleanliness of the room was concerning—there were glitter and rhinestones on the carpet and bathroom floor, suggesting it hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly before my arrival.
One highlight of the stay was the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the sea bass was perfectly cooked.
However, I’ve also had issues with customer service during previous stays. Despite providing my Hilton Honors number in advance, I was denied stay credit. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, which was disappointing.
While the restaurant was a standout, the issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and loyalty program recognition make it difficult to recommend this location. I hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

An excellent stay! I was here for 5 nights, and my stay here made my trip very enjoyable. It is very clean and comfortable, and as nice as a very nice hotel in the US. I REALLY enjoyed the great food, both local and international foods… I especially enjoyed the outdoor restaurant by the pool, where I'd get ndole or pizza everyday, and both were great (and so was the staff, particularly Joyce! ). The health club was also great … its not a "hotel gym", but rather a full health club (and it was complimentary).

Excellent food and service as usual. Lea is great, very attentive and nic with the customers. Chef Mathurir and all the staff for the excellent steak meal! It was truly delicious! This has been my go to restaurant for lunch during my two week stay in Yaounde.

The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. I had some trouble initially with finding vegan options, but once you find some it is easy to navigate. I ordered a marinara pizza in the outdoors restaurant as well as the protein bowl.
Godefroy was very nice and attentive in the outdoors restaurant, and remembered our order whenever we came back.

We had a very enjoyable and pleasant experience holding our conference at the Hilton Yaounde. Guest assistance was always available to answer questions (thank you Juliet! ), and the food was tasty and filling. I remembered many of the staff from my previous stay (thank you Valerie! ), and Therese and Chantel paid careful attention in my room. Everyone was kind and hospitable, and I highly recommend choosing the Hilton for your next stay.

Hilton hotel is a really comfortable place with impeccable hygiene, top service and a very friendly staff — I have noticed a hostess Valery and Fabien from the room service who stood out with their kindness.
The rooms are spacious and well kept and the food is delicious. It is definitely top tier place in Yaoundé.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Yaounde and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant.

Very happy to have chosen the Hilton for our time in Cameroon. Here for several months, so this is our home. So good to have a refuge of sorts from the noise and chaos of the city. Love the roof top restaurant and sushi bar, the pool and the one massage I have had thus far was fantastic. I have discovered some walk to areas not to far that gets me out of the traffic and exhaust of the busy streets and provides a glimpse into the lives of the local population. The staff at the hotel have been vert friendly especially after they have gotten to know me and my wife.

I visited the Hilton on a business trip, the lobby bar, casino, and 11th floor, Panoramique bar and had a wonderful time. I had the beef skewers, which I really enjoyed with the local pepper sauce. The waitress, Rosine, was great! The drinks were awesome and the atmosphere was great as well! I hope to come back some day.

The hotel is one of the best available in Yaounde. Though the room needs renovation especially the bathroom.
My room was big and clean with a nice balcony.
The breakfast was fair I'm sure it can be improved in many different ways.
More fruits and cheese options.
Location was good in the city center 35 minutes away from the airport.
Nearby like 20 minutes walking distance there's a big Carrefour inside a small shopping mall.
