Hi was very lovely place by the pool area, will definitely come again, the food was fantastic nice and friendly waters but the man at the pool side was not so friendly, all in all had a lovely time.

Wonderful place. Recommend it.

Great service and staff. Breakfast is good. Clean, perfect for couples and families!
There are very sweet animals, ducklings and friendly donkey at the back garden and lake. Strongly recommend!
За трети път сме в хотела. Обслужването е на супер ниво, закуската е разнообразна. Чисто е, стаите са много хубави. В градината при езерото има малки патета и едно много дружелюбно магаре, прфектно е за семейства или двойки.

The staff, the spa, the food… everything is 5 star top level!

This hotel is really great! The rooms are big and very clean. The food was delicious and the spa is very good, too. What I liked the most is that this place really cares for babies/kids. They had choice of purées for babies and they offered even to cook whatever the baby likes. Playgrounds indoors and outdoors are available. The staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend this place for sure.

A great hotel, perfect service, very good SPA center and warm pool. The hotel is child-friendly, I definitely enjoy our stay and I would recommend it for sure.

Swimming pool water was dirty. Music in pool area is like you are in a night club, no way to relax. The lounge chairs are very dirty as well. Can't comment about the quality of the hotel room. The surroundings of pool area are very good.

My review is based on my experience at the outdoor swimming pool, so I cannot give an opinion about the hotel. The overall atmosphere at the complex is very stylish and nice. There are a lot of lounge chairs and every two of them had an umbrella in-between. The food was also pretty good. There was background music but it wasn't too loud and was just at the right volume. There are some artsy curved chairs and bedroom-type lounge places. The area around the pool was very clean. However, there are reasons I gave the hotel only 4 stars. The water could have been cleaner. The pillows on the lounge chairs were somewhat stained. The service at the lobby bar was pretty slow and I waited for my (otherwise delicious) club sandwich for almost an hour. The toilets next to the pool were clean but had issues like: the doors of some toilets couldn't close; some flush buttons didn't work; some of the toilets didn't have a toilet paper roll, while others (strangely) had two of those. There was only one changing room and that caused a line of people at times. Overall, I would come here again — it wasn't overcrowded and I got a proper rest.

Great place to relax and unwind from the busy daily tasks. Great view to the Plovdiv's famous hills. Big outdoor and smaller indoor pool. Also spa procedures and massages. Everything you need to fill up the batteries and be the hero of the day :)

Our room was nice and big and the bed was good to sleep on. The breakfast was okay but the dinner was barely good. Another downside were the long hallways that lead to our room. The doors were pretty thin so you could hear any talk outside. Although advertised as Spa Hotel access to Spa was charged extra. The indoor pool was pretty cold (20°C), only one of the three saunas was working properly. Overall I was pretty disappointed.

Situado entre Plovdiv y Morkovo. Habitaciones espaciosas y bonitas. Zona exterior con piscina, tumbonas, lago con patos y cisnes. Jardin trasero donde hay un pequeño burro. Piscina interior, en nuestro caso no climatizada.

Nice pool for relax outside of town with a great view of the city from a distance. It gets very busy on the weekends so it's recommended to get there earlier. Compared to some other pools in town this one offers a bit bigger range of in-pool food that you can order. Prices are good and reasonable. It has a massive green outdoor space and the view to the mountains is really lovely. I recommend to visit it if you end up being in town. I would give it 4 stars because of one small thing — staff is not doing their jobs properly. When you ask them if there is a sunbed available they should already know that information and escort you to show you the available space options. It is not nice to walk around the people in the hope that you will find somewhere to sit.

Nice rooms and nice view. Bad food, poor service.

Has a great view and looks like a luxury place. Unfortunately the pool was unusable on Mon and Thu. The food was not on the expected level for that price.

Good location, lovely view but nothing more to say. Terrible management (the rooms were not in time prepared, the sauna was 60 degrees, the Jacuzzi was not prepared, the food, etc. )

Best view of the city at night you can get.

A hotel in the quiet a few km south of Plovdiv. Wonderful view of the Thracian plain surrounded by the Rodopes and the Balkan mountains. Spa and indoor pool. Large outdoor pool. Rooms at South Mountain, rooms to the North view of Plovdiv and its 6 hills view.
It is best to dinner in Plovdiv.

Insufficient staff, cold SPA.

One of the worst hotels I've been to. We spent new year here and it was terrible. The spa was dirty and pools were really cold. The food was terrible, the service beyond bad…

I don't like bad service, unpleasant atmosphere.

Nice hotele, excellent food and very good service. We were there on New year's day, will now again visit it. Super.
