The worst place I’ve ever stayed. Everything was way below our expectations — service, spa, accomodation, food, pandemic containment measures. Staff are totally rude and incompetent. Will never go back.

Unfriendly receptionists, room was not even close to nice, deluxe spa is a joke, food in panorama restaurant was just average if not under. I can not think even of one thing that was in correlation with the high room rate. Not worth, just not worth it. I dont mind that it is expensive, but for what you get, how stuff treats you. No way to repeat it.

Definitely the best place for relaxing and SPA.

Great place for a relaxing holiday, without much chic, clean and comfortable. The hotel has everything you need, its territory, the night is quiet and cool.

Not a good place to go. Pool bar closes at 6. Spa center closes at 7. Also dirty and depressing. The food at restaurant is low quality but is preety expensive The night club is deserted and the alcohol is bad (probably not genuine). Trowed some cleaning chemistry in the pool while there were still people in it. Overall the rooms are OK but for a 3* hotel. The only thing I liked are the gardens.

Most of the rooms don't have a working ventilation in the bathrooms. Bathrooms lights are also controlled by a movement sensor that is not optimally placed. If you are getting a bath — Sorry, you're doing it in the dark. Prices are through the proverbial roof and somehow only the breakfast is ok. Staff is extremely rude (especially the maintenance staff and the pool staff), housekeepers change towels that don't need changing, basically wasting water. They also sometimes take your towels in the morning and don't bring you any. No towels for you. And by the way, if you want to lock your room — good luck, the locks are electronic and 15-years old. You have to teach yourself how to use it in order to use it. There are plenty of good options in Hisarya, this hotel is not worth it. Just skip it.

In essence — look for alternative. This hotel summarizes the post-communist, state of the art monument of the Soviet-Bulgarian era, where customer satisfaction is of no importance. Let’s dive into this. — Throwing chemical substances into the pool while people are chilling in it is not okay. — Waiting for people to finish their billiard game and snatching their cue sticks and balls the second they finish their game is not okay. — Shutting lights off while people are relaxing in the SPA is not okay. Generally, the staff’s attitude speaks volumes about their arrogance and complete lack of interest of customer’s satisfaction.

Perfect Spa vacation. I've been a guest of the hotel for short weekends. I also stayed at the swimming pool and spa as a daily visitor recently in May. While the water, the spa and the park are fantastic, one can't tell the same for the service. The prices are too high. We could pay for the outside pool and take advantage of the lower price yet this excludes the spa area and the indoor pool, so not really an option. There isn't anyone to guide the families around the huge area, to show them the playground in the park and to remind screaming and jumping in the swimming pool are disturbing. The outside bars were not open. We couldn't even have water. The local municipality is doing a bad job asking for the blue zone payment by sms every hour, which is not acceptable when one should be relaxing. Despite those failures, that I believe are temporary, I highly recommend staying at Spa Hotel Hissar as a guest of the hotel or as a daily visitor. The healing water and the wonderful park are extraordinary.

Very nice, clean hotel. Beautiful indoor swimming pool. I'm sure the outdoor swimming pool is great in the summer.

The hotel was quiet with a private parking, nice variety of pools and SPA facilities. Good bigger pool dedicated for swimming. Breakfast was average. Main drawback — the bathroom was smelly.

Big and nice pool and spa. Panoramic restaurant is superb, excellent salads even through the winter. Karnatche is one of a kind! Rooms are warm and clean. Has own nice parking. Nice kids room, free of charge.

Had a wonderful time here… all the pools were wonderful, I had a divine massage and even my toddler was enthralled with the place. I did have a few good laughs about the english translation here and there, but otherwise only a great experience. Highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff! The service is 5 stars, makes you feel very welcome. There numerous facilities, all well maintained! Outdoor swimming pool is good, large and worth for families. The therapy (not SPA) are really good and medical service is very professional! Food is quite tasty, very well balanced to meet needs for people with kids, or weak stomachs. If something would really be good to further expand is the lobby bar and the cocktails variety. Those that exists are very well made, just per the book. Parking facility is well dimensionate to fit all cars. Would recommend the hotel to families or couples.

Horrible mattresses with coil springs, Dirty bathrooms and curtains, otherwise friendly people n nice pools, but in my opinion not matching 4star hotel at all max 2star.

The best outdoor pools in Hissar. The rooms are not well maintained, so mind the dirty carpet and bathroom. Breakfast is Ok but dine out in the city for lunch and dinner ;)

Great place. SPA is worth it, especially if you use the deluxe rooms, which provide access to the VIP SPA complex. The best swimming pool in the region — 25 meters with mineral water.
