Small rooms without any services.

Very friendly staff on the reception. The rooms were good for the price. Wouldn't recommend you the restaurant at all. The worst service I ever had. The location is not the best, because you are far from the beach, but there is shopping mall very close the hotel, different grocery shops, a gas stations. There is bus stop very close to the hotel where you can bus that goes to the city center, bus that goes to the beach and bus that goes to the airport so we didn't have problem moving around the city. There is parking lot also. We would recommend the hotel, everything except the restaurant was good. If you are on a budget or you just want to save some money it's a very good place to stay. Of course if you are willing to pay more you will find better hotels with better location. But for this price this is very good value!

The strong smell of smoke everywhere.

The flight of the hotel was delayed for 10 hours so to sleep yes but there is no rest.

Lack of cleanliness. We've had a lot of cold. And bathroom and dirty floors.

Dirty, smelly, carpets on the floor filthy.

Lovely and warm. No bedbugs. Staff could use some interpersonal skills. Food good. Building site next dòor. Cheap drink what more can I say!

A peculiar place, everything breathes decadence, atmospheric place, the rooms are spacious there is parking near Starbucks. The ideal place to lie down at the bottom of the company whiskey.

Spacious room, but as the dirty and plumbing did not work normally.

Very nice and cheap Hotel with nice personal and good place nearby 6ou can visit Supermarket Metro, Technomarket and on jast few minutes walking there is ver good shopping mall. Also downstairs there is restourant with very tasty food nice personal and cheap as well.

Wonderful place to enjoy and rest…

Decent budget option for a short business trip. Difficult to get to it by car as it is situated in some kind of industrial area at the entrance of town between an OMV petrol station and a Metro store. Room is OK; one can get a fairly good meal at the restaurant.

In the city. Next to couple supermarkets. 50min walking distance to the beach. Not the best holiday accommodation.

Room was huge. Furniture a bit old. Beds comfortable. Air cond ok. Although shown on booking web site no kitchenette in the room. Perhaps a bit noisy. Car parking is free and no problem. Next time at burgas I might search a place closer to center.

Bites on my legs and mould on the mattress disgusting.

Although 2 stars based on my standards barb hotels 4 but worse than this purely good.
