I challenge anyone to find a hotel with better staff! This boutique hotel was the absolute highlight of six weeks in South East Asia. Lovely rooms, great swimming pool, excellent breakfasts and we particularly liked our Khmer special dinner menu which showcases a variety of delicious Khmer cuisine. The staff are without exceptional friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We really appreciated so many thoughtful gestures such made for a wonderful week. The hotel is in a very convenient location; walking distance to Pub Street etc, yet quiet and in a great neighbourhood.

This hotel is amazing I couldn’t reccomend it more! would also personally like to thank our host Daniel who was so lovely and nothing but helpful and helped us so much with every request he was so kind and perfect manners. I honestly have never had a better stay in any hotel in the world! everyone at the chronicle hotel was lovely and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable, I couldn’t find anything negative or bad to say about this stunning hotel. I am very sad to leave and wish I could move in and stay forever. Thankyou to everyone who works here especially Daniel xo please do yourself a favour and book here as soon as possible. Loved it and I will be back.

Highly recommend, feel welcoming at the first day and follow by great breakfast, massage and amazing service. The location is great as well, close to pub street! Won’t be regret for coming here!

Beautiful hotel with the best service we have ever experienced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even with spontaneous enquiries, everything is perfectly organized.
Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled very uncomfortable on arrival, but this problem was fixed within 10 minutes, so it couldn't bother us at all.
At the reception we got welcome drinks and banana chips as well as a comprehensive description of the area, so we could leave immediately. The hotel and the staff attach great importance to small things, which in the end simply make the difference.
The location of the hotel is great, you can reach the center of Siem Reap in 10 minutes on foot. Otherwise you can also use the hotel's own shuttle service, which is to be praised here separately. Our driver Savouen took care of everything and told a lot about himself and about his country.
Overall, the hotel is highly recommended and definitely a perfect starting point for a visit to Angkor Wat.

We stayed in this hotel in November ‘17. We had very good experience from every point of view. The location is very convenient, walking distance from market, restaurants. The rooms are bright and airy. The ambience is very pleasing. Breakfast served by the pool side with bamboo tree shade. Food quality was good. Very helpful and hospitable people from reception to departure. Service was top class. Arranged for our site seeing with a knowledgeable driver. It is a hidden boutique hotel close to the historical Angkor. Rather small but they have excellent service and very nice rooms at the price you're gonna love so much.

The entire staff and management provided excellent service in accommodating our special request and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We have stayed at five star hotels but the service here exceeded all of them! The entire front desk staff was extremely helpful in providing tour information and other information requested. The room was spotlessly cleaned. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our packed breakfast much. Lunch was delicious. The hotel is perfect, stay here, you will be very happy!

We fall in love with this hotel, great room size, very good service, they booked us all the tours and prepared water for us in the tuk tuk. For the sunrise tour they prepared us a lunchbox to go. Is a great distance from Pub Street (about 10m walk) Overall great value for your money!

The best hotel you'll find! The amenities are perfect — gorgeous rooms, a luscious swimming area, good breakfast, even books about Angkor Wat and Cambodia in your room to borrow — but what really makes it a cut above the rest are the staff. They are extremely professional but also kind and personable — it is clear they enjoy and take pride in their work. We booked this place based on the rooms but were prepared to be disappointed because they seemed simply too over the top to be true. Nope. At every turn of our stay we looked at each other in disbelief — stay here and witness the gold standard in hospitality.

This place is amazing! The room is very clean and spacious. Bathroom is very spotless too. The staffs here are super attentive and helpful — you can ask them for anything. You can ask them to prepare breakfast box for you is you are waking up earlier to see the sunrise. The location is pretty close to the old Market. Would definitely recommended to anyone who comes to siem reap.

The hotel has a new and comfortable infrastructure, the room is clean and spacious, with Wi-Fi and cable tv. The breakfast and food offered at the restaurant are good and well served. However, what makes this an excellent hotel is it's staff, the most attentive and gentle I have ever met. The pick up service from and to the airport they offered and the cooler with bottles of water they provided for our day tour at Angkor, all for free, were very helpful! I also recommend booking the visit to Angkor with the hotel staff, the tuk tuk driver who stayed with us for two days was a very nice person.

Great staff all very helpful Judy (Phea) is amazing. Great location. Small which is good plenty of staff. All facilities clean. Close to night markets and public street. Very accommodating.

Best hotel we had in our entire trip in Asia. Super helpful staff, lots of complimentary perks such as free massage, free shuttle to city center/airport, breakfast included. Room service. Lots of tour / activities. Room on the swimming pool was great: super clean and design. Only minus: location is not great but that's not really a problem since they provide free shuttle to city (10 min tuk tuk) Bottom line, for 50$ a night, you can't go wrong.

Located in the Center 5-10 minutes from the main activities of downtown (pub street, night market, …). The facility contains a restaurant OK but limited to the level of the map. Breakfast is served according to the formula "a la carte". The staff is very knowledgeable, young and friendly, speaks perfect English. At the level of the visits of the temples, the hotel gave us a tuk tuk with driver for the day ($15 USD the day). A mobile phone was also provided by the hotel to enable us to keep in touch with the driver during the.

Great hotel, helpful staff. For stays longer than 2 days free Khmer massage. Breakfast for Europeans is weak, you will not leave hungry, but the saints will not. Everything else was good. On the tour gave the phone to communicate with the driver of the tuk-tuk and two bottles of water (free).
