Despite the amazing view, the bar on top is like a sauna.
It's not a 4*hotel! The rooms are clean and are not to bad but the common areas are horrible! The lobby and the reception toilets smell bad, it looks and feels old and is really not pleasant to be there. The spa is ok; that said the massages are too commercialised, I think there are very dirty as the towel I laid on was wet and the environment was anything but relaxing. The breakfast staff was rude; I was there since 9.30 and at 10.03 (breakfast closes at 10) the waitress did not let me get a second coffee and very rudly grabbed the mug out of my hand. In general, the rooms are fine but definitely not a 4* experience of any sort. I will come back to pamporovo but will definitely never stay at this hotel ever again!

-It’s not an actual four star hotel, possibly the rating is because of the Spa facility -Breakfast is good though -Dinner is good also -Employees don’t speak English fluently… hard to communicate in some cases -Only a couple of employees were really friendly and willing (one of them two was called “Elena” and also spoke some Greek… she was the most pleasant employ… used to serve us as the waiter of the restaurant… Congrats to her professionalism) -DON’T PAY FOR MASSAGE… the ladies are quite amateurs with obvious lack of experience… (especially young blond lady whose mobile phone was on vibration, kept ringing all the time and some times took one hand off the massage to “see” the incoming message) -Rooms were clean -Price was good.
