The complex is situated 3 km from sunny beach and the public transport goes only few times a day. There aren't shops or restaurants so you should travel to town. We paid €480 a year for security and cleaning but the corridors were not always clean. Beside you pay for electricity and water of the complex even if you don't stay there. Beside wi_fi isn't free.
