Absolutely loved it here, looks like the hotel was recently refurbished. It's right on the beach and theirs a shop across from it, so you definitely don't need to pack shower gel, deodorant and such has they are even cheaper there. They also have a sunna and gym on the ground floor, Although we did find this out till the last day. They do a lot of different entertainment during the day so you will definitely have fun. Though has part of our all inclusive they do a night of alecante dinner which we didn't get cause no one told us what day even after going to reception. The bars and wine are serve yourself which we love. They also have bikes you can rent to explore the town. Food and drinks was great and the bar outside serve food from 12 to 5 I think. Overall I recommend.

Lovely hotel, recently refurbished, great rooms, friendly staff and the food is pretty good. Located next to the beach with free sunbeds on the beach. Great swimming pool but does get busy. The whole complex is clean and fresh.

I really can't fault serenity bay. We wanted a cheap all inclusive holiday so we booked here. The hotel has just been fully refurbished and is very well presented. The staff are brilliant and helpful. The food was amazing with plenty of choice and of course the all inclusive drinks menu was spot on. We came to relax by the pool and chill out for a week and do nothing which is exactly what we did. There is not much to do outside of the hotel really but if you are the adventurous type they have a car you can hire very cheaply by the day and you can zoom off and explore. This place would have a 5 star all day long except for one thing. The outside pool was bloody freezing. Even on the hot days. On the cooler days you will need balls of steel to jump in. The kids got very cold after a short time in there. Us grown ups stayed out really even though we wanted to go in and muck about with them. I would still go back though.

All inclusive hotel. Good ratio value for the money. Hotel rooms needs renovation. I remove one "star" because we visit the hotel for third time in a row this summer (June 2017) and the whole experince was far, far away from the previous years. Especially the quality of the soft drinks.

Good place for families. The animation team is the best thing about this hotel. The beach is not bad though the sea is very choppy.

Not suitable for Brits as none of the staff speak English. With the exception of yes, no and you're welcome! Food is greasy and cold. All inclusive drinks are cheapest of the cheap local spirits and are like paint stripper. Bulgaria and what we have seen of it is beautiful. Just avoid this hotel and don't come anywhere near bulgaria after the 1st week in September because everything is closed! (Thomsons most certainly won't tell you this! )

I have just returned from here after a 2 week holiday. I had problems from day one and the staff were not willing to help… Stones been thrown and children running around restaurant and bar area. When spoke to staff they did nothing as they were foreign nationals. Spoke to manageress and she said she would not do anything as these people were her guests at the hotel. Well sorry but what was i? Apart from someone that had paid alot of money for the holiday? The hotel was in a very quiet area with nothing around. By mid September everything starts closing down and the bus from the hotel stops running so you need to rely on taxis.

A delightful hotel situated on a quiet stretch of the Black Sea coast with fabulous access to the beach. A great location for a family holiday (we stayed July/Aug 2017). Expect very few Brits. The guests appear to comprise mainly Bulgarian, Polish, Germans. Transit time from Burgas Airport was 1:15 by coach with no stops. Check in was slick and we were welcomed nicely, we arrived after 14:00 and the room was ready for us. We had a 'family apartment with sea view'. The accommodation was clean and tidy and comprised a main living space with fridge/sink and lounge area set up with a sofa bed. There is a separate bedroom, with two single beds pushed together. There is a small but adequate balcony which can be accessed from either the living room or the bedroom. The air conditioning is pretty underwhelming. Rooms are tidied daily, and towels and bedding were changed frequently enough for our expectations. Power goes off in rooms when you leave them, so devices can not be left to charge. You are only issued with one key. The beach is accessed down a small flight of steps directly from the pool area. The beach is very tidy and cleaned thoroughly overnight/early morning. There are a good number of hotel owned umbrellas and sun loungers to use. The bay is particularly shallow for quite some way out. We did find however that, after windier days, there was a noticable increase in floating pollution in the water.

The pool can only be used by 18.30. They don't serve any alcoholic drinks before 11am. No champagne in the morning.

Nice family run hotel with a good animation team. If you are not fond of portraying a seal on the beach, then believe me, you will not be bored.

The owner tries to maintain the interest of tourists to this place. Comfortable, clean, there are rpstoran, tickets for food, interesting pool, animation. We live near, in the admixture, we are seen) )

I had an awesome stay at this hotel with awesome animation from BVS Entertainment with games and shows every day and night (except thursdays)

So Good day together so I do not even know where I should start. It began on the bus several hundred metres from the hotel away and parked, conclusion heavy suitcases at 30 degrees upwards of a several hundred metre tow. At the reception no German was spoken, and English only with the help of hands and feet… food was inedible, the sausage had been rolled and was grey… the milk was sour, the plate was still wet get, drinks were pissswarm, a broken glass fell down 4 days later, on departure it was still, one must add the many small children were fortunate enough not reingetreten to be. Animation was quite good but up in the night every day at full volume and very very pushy. At the bar I had and my girlfriend of 4 different drinks tried of 10 unfortunately, there were only 4… these 4 but all looked the same and tasted… the pool lock is already around 18 o'clock and in the pool crack you feet on of all the broken tiles. Well, where do I do next: the fitness room stunk of moth balls and the ceiling hung sheer water half a meter down, furthermore, all devices were unusable and the walls with fiesem mold with long black hair attacked. The painters for the exterior hattw just plan our whole roof as our balcony followed was filled with plaster and paint… furthermore, there were, to use sanitary napkins, pace and ohrstäbchen. The expected boardwalk remained entirely made up of 2 to 3 completely bombing of houses but no bars or discos or Restaurants.

The animators are the number one. The kitchen upstairs downstairs. The service is a little better than the kitchen.

Nice hotel with good apartments, some of them with a direct view to the sea. The staff is friendly and the beach is basically on the hotel's doorway. The food is not really a good choice, but this is more a matter of personal taste and nevertheless, it is good food. Overall, it is something that I whould recommend.
