We were at 5pm at the hotel and there was nobody in charge. After waiting half hour a person from the hotel next to Soksan hostel told us that the owner is the same for both buildings and he is out and he will not come back until 7pm. He said there are no rooms available and only the owner can attend us. We tried to call him but he didn't pick up the phone. We decided to wait for half hour more and then we didn't have another option than to search a hotel where we can stay the night. We came back at 8pm to the hotel to explain this situation to the owner, he just arrived and after explaining him the situation he found it normal to wait for half day without a room. The service from the hotel is unacceptable!
