Opinions about the staff are divided. Many guests describe the employees as very kind, smiling, and responsive, mentioning their help in finding lost keys or choosing a room. However, there has been extremely negative experience: one guest encountered rudeness, non-verbal aggression, and an unjustified fine without a receipt. In a situation involving a leaking ceiling in a room, the management acted professionally, apologized, and provided a full refund for the stay.

The hotel accepts bank cards. One guest noted that it was the only place in the city where they were able to make a payment by card.

The hotel offers breakfasts provided upon request, including room delivery. In the rooms, guests have access to a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water. There are also vending machines with coffee and other beverages located in front of the hotel.

Most guests praise the interior, describing it as stylish, elegant, and luxurious with beautiful furniture. The beds and mattresses are rated as comfortable, and the bed linens are of the highest standard. However, there are complaints about specific rooms: one (in the attic) had a smell of old wood, the beams were worm-eaten, and it was very stuffy due to a small window. There was also a mention of a leaking ceiling during rain.

Many visitors rate the cleanliness as impeccable, noting a fresh scent in the premises. However, there are negative reviews: terrible mold was mentioned in the shower of one room. There was also an instance where the cleaning staff entered the guests' private space and moved their belongings.

In most rooms, the bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including disposable slippers, shampoos, and shower gels. Nevertheless, there was a complaint about a very small combined bathroom (1.5 by 1.5 m), where it is impossible to turn around without touching the plumbing. Additionally, a strong sewage smell was detected in that room.

The hotel has rooms on the third floor, which must be reached without an elevator, which may be inconvenient when carrying luggage.

Overall, the atmosphere is described as cozy and peaceful, but there are complaints about noise. One guest reported that it was very noisy in the hotel during late hours, and silence was not restored even after requests from other residents. It is also noted that there is no lighting on the shared veranda after 10:00 PM.
