Rest in the off from 23.08.2018 to 02.09.2018. Check-in at the hotel at 2 p. M. And it's impossible to do anything with it even for the money. The front desk staff says directly — there are rooms, but check in at 14h. Hotel policy. Terrible breakfasts.

Maybe earlier reviews and were adequate, I chose the hotel reading reviews and I liked everything. But alas the management has changed staff too. As a result, plus only one air conditioning in the room.

At the same time, we have never rudeed or rude anyone, but one of the employees said, quote, "I do not like when in my hotel Russians they are all stupid" and apparently sent us on a long journey in Bulgarian. As it turned out, the manager in the bar as I was told at the recep, and shouted that the owner of the hotel, funny that the request to call a man who can act and talk to a woman in the resop just kept silent. This person can be said to have lashed out at us, the hotel pancake guests for which we paid! Treat people as animals live in a barn and eat edibles. And so if you want to get a sea of negativity, perhaps poisoned, to clean the room on their own, as after cleaning it was still dirty (although I myself always cleaned all the garbage hoping that at least rub the table, but no!

The staff are extremely polite, attentive smiling young guys and girls. We had a room on the second floor, a three-story half, a balcony over the pool. This balcony was cozy at any time of the day. The room itself is small, but quite comfortable — around the beds and table you can walk without straining. The area around the hotel is quiet — relatively remote from the main noisy entertainment. It's three minutes to the sea with legs, five minutes if it's a wreck. The hotel has an ATM. Breakfasts are the ones that are available on the third day — variety in form rather than taste. The restaurant at the hotel is very good.

Cleanliness 1/5: Towels changed only once in 4 days (that's their policy). One day they only took the trash out and didn't even touch anything else. Food 3/5: meals were tasty! But at dinner they don't offer any drinks at all — no coffee, tea, water. Cocktails at the bar were great, though!

The hotel is very much loved. Good location. Not far from the center and from the sea.
Check. The hotel arrived at 8am. The room was given at 11 o'clock. They left their suitcases in the storage room and walked along the Sunshine Coast.
The rooms are clean, small. The room we had was on the fifth floor, the balcony overlooked the garden. Very convenient. The air conditioning worked. There's a hairdryer in the bathroom. They didn't take the safe. Everything was safe. The iron can be taken on the reception.
Breakfasts are good. Everything is fresh and delicious.

For three very decent hotel, the beach is close, the room is spacious (taken a superiora), breakfasts are good, the staff is what it takes! A great option for a budget tourist!

Very nice people working here! This place has great potential. And maybe it gets there later this season! I wish them good luck.

We travelled to Bulgaria in September — October 2017 and what we didn't realise then was this is just as their season I'd coming to a close. Half of the shops and restaurants around the hotel had closed so we were stuck eating at the hotel most nights, as it was out of season the menu was quarter of the size. But the food they did have available was OK … there was a lot of insects walking in and around the hotel and the pool wasn't very clean (and VERY VERY VERY COLD! ) the staff were unhelpful and rude and don't know about dietary requirements like "gluten-free" which they shrugged off which made meal time more difficult at times. The rooms were clean but at the time of our visit there was only 3 other families in the hotel. I wasn't massively impressed with the hotel at all and it would have only got 1 maybe 2 stars at a push … but they redeemed themselves slightly in how they look after the local animals they had made shelters for the cats that haven't got homes and looked after them all very well. The cats are very fussy and if like me you are a cat lover it can't not melt your heart seeing little plates of whipped cream and cut up sausages left over from breakfast being left on little plates for the moggies waiting patiently outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shape of the room resembles a corridor, I got a room with a bad bed, I found in the room female Kapron sock on the floor, and did not pick it up because of hygienic reasons however the cleaning lady put it on my bedside table beee.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Some staff really helpful some not so smiley. Food from buffet ok most of the time. If choice not so great maybe as we're at the end of the season, hotel not so busy. But the food of the menu was very good, and not expensive. Am thinking of going again.

Super Hotel very synthetic staff very trusting.

Great hotel for young people. About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down. The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door. A English restraunt (I think the bloke who owns it is English aswell) about 200 metres down the road which serves a proper full English for 10.50 lev (about £5). Perfect for when hungover. Got an easy to access safe deposit box at reception for your money and passport etc. Which only costs 5 lev a day. The cleaners leave you alone to suffer your hangover in peace, but they do come round atleast once daily so make sure to leave a note outside the door if you don't want to be disturbed. The hotel is very clean. All the staff are friendly. The night staff speak limited English, but this has never been a problem. They know enough to hold a basic conversation. The pool is a little dirty, which is about the only bad thing. If you are just looking for a relaxing holiday, the hotel is far enough away from the strip so you can't hear any music and no night life noise. It's about 15/20 minute walk from the beech if you go via the strip. But if you want to walk around the backstreets (which I have done plenty of times drunk at 4 in the morning and never had any trouvle) you can probably get there in 5/10 minutes.

Very nice hotel with decent rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel manager, Stanislava Petrova is an exceptional person, great professional, she is doing her best for the guests. Although we faced some challenges, she was always very helpful, so we will return for sure.

A normal hotel with a decent. But boring food. Located in a bad location between a noisy road and a hotel with a loud disco.

Stayed with my husband for 9 days. As requested we were given a room on the 7th floor and the north side. View of the mountains and the cities of St. Vlas and Elenite. The sea is not visible much. To the sea go 5_7 minutes. In the bathroom window. That was very pleased. The room is large. The air con worked well. I bet 4 points for the food. Breakfast is as good as anywhere. Eggs Sausage Sausage cheese. Vegetables. Sweet Pastries. Very personally I lacked porridge. For children cereal. But the dinners are very scarce. Potatoes. Meat. Sometimes fish. Vegetables. Sometimes salads with mayonnaise. Breakfast and dinner were fruit. Watermelon melon plum apricots. For breakfast on the street roasted pancakes and amlet. But the general impression is that the products of low kachestva'syr and Brynza'tak that previredlevym to food will be heavy. The staff is very as. The bed is very comfortable. The mattresses are good. The towels and linen are all freshly washed. Good breakfast. Tipping was left but the quality of cleaning did not affect that and did not always leave. The room was clean. The pool wecome enough sun loungers. Although the settlement is almost 98 percent.

Great Cesar, standard European breakfasts, cheap, for 10dn and nights with a flight from UFA for two paid only 45 thousand. From Moscow it was cheaper, but the road, the amount and time for it decided its own.
The staff is friendly, the Russian know badly. In general Cesar as Cesar, do not expect from it luxury.

Very nice hotel, the staff are friendly but English is a bit on and off. Very nice small swimming pool and always a seat. Room functional and do their job. Safety deposit box 5 lv per day. Well worth a visit.

Very worm down. Even in beginning of season. Very dirty bathrooms. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Worth the stay for one night but not for a longer period.
