I have been in the hotel in July and paid all my bills for the services I have used. All of a sudden, two months after that they have taken the same amount from my bank account without letting me know and I authorizing this transaction. I tried to call at the reception and the lady there told me she can’t do anything and there is a queue at the reception. I felt terrible plus robbed as this definetely a fraud taking money from someone’s account without explanation. Be careful when paying with card!

Partly unkind personel, the big pool outdoors is not accessible with baby trolley, the food is good but every day the same with no variety. In the plus side is the spa area and personel but big part of the spa zone is closed for renovation after a fire for too long now.

Excellent! The room was clean and it had everything needed. The view from our room was great, I am very happy that we chose this place for staying. It is a perfect place for the relaxing spa holiday. Breakfast is good, spa center is amazing :)

Great place for relaxation. Great service, great food. I was very pleased with the SPA and the outside pool. It was clean and beautiful. The hotel is a great choice for couples without children who want to relax. Unfortunately, not every room has a balcony and wet clothes and towels are hard to dry and start to smell. Everything else is great! Enjoy!

First time in this hotel. Overall, happy with everything. The receptionist gave us great customer service after managing to fix their mistake of booking us (5 adults and 3 little children) in rooms with no elevator going to that part of the hotel. So be aware when booking. Restaurant staff were great with a couple exceptions. Management was very helpful. One of the inside pools was under construction but fortunately they have many other ones. Nowhere inside this hotel has a baby room, not even changing tables! The play area has no bathroom so you have to run either downstairs by reception or use restaurant/ outdoor pool bathroom! Definitely an issue when you have kids! Parents need to attend kids under the age of 3 inside playroom but no place to sit. Elevator is small and only one. The staff needs to be stricter about guests eating inside spa center and no kids under 12 using saunas! There was no signs stating that and spa receptionist should be warning guests.

It was one of our favorite places to spend family holidays. We came more than 10 times in the past years. During our stay in January the hotel had issue with the hot water in the rooms and in the SPA, anyway we gave another chance and we come back in December. Unfortunately the disappointment in terms of service was big. We had to support ‘reservations’ in the SPA and in the restaurant, smoking in the gaming room. The fish in the cake was the moment when we have been checked two times if we have picked something from the minibar (after we paid on the reception) and we were charged 15 lv for a missing room card that nobody remembered if it was given to us or not. I do not believe we will come back again.
