Sofia Hotels near Dimitar Petkov Market

What a gem of a hotel! The boutique style adds a unique charm, and the location couldn’t be better – everything is within walking distance.

This is a fantastic place to stay when in Sofia, with a great central location near a market and cosy coffee shops.

The airconditioning didnt work in my room, but it was not that bad. The location is very good — the city Center is only 1, 5km away. The hotel is cheap and breakfast is good.

We booked out the whole hotel and the sister hotel Abrazo for a conference at the Renewal Conference Centre in Sofia. The City Avenue team were incredibly accommodating. There were no major issues.

Overall good value for the price, room service is available 24 hours, food is kind of international but still bulgarian style full of herbs.

I do not think there is much to complain for only 30€ a night. The room is small but has everything you need. I have to say the room is a little dated and some things are damaged.

I’m really happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful with everything I asked. The price is great for the location, and the rooms are good as well.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms and staff.
Altogether very comfortable.
Only problem was the hot breakfast was always quite cold and I had to ask for a reheat.

A good luxury hotel in the heart of Sofia. Its ideal for visiting the city center.
The price is ok, but the rooms need some work.

Very kind owners. Very helpful. Never judge a book by its cover.

The interior of this apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Everything has been thought about down to the last detail. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional.

Clean rooms, but building is a little old and quite tight in some places. The elevator also doesn't work perfectly every time.

Thanks for the stay! It was nice.
Just a tip, don't panic when they say they stop checking in at 20.00 they will leave you a key.

For that price I was very satisfied.
